High class authentic Persian food that's second to none in Nashville. I came here with a group including my Persian bestie who gave her stamp of approval during our visit. The service was very attentive and quick and each dish was explained in detail by the staff. We ordered the golden rice bites, feast, barg, and stew sampler, which ended up being a ton of food and yet not a single item was a miss! The starter of kashk o bademjan was so delicious and paired well with the delicious bread - they made sure to bring extra pieces (after we ate the complementary appetizer bread) so everybody at the table could enjoy. We had the rice bites with the ghormeh sabzi since it was the table's favorite of the 3 stews in the sampler. Because of the mains we ordered, we were also able to sample several different rices including the saffron, Lima bean rice with plenty of dill flavor, and barberry sweet and tart rice. They were all good in their own unique ways but my favorite is the fluffy saffron rice. Although the kubideh, sirloin, and chicken kababs were delicious, the filet really was extra special. I would love to try a seafood option next time I come! We finished everything off with saffron ice cream which had subtle hints of rose water. Lots of leftovers made for the perfect lunch the next day.

Took the family Excellent food Friendly service, easy parking. Convenient to the " meades" and Bellvue, nations and West Nashville Owner shows concern for our experience. Just wondered if the water and ice cubes were filtered. Slight funny taste but I am real "picky about everything!" It was so good I didn't dock a star for water. I will return TASTY

I can finally write a review (first time I came was a creator dine)! I've been raving about Noosh since I first went in December and I was so happy to get back to show it to my partner and enjoy it myself. We started with two cocktails, the Sassy Sumac and Garden Breeze. Light and refreshing drinks that led into the tasty feast we had. We started with the stew sampler + the delish bread they give you before the meal, and dove into the kubideh and sirloin with rice after that. I love the kubideh (lamb and beef mix) for its flavor and texture. The rice is addicting. Each stew is so unique -- one is even sweet! This time I ended with the baklava cake. Sweet, moist, and light for a good end to a full meal. The owner is amazing. She talks with all guests at least once and makes all the recommendations from your interests. She took great care of us both times I went. The staff is well informed and seems to enjoy working there. The ambiance is cozy, warm, and inviting. Not stuffy, still classy, and a place where everyone can go. This stays on my top places in Nashville and I'll continue to spread the word!

Noosh is a lovely spot to enjoy a delicious Persian meal. My family and I really enjoyed our lunch here. We came in for lunch and were seated right away. It sounded like dinner may be busier and reservations would be a good idea. A friendly employee greeted us and gave us the choice of where to sit. Our server was welcoming and on top of making sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant had a more upscale feel. I loved the ambiance. The Hummus Trio recommended by our server was excellent. The Beet & Roasted Garlic Hummus was my favorite. The Jalapeño & Cilantro Hummus and Traditional Hummus were also great. All three were creamy. The Butterfly Pea Tea mocktail was pretty good. The Chicken Kabob and Halved Cornish Hen were our favorite proteins. My kabob (half beef, half lamb) was very tender and a had a nice amount of char. If you are in this area and enjoy Persian food you should check out Noosh!

The kabob plate that's the centerpiece of the "Feast". Amazing!

