The chicken was cut into small bite size pieces and served in a thin wrap with shredded lettuce, tomato, onions, peppers cheese and dressing. The wrap worked fairly well as a whole, but it could have been served by any number of types of restaurants. Meaning, that I didn't really pick up much of Jerk or Jamaican flavor as it was served. Maybe because there was a good bit of lettuce and I'm usually eating jerk chicken off the bone. You could have told me it was a chicken Caesar Wrap and I would have believed it. Again, it was good.
