Ordered a chicken bowl made with rice. Love the build your own bowls. The chicken I got was spicy ask first if you cannot handle spicy HOT. It was a great meal and I have a hard time with overly spicy foods but couldn't stop eating my bowl. My drink was a blueberry jasmine juice which was also delicious. Dressings: Creamy garlic and lemon. 1 Romaine and balsmati rice with chicken, cucumber/tomato mixture, cucumbers, corn, feta, avocado as well as traditional hummus, eggplant, and tzatziki. Dressings: Lemon and dill. Portions are huge- lots of protein. Flavors are great, chicken tender. Also have to acknowledge he staff- super helpful, upbeat, and made great recommendations. Cashier was very nice, giving me dressing recommendations to try next time as well. Only feedback I would share would be to have somewhere in the receipt to add a tip if we want. I have been to this location a few times and service is hit or miss. The bowls, however, are consistently delicious. I was surprised to see a long line at dinner time, since I usually think of Cava as a lunch spot. It's always busy here! Recently I had a great experience here and enjoyed eating my lunch on their patio on a sunny day. I always get a big bowl with splendid greens, pita on the side, eggplant and crazy feta dips, half falafel, half veggies, and literally all of the toppings. The herb tahini dressing is my favorite after trying a few of the options. They also have great unsweetened tea and other drinks. I like that this location is near the Town Center and has an easy parking lot out front. I'll be back! read more

The highlight of my trip was when I asked for crazy feta and pita chips, i was pretty rudely told that crazy feta was "over there" which i understand the line of things, but no grace at all? I love this location! It's always very clean inside and they always have all of the options I'm looking for. My favorite part about cava in general is that I really know what's in my food. The first time I went, I had to eat, both gluten-free and dairy free. I was able to enjoy creamy sauces without any added dairy, and that is something special. Now I am back on dairy but still gluten-free and everything is labeled to make it easy and accessible for me. It's a great quick lunch spot, and one bowl will last me for two meals! I decided to give Cava a try today after driving past the location a few days ago. The concept reminded me of one of my favorite restaurants that sadly closed its doors but, this will definitely fill that void. Think a chipotle assembly like line but make it Mediterranean, healthy, and fresh! I stopped in for a late lunch and was immediately greeted as I walked through the door. There was only a handful of other patrons inside and I was fortunate enough to be the only one in line. I got my meal to go today but, there are plenty of indoor or outdoor seating options available. You can build your own pita or bowl (with a base of salad, grain, or greens + grains). If you're indecisive or not sure what to try there are preselected menu options to choose from as well! I ended up building my own grains + greens bowl; half super greens and half saffron basmati rice as my base. I chose tzatziki, crazy feta, and hummus as my dips + spreads. For my protein, I chose half grilled chicken and half roasted vegetables. Topped it off with tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, feta and lentil tabbouleh with yogurt dill drizzled on top. Be ready to make some tough decisions as everything looks tempting to try! Every ingredient tasted fresh and delicious. The "crazy feta" is a mix of jalapeños and feta crumbles and gave my meal the perfect amount of kick. The portion sizes are large enough that I ended up having some leftovers for later. The drink selections are vast, including the usual fountain drink options and enticing juices and teas are made in-house daily. I went with a safe choice of sweet tea today but, I'll definitely make it a point to get around to trying them all over time. The only complaint I have is that their website states that a side of pita is included with any bowl. I'm not sure if you have to ask for it but, it wasn't offered to me. I'll make sure on my next visit to ask for my side of pita bread. They also offer a loyalty program where you can earn points to later redeem for free food. You just present the QR code from the app at the register before you pay. I didn't realize this until later and reached out to their customer service to see if I could earn points for my purchase. They responded and the points were in my account in less than 30 minutes! If you're looking for a healthy, fresh & delicious food option, look no further. First time trying Cava and it was a beautiful experience. I'm a huge fan of restaurants like Bolay, and Cava is like the Mediterranean version of Bolay or Chipotle. I love how there is a complementary pita provided even when ordering the bowl option, and the almost unlimited toppings that you can choose. Very much a Chipotle-style of ordering by selecting what you want in your pita, bowl, or salad going down the line. You can choose to do a salad or rice base, your protein, toppings, and dressing(s). Each of these has multiple offerings. And you can even do half and half for the base and protein! Oh and unlimited toppings! My bowl (see photo): base of super greens and "rightrice" / falafel and lentils for my protein / roasted veggies, pickled onions and cabbage, cucumbers, fried pita strips, corn / feta dressing and tzatziki If you don't feel up to making your own bowl like I did, they have their own selection of bowls you can choose from. customer service is slightly off. not clear about pricing for items. i felt rushed even though there was only one person that came in behind me. they didn't seem to reluctant to explain what the items were even though there is a list. you can't tell which food item is which by just looking at the list. this was my first time here and it wasn't too pleasant. they quickly told me to have a good day. i asked about a bag and they just pointed to the side where the bags were hanging over stacked. as soon as i grabbed 1 another 1 fell this happened 3 times. overall food is decent portions are precise and customer service is a miss. read more

The food is always good and I used to go frequently because it was convenient but the problem is there is one dude there who always makes the SMALLEST bowls. Like I am not exaggerating I feel like I am actually getting scammed when he makes my bowls. Me and my girlfriend will legitimately drive by the front and see if he is in there- if he is we will go somewhere else. My roommate thought I was joking when I took him there the first time and insisted we still go even when I mentioned the dude on the line will fill the bowl half as much as everyone else (not an exaggeration). As we walked out, all my roommate had to say was "Holy s*** you were not kidding." We went back last week and saw he wasn't there so we decided to go, then he randomly walked out of the back so we walked out. Glad I did, as I came across Cava. I ended up ordering a Greek salad bowl, with a side of pitta chips. It was what the doctor ordered. Sat down to eat here for the first time before we received an emergency call and had to take our food and run. It's a pay at the counter then sit down type of restaurant. We ordered the chicken avocado bowl, sweet and spicy chicken wrap, pita and crazy feta dip. The veggies were fresh and the meat was nicely seasoned and well cooked. The spicy is stronger than the sweet. The flavor was amazing. The pita chips were nice and crispy and flavored well on its own but dipped in the crazy feta dip, made it even better. Cava is a great fast food Mediterranean dining experience. My go to is the lentil avocado bowl. The food quality is very consistent, like the falafel is crispy on the outside and never overcooked. That tends to be something easily messed up at other casual Mediterranean restaurants where it feels like they sit out all day. Maybe I've just been lucky, but will continue to rave about them until I'm proven wrong. Pitas have also been really good. Very well made and loaded. Highly recommend the spicy lamb meatball pita. The pickled onions and the garlic dressing really work well here! Second favorite. They also have some fancy drinks... refreshers? (Not sure what to call it) the cucumber mint lime is my go-to.
