Great option for fast-casual Mediterranean food! Waiting in line to order can take more than 15-20 mins during high volume times (lunch time, especially on weekends). I've usually made my order through the app (which is great fyi) but still end up waiting an extra 15 mins past the pick-up time for my food. Even with the extra wait time, I think Cava is a great place for everyone and I'm excited to have one in OKC (more coming soon)! read more

Food is exceptional. Been here twice. Functions like the line at Chipotle with the staff adding to your item. Large variety of ingredients to choose from and everything we had was fresh tasting. We had "bowls" as opposed to pita sandwiches - choice of greens, grains, meats, toppings, dressings. The falafels are not completely ground into oblivion and you can see the veggies - super! They let you mix and match whatever items you want. They partnered with Zoe's, but are changing most of those locations to CAVA. I like it better! Only complaint is that service was not as good the second time - I think they are training A LOT of newbies (like most places) and they weren't on top of their game. Please note this review is based on service, not the food, because I never received my order. I placed my order at 1230pm online to be picked up at 1pm. When I walk in there's about 8-10 of us waiting for our orders. People end up getting upset and ask for refunds because the food was coming out very slowly. They were busy but I wouldn't say they were slammed, it was a lunch rush. About 5 people end up asking for refunds. I get in line that way I can place a counter order and ask to get my online order canceled. So now at 142 I get to the front and ask for the two bowls that I wanted and to get my other order canceled. I'm told I can't do that, to-go is only through the kitchen. I'm not sure why they couldn't place the food that I'm getting at the counter in a box so I can be on my way? I ask for a refund and that's it. After all that I left empty handed without food for myself and my husband to take to his office so we can eat together. read more

I love the food here, Me and my family could go every day. But there is this one tall male with blonde hair ( manager or superviso), who is super toxic. Every time that my daughter asks for a kids meal with out rice and carrots and chips instead. He refuses and says it's not possible. He also gives other employees hard time when they are serving us. I don't mind paying extra, and that's what I've been telling him. His costumer service is not good at all. I worked In the food industry for so long and this is not ok. Our first time to try Cava and ate at the restaurant on Pennsylvania. It was busy for 2:00 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon. Food was fresh and delicious. Only one worker behind the counter most of our time there and he made everyone feel appreciated so did not mind the wait. Would have given 5 stars but the floor was a bit sticky in places and tables many tables were not cleaned the entire time we were there. Worker chewing gum while behid the counter making and serving the food is insanitary. When chewing you excrete saliva and it is going into the food being served to customers...the health department needs to be made aware of this. Management needs to take corrective actions. read more

We are in Oklahoma for the night and I found this place by searching Yelp. I usually avoid chains but I saw alot of excitement in the reviews, so thought we would give it a try. Delicious food and really nice concept. However, I ordered the lemon chicken which came with corn. I watched the young lady scrape, scrape, scrape, the bottom of the corn bowl, only to emerge with two or three corns per spoonful. I tried to resist pointing this out, as I am sure she is tired but my husband commented "she did all that work for like 6 kernels of corn." So I asked for more corn. Without saying anything, she walked to the back and swapped the now EMPTY corn container with full one and gave me a decent spoonful of corn. So much less effort than that scraping, scraping, scraping she did earlier. Maybe the manager is cheap about the corn, who knows. But anyway, she would not respond to my "Thank you" or make eye contact. Look- you would have had to replace the corn anyway. It was only a few steps to the back. It didn't seem like it was that hard but I am sure you're tired so I AM SORRY. But the corn was kinda important. I would still eat here again if I can't find a local owned. Food was excellent and so was the service. After eating I used the bathroom. The sensor on the sink ran the water over my soapy hands for a nano second and after all the Thai Chi in the world the sink wouldn't turn on again. My hands were still soapy. I gave up on the water and dried the soap off my hands, but that amount of soap on not really getting to wash totally bothered me, so I had my guy friend give me the all clear on the men's room sink which worked just fine. I was able to wash up and felt better, but wanted to make sure the employees knew about the women's bathroom sink. I let them know, and several of the teenage girls piped up in agreement to who I assume was the manager ( a guy) saying how fast the water turns on and off and then won't come back on. He immediately went to investigate and I was satisfied and left. No big deal, right? Giiiirl, my tummy done cramped up a few hours later to the point I couldn't sleep! I begged for sweet relief but had the worst burning and churning stomach ache ever! Idk if I had food poisoning but the sink not working properly is a major issue. C'mon Cava! read more

The food is so delicious and consistent! We have eaten at locations in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. I have tried several different bowls and have never been disappointed. My daughter and I love the pita chips they are nice and crispy. My husband gets the pitas and they are huge. I would recommend to anyone that's looking to great place to eat. read more

My husband had lunch here with work mates a while back so when I met him at work he didn't even ask me what I wanted for lunch... he just said "I'm taking you to Cava." Great call!! Our eating out budget is pretty small, so when we go out we make it count and Cava did not disappoint!!! It's a Greek bowl luncheonette type of a place and the line did take a little bit (but I suspect the gal creating the bowls was rather new as she was referencing the recipes from time to time) we both got the Spicy Chicken and Avocado bowl and the heat was just perfect for us! (Not quite as hot as say Tapatio) I switched out the regular humus for the roasted red pepper humus (and since my husband is not a fan I tried his regular) both really good! The interior is a little loud for a talking lunch date so we sat outside and had a lovely time.. the bowl was plentiful and filling and felt like you were eating delicious fresh food! I would spend date night funds there again without hesitation! They even had some specialty beverages in the cooler (bubbly ice tea like I had in Belgium? Yes please!!!) next time however I'll try one of the ice teas they have on tap! read more

Most items end up being about $11-13 but they are very large portions for what you pay for. Very good tasting Mediterranean food. I've only had the chicken and falafel pita since most of the other meat is an additional charge so that's one of my only complaints about the restaurant but overall it is very tasty and authentic tasting. read more
