Very poor service. So first in a group order of 10, they forget 3 of those, 2 being vegetarian - very convenient. What is the point of refunding our money if there are people left hungry at the table?! And then even in the orders that were delivered, there was a mistake when a lamb dish was delivered, when no one had ordered it. Even double checked to see it was our order, IT WAS! Given these kind of screwups and the fact that it seemed so convenient that esp. the vegetarian orders were non-existent, we ARE NOT GOING THERE Again, OR EVEN RECOMMENDING it! Terrible experience only issue I have is with cover itself and the general manager here at this location brain dead at times doesn't know how to work. His establishment could be a lot better and on top of that I've had some friends trying to apply for this location and the general manager does not give a shit even though they look at their phone And they don't really pay eye contact when doing interviews. And then I went the following week, despite it being a 30 minute drive away. I loveeeeeee Cava. Super fresh and healthy, and affordable (assuming you don't pay for add on's). So far I get a salad bowl, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 roasted veggies, garlic sauce and all the toppings (the pickled toppings - wowza yummmy). Plus with the side pita, it's the perfect combination! Every time I see a CAVA location I want to stop and get something even if I am not hungry. I think it's because we only have a few location here in the valley but I hope to see that change soon. The fried pita chips with garlic or harissa sauce are divine. Any bowl you pick will be delicious but for me extra pickles always takes it up a notch. The service from the attentive staff members is always great just remember to scan your member QRC code if you are trying to get points towards a free meal. Sweet potatoes were so hard and rubbery, line staff was not doing their best work (literally sprayed the last little speckle of dressing on my bowl, had like maybe a drop on there and didn't consider getting a new bottle), was like throwing the scoops and gave my side pita to a random person. Recently ordered for DELIVERY on 02/21/2025 and they didn't deliver my whole order with a purchase tag of 104 dollars. I called them 6 times before someone answered the phone. I had to leave work and drive down there to get the rest of my order. When I asked what they could do to compensate, they said "we threw in some pita chips" as if I get paid in pita chips at my job. I was excited when I first tried this place last week and was happy to order again but we will definitely not be coming back to this location for their horrible service and lack luster empathy for messing up and taking responsibility. I'm sad to be writing this review because I love this place. The first girl who I encountered didn't even ask me what I wanted she just looked at me till I said I wanted the grains bowl. No smile or anything. Second girl didn't smile either. Then when I got to the end I was told they were out of feta. A little disappointing because it's one of my favorite part of the dishes. Even the register guy didn't smile. I have never seen a group of workers who hate their job so much. This might be my last time for a while.