We've heard good things about Noosh, and finally got a chance to have a Father's Day dinner there. The space is familiar to anyone who ever had a pizza at the long gone Porta Via. They sat us at our reservation time, although we got a table next to the bar; we would have preferred a table away from the bar (those tables are separated from the bar and entranceway by a glass wall, and that space is a little quieter. The server told us to take a contact card as we left, and to e-mail prior to our next visit, and they would be sure to seat us in the cozier space. That's great customer service. The menu is strictly Persian, no "Mediterranean style" cuisine here. It's a family owned place, using family recipes. That's a good thing. They start everyone with a complimentary plate of pita, walnuts, a little feta, and some veggies. Not a huge portion, but very hospitable (and delicious). They make it easy for people who either a) are not familiar with the cuisine, or b) are indecisive to order by offering the "feast" which includes an eggplant dip appetizer, a huge place of grilled kabobs and veggies, 2 monster plates of rice, and your choice of a large bowl of one stew, or three small bowls of each stew on offer. We opted to the "hummus of the day" to start; spicy cilantro and jalapeño that was delicious, but super spicy. After that, we ordered the feast, with the "3 stew" option. Next time, we will order a larger bowl of fesenjan (chicken and pomegranate molasses stew) which was the best I've ever had. The kabobs (chicken, lamb and beef) were delicious; the chicken was a little overdone for our liking, but that happens some times when you are cooking over live fire, and I'd always rather have my chicken over than under :-) The feast also comes with dessert (a decently sized portion of saffron flavored ice cream). All in, less than $100 for a meal for two that also gave us leftovers for two more meals. Super-highly recommended for an authentic Persian meal in West Nashville.

First of all: service was unbelievably friendly and spot on from recommendations to never letting a water glass be empty Items on the menu will look like things you have had elsewhere but each thing I had was a little different than I expected but you could tell everything was made with care. The falafel in particular (not pictured) was light, creamy inside and lightly crispy outside. Am too full for dessert but taking saffron ice cream home for later.

This was my first time trying Persian food and I have to say I was not disappointed. It was nice to experience new flavors that my pallet was not used to. To start off I have to say please get the tea especially with the cold weather, it is a MUST. I'm the server was kind enough to explain how to drink the tea with the sugar cube in your mouth. The spread sampler had three different spreads and my favorite was the homemade hummus with a hint of beet juice hence the color. For the main course I opted for the Fesenjan which is described as a stew compromised of chicken simmered in Walnuts & Pomegranate Molasses. I was a little shocked at first at the first bite because of the sweetness of the pomegranate molasses, but I recognize that it is not because the dish doesn't taste well it was just a first time I experienced that combination of flavors. I will say though I was sad to see my stew only had three tiny pieces of chicken. The inside of the space welcomes you with a scenic water fountain & there are plenty comfortable booths.

Wow what a wonderful sensory experience of flavors at Noosh. The staff were very kind and welcoming as soon as we arrived. The service from the host to the server really stood out in the best way. I appreciate the little plate of fresh snacks they bring you shortly after youre seated. I had the shrimp kebab and my dad got salad and hummus. My dad usually doesn't do fancy places and prefers local mom and pop spots but even he enjoyed the dining experience, especially the hummus. The shrimp kebab was delicious as was the rice. I truly cannot find anything to complain about. And it's in a strip mall so easy parking. This place is just perfect.

I missed my flight back home to Los Angeles today and I am so grateful I did because it meant I got to try Noosh tonight. As a group of four, we ordered 2 "Feast" options: for $85, you get rice, kashk o bademjan, 4 kabobs, your choice of stew, rice, and saffron ice cream. It's plenty of food for two people, and may even leave you with leftovers (unless you're like me & my partner, who can't be normal about delicious Persian food). We also got an order of the mast o mosir, a yogurt and shallot dip/spread that goes beautifully with the grilled meats. I was the only one that got a drink - the Persian Jewel which was a lovely, balanced cosmo-esque (but better) cocktail with vodka, pomegranate, rose, lime, and ginger beer. Kashk O Bademjan is a roasted eggplant dip served with their homemade flatbread. It's warm, smoky, silky eggplant topped with creamy whey and mint. It's stunning to eat on its own, but even better when you save a little and have it with the kabobs. The four kabobs you receive are Kubideh (ground lamb), Chicken, Chenjeh (sirloin), and Veggie. Each are delicious in their own right but my favorite was the kubideh, which was so juicy and flavorful. My partner adored the chicken. Each kabob had a beautiful char while retaining moisture and flavor. The veggies were perfect, and I'm so glad they included them! The plate also comes with grilled lemon and some thinly sliced sumac marinated red onions, which make everything pop. As a girlypop who gets severe FOMO, getting to choose a stew to go with everything was heaven. Their stews are FIRE. We tried the fesenjan (chicken, walnut, and pomegranate molasses) and the ghormeh sabzi (lamb, kidney bean, dried lime and herb stew) respectively. Both were so complex in flavor and so comforting. I wish we tried their gheimeh, too - I bet it would've been gorgeous. But y'all...if you've made it this far in my review...the saffron ice cream. THE SAFFRON ICE CREAM. I am not much of a sweets girl. I'm also lactose intolerant. This usually means that ice cream is a two-bite treat for me. But this? I lost my mind. I need them to start selling pints of it. It's hands down the best ice cream I've ever had and no I'm not being dramatic. It's luxuriously soft and creamy, lightly floral without punching you in the face with rose (which is already a hard needle to thread, and they did it twice!), and has an almost savory addictiveness to it. The lil sprinkle of pistachios on top just absolutely makes it. I wish I had more of it right now. Brandon helped us out and he was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. Their owner/founder Naz came to greet us as well and was so kind. We got the sense that everybody there genuinely cared about the restaurant, the food, and their guests' experience. Naz let us know they've been around for almost three months now, and I have to say I hope they're around for much, much longer. Real grateful that I'll get to visit Nashville again with some regularity, because every time I do I'll be coming here.

