You can see into the kitchen and drink station and it's done in a way that just adds to the decor. We were seated immediately with our reservation and waited on with water soon after. There is no soda served here, just their own drink blends along with alcohol drinks. We had water and decided to try their drinks another time. Everything is fresh, locally sourced and delicious. I had the jambalaya pasta and it was really good. Slightly spicy, the shrimp and chicken cooked to perfection and the "holy trinity " hit just right. My wife ordered the farmer's scramble off of the brunch menu and it was amazing as well. The true star of our meal may have been the sweet potato chips. Just the perfect crunch, the exact right amount of salty and sweet...fantastic. The fries were solid, the sauce was unique, tangy and a great accompaniment. Our lemon blueberry muffin was just a bit dry. Average in a meal that was otherwise stellar. Because they use such fresh ingredients and cook it in ways that are a bit more healthy, I left feeling full but not overly stuffed or bad. We then received a pretzel bread roll. This pretzel roll was incredibly good! It was crispy and airy, which is different than other rolls in a good way! I then ordered the Gnocchi Alla Vodka. Vodka sauce is my favorite type of sauce and Cooper's Hawk's vodka sauce did not disappoint! The dish was delicious and it had plenty of Italian sausage in it. My first choice was the new cheddar and cheese soup but I would have had to wait. The manager came over and asked how we liked everything. Customer service was at its finest. We were treated to the cheddar broccoli soup since we did not like the lobster bisque. Free refills with the decorative cups to take home as a plus!
