Healthy food done right. Came for lunch and had the sweet potato and feta bowl. All the flavors in the bowl blended perfectly. Unfortunately I couldn't taste the individual components all that well, but I've heard the crazy feta has an amazing taste on its on. Service was also on point. They even came to our table after we finished to ask if the bowls were satisfactory. This will become a new favorite lunch spot. read more

I desperately need a Cava in every city and every state-think a Mediterranean Chipotle with (in my opinion) infinitely more options and flavor combinations. Even though Cava is a fast casual restaurant, the bowls and wraps taste so fresh. The condiments and sauces are flavorful and unique, adding a dimensional layer that is very enjoyable to taste. As it was my first time visiting, I ordered one of their chef-curated bowls, I think it was called the Harissa Chicken/Avocado bowl-I ate it at 11 AM and it sustained me through the evening. At Cava it is so easy to savor every bite, and I can't wait until they expand to more locations. read more

DO NIT ORDER TAKEOUT/UBER EATS/GRUBHUB OR THE LIKE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT I love Cava when I go in store, but the last three delivery orders I've gotten from them have been horrible. I like to give the benefit of the doubt because I've worked in the service industry, but the last order I got was a TRUE disgrace. Missing the added pita bread, literally only 8 pieces of chicken and what I can only describe as a baby's amount of rice. The bowl wasn't even half way full WITH the additions of things like pickles, romaine, and avocado. Cava is ripping people off on delivery and shouldn't be allowed to have people order from delivery apps if they're going to scam them like that. read more

I love cava because it always feels fresh. You can choose to get the dips and sauces on the side for a even healthier option of a meal. The Parking isn't a great situation and sometimes the amount of protein isn't consistent but I suppose it depends on who is serving you. Still worth a try. read more

I've gone to this location about a dozen times - all different times, days of week and types of order. Each time I was hoping that it was a one off but the customer service here is the worst that I have experienced in the longest time. I'd bet to say ive never even seen a person smile. I just moved in, at The Place so I'll be back (the food is amazing and I moved from NYC), but gosh I hope they fix the internal issues that are cause such disgruntled employees. read more

Fresh fresh fresh! Chipotle style setup, much better food. in a great new hopping location. As soon as you walk in the door the smell of the food hits you hard and if you weren't overly hungry before you will be as soon as you walk through those doors. Unfriendly and patronizing staff. I was new to Cava and had questions about my options and how it worked. The girl who spoke to me rattled off an explanation like she was reciting a dictionary definition by memory, which didn't give me time to process each of the distinct points that she was explaining. She acted annoyed that she had to verbally explain their process to me and when I had questions to make sure I understood, she interrupted me with an answer before I had finished my question, so I had to correct her because she had assumed incorrectly. Ordered off of Uber Eats and not only did it take almost 2 hours for the restaurant to prepare my food that is literally already cooked and sitting there, but the food quality was questionable and the order wasn't correct. The following items were missing that I paid for/selected: chicken, corn, side sauce, dips. Basically nothing was correct and the protein in my meal was missing! That's unacceptable! I ordered lunch on the app and it was to be ready at 1:15. I got there at 1:30 and surprise, surprise, it wasn't ready. This always happens. I asked why it wasn't ready and got a blank stare and 'I dunno' from the cashier DeeDee. She ripped the order out of the machine and gave it to the food maker (tall skinny gal with giant fake eyelashes) who made my bowl wrong and practically threw it at me. I'd have been fine with her taking the corn out, and asked her to do so. Eyelashes said, 'I don't gotta do nothin' and threw the bowl in the trash! I was mad!! This place would excel with better customer service. I was literally ignored but they knew I was there since they saw me come in and was SLOWLY getting her gloves on. A co-worker had to tell her to service me and "do her job." She then proceeded to talk with her co-workers and I kept thinking she was asking me a question. It was awkward. I was in a rush and they didn't know how to log into the register so they're just going back in forth about who was logged in. Cleanliness was an issue and I wonder if they have been trained on cross contamination because she puts on gloves then pulls up her pants with them on. Do NOT place a delivery order under any circumstances. My co-worker ordered lunch for a group of us, and my order did not arrive with the rest. She called, and then went over to the restaurant to get either my meal or a refund. Cava refused to give either, and blamed the delivery company for the problem. Never mind that the other orders were there and correct. Of course, since my name is not on the order, I cannot go over there myself to get either food or a refund. Cava took my money and gave me nothing in return. This is no way to run a business. read more

This is the best Cava location I have been to! The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. When I arrived, the lady that took my phone order was very patient and attentive. The restaurant was very clean and relaxed. I went in around lunch time and I did not feel rushed and this is very important to be because it impacts the way the food is prepared and distributed to the customers. Kamille served me and she walked through the menu items with me as I explained this was my first time eating from Cava. I have had Cava several times since visiting this location but no other location provides the vibe and service that best serves me. First time trying this place & id definitely go back! Not a fan of the taziki but their version of Caesar dressing & the garlic dressing (not together) was super good! Everything tasted really fresh. I got the grilled chicken in mine. They also have organic cane sugar (I think that's what it was) sodas. I got the black cherry it was DELICIOUS!! Also don't forget to get the pita chips- seriously good for scooping it up! Yum! I don't really love Greek food usually either. Bonus: there is a bathroom in the restaurant which means not searching around the mall for one! read more

I had never been to Cava and I had heard great things. However this location was terrible. I went Friday Aug 6th. First, the rice was dried out and not covered. The fry machine was down so we got refunded our money and couldn't get the pita chips we wanted. There was no lamb and they were not making anymore and we went there at 3 in the afternoon. There were no tops of the cups. It was like no one cared to have anything in order. I lucked out that the honey chicken was just cooked and it was being prepared or I would've probably left and ate somewhere else. I was visiting Nashville from California for the first time and I was really disappointed by the service and the care of the food in this location. I hope you will do better next time read more