This is some of the best food I've had in a while! We got the hummus sampler and lamb and sirloin kebabs and everything was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. I cannot recommend this place enough. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that we are just passing through! Otherwise we would be here every week.

Went to Noosh in West Nashville and had one of those meals that hits deeper than just "good food." We were immediately greeted by Jordan at the host stand. She asked if we had a reservation and I had that moment of, "it's a Wednesday... do I need one?" Turns out... yeah, you might. She got us seated anyway at a two-top near the bar and we were good to go. Kory, our bartender and server, took care of us from there. Super welcoming. We started with the kashk o bademjan, but before that even landed, they brought out complimentary bread with feta, radishes, cucumbers, and walnuts. That alone told me I was exactly where I was supposed to be. When he came back, I told him I'm from Iran and was there with my son, and that this was already the most authentic Iranian spot we've had in Nashville. His face lit up and said, "then you have to get the ghormeh sabzi." Sold. It came out and... yeah. It took me straight back to being a kid eating my grandmother's cooking in Iran. That doesn't happen ever. My son got the kubideh kabob with baghali polo. We eat kubideh enough to know what's good... this was the best he's ever had. He took a bite, his eyes got wide, and just slowly nodded at his plate like, "yeah... this is it." Everything was rich, balanced, and absolutely perfect. Not spicy... just real Iranian flavor the way it's supposed to be. We were completely full and still kept eating because we couldn't stop. Naz, the owner, came over and talked with us for a while. Not in a "checking on the table" way... in a real way. We swapped stories about Iran and family. She told us about the traditional Nowruz Haft-Seen display she moved onto the fountain because the place was full, and I told her that display is what caught my eye when we walked in. I asked about gluten-free options for my wife and they were completely confident about it. Brought her kubideh and her favorite, zereshk polo, home. She ate it the next day and immediately said we're going back this weekend. I knew she was serious, so I made a reservation right then. I'm genuinely excited for her to meet Naz. Naz opened Noosh on October 10, 2025 and it's already packed. Small place, but honestly... perfect.

what a gorgeous little restaurant! it was rainy & gross when we arrived, so i was excited to eat a warm stew. i wanted the gheimeh, but they were out, so i got the ghormeh sabzi instead. it's so nice that they have multiple vegan options!! the sabzi was delicious - it reminded me of sarson ka saag - and the portion was very large. the drink was also great and huge - i couldn't finish that either! the service was absolutely lovely. i wish i lived in nashville so i could become a regular!

The lighting, furniture, and wallpaper all come together perfectly and give the space a really stylish but comfortable vibe. There's also plenty of room inside, which makes it easy to relax without feeling cramped. Now let's talk about the food... because wow. We started with the fried pickles and they were some of the best I've had. The dipping sauce wasn't your typical ranch (I forgot to ask what it was), but whatever magic they put in it worked it was absolutely delicious. Then we moved on to the burgers. We tried the Juicy Burger and it truly lives up to the name. Every single bite was worth it. I personally had the Jalapeño Burger and let me tell you... get ready for some heat. If you're not used to spicy food, this one might test your limits. But the flavor was incredible. You could really taste that the burger was grilled, and it gave it that perfect smoky, savory flavor that makes a great burger stand out. The drinks were also fantastic. They have a huge selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. I had one of their mezcal cocktails and it was bartender's kiss. I also tried a couple of their spirits and everything was on point. Another thing I really appreciated was the noise level. There's music playing, but it's not overwhelming, you can still actually have a conversation without yelling across the table. That's always a win. They also have a nice outdoor patio if you want to sit outside. We went during the week, so it was lively but comfortable. I can only imagine this place really gets going on the weekends. If you're in town and looking for amazing food, great drinks, and a cool atmosphere, this is definitely a spot worth checking out.

HEADS-UP the happy hour menu is bar-top only, so plan accordingly if you're going specifically for those deals. Limited seating available. Happy Hour & Spice Level I had the happy hour cocktail it was bourbon, lemon and honey. The food was flavorful overall, but I do wish the menu clearly noted which items are spicy. Most of the happy hour dishes seemed to have some kind of chili oil or heat element. That may be great for people who enjoy spice, but it would be helpful to know ahead of time, especially if you're sensitive to heat. For dessert, we always come back for the chocolate panna cotta with graham cracker crumble and burnt marshmallow, which was a nice sweet finish. This one is a must! To put this into next level I recommend adding the pretzel bites instead of graham cracker and a few salted flakes. We also tried the almond butter cornbread with blackberry, but I would avoid it. It was pretty dry and didn't have enough balance. The manager? Said it was a new item they were trying. I think it would be much better with ice cream or a salted caramel sauce to add moisture and richness. It was dry even when I mentioned it they didn't comp it we only had a bite and immediately decided it wasn't worth it. Final Thoughts Overall, Answer is a nice spot with a great happy hour, but clearer spice notes on the menu and a few tweaks to the dessert options would make the experience better. If you are seating by the bar it gets loud I wish the bartender doesn't just throw the drinks/plates so aggressively that it clanks. Also this place gets loud definitely not a lot for sound to absorb.

The hostess greeted us with "if you don't have a reservation, you can have a table for 45 minutes." No where did I see that reservations are required. Luckily 3 spots opened at the bar so we sat there because we were told "you can sit there with no time limit." The bartender serving us made no effort to look anything but annoyed with our presence. We had never been there and had questions but she would just point at the menu. I ordered a Diet Coke, which came in a can, one person with me ordered an old fashioned which was more glass than drink and the other people picked a beer from the list the bartender silently pointed at. This would have been a cool place if at least 1 person working here didn't look like they hated being there. Because of how we had been treated from the start we only ordered 2 appetizers, the dip and the flatbread. The dip was fine but the flatbread was like cat food on burnt toast. Oh and don't bother ordering a tea, I saw them serving bottles of gold peak tea, can't even brew tea. I do not recommend this spot unless you are okay with feeling like a burden and eating subpar food.

A friend and I stopped by around 4 PM on a Thursday evening to take advantage of their "Golden Hour" specials. There's a good amount of space to spread out if you have a bigger group, but we just grabbed a few seats at the bar. The owner, Taylor, was also tending the bar during our visit, and he walked us through the concept while also providing thoughtful wine recommendations. We both started with a glass of crisp and cold prosecco, and then switched over to try Vino Volta, which kind of tasted like a good craft beer's bubbly cousin. They even have a few light bites on their menu if you need something to snack on - but since they're located in L&L Market, there's plenty of other food options nearby as well! This is a special place to sit and sip on high quality, curated wines with good company, and I'm confident I'll be back again soon.
