    Vegan Cheesecake

This was one of the first restaurants my husband and I tried moving to AZ and of course we keep coming back. This is also our go-to spot to bring friends and family to. The vegan food here is absolutely delicious, so much so, my family members enjoy it. From their salads, to pizzas and pastas, you can't go wrong. The ambiance is nice and the staff is friendly.

First of all... any place that actually has Chuch Music is a win in my book!! All I wanted on my trip down here! We had a group of 6 including a toddler. Staff was super friendly, and our waiter was amazing!! So sweet w my nephew. Drink choices were amazing! Like I said... church music! Iykyk! We sat on the patio which was nice! Definitely not sure abt that once it warms up tho. Food came out pretty quick and was delicious!!! Big servings!!! Didn't get to try dessert but I imagine it is also pretty good. I had the pesto gnocchi and definitely went into a food coma :-)

First time trying and will definitely be back. I love that they offer a lunch special menu on the weekends. I was craving a salad, but also wanted to try their pizza. They offer a pizza combo options on their lunch menu. I got a slice of pepperoni pizza and apple & walnut gorgonzola salad. The pizza was really good, but the salad was amazing. They also have some really good drinks. I enjoyed the blueberry pomegranate limeade. Service was also very good. I can't wait to go back for the apple & walnut gorgonzola salad.

This place was good! The waitress was the perfect amount of attentive and very polite. I came here for lunch with a friend and it wasn't very busy. Very open and calm. Fun colored decor. We each ordered the lunch special, and shared. I ordered a slice of puttanesca pizza and side of Italian white bean and kale soup. The pizza was good, different. And the soup was just ok. I wouldn't get it again. My friend ordered the spicy Thai peanut chicken fusilli which was super yummy! I would definitely come back and order that!

Vegan gluten free Vegan Elote Pizza

Great service, really fun menu, and clean vegan options. The gluten free options weren't well marked besides the pizza crusts, so you have to ask, but I loved being able to order from a creative menu for once. Also loved hearing the staff ask every guest if they had allergies. The gluten free pizza is made in a GF dedicated oven. Very yum.

This is a great spot for health conscious eaters. They have a good variety of dishes, to include several vegan dishes. Their lunch specials is a good deal. The portion sizes are ample and taste delicious. The soup bowls are a generous portion. The chicken piccata was very good with lots of capers. The tomato basil soup is a must try. The service was very friendly and checked on us often.

Vegan cheese pizza with sausage ($15.50 for healthy hour), weird the sausage is not evenly distributed across the pizza

I had a late lunch here and it was right after 3pm when I walked in here. I wanted to give this place a try as I have now gone dry and wanted to see if they had any good mocktails. I also knew they had some sort of "healthy hour" so today I had a reason to give it a try. I came in and the place was kind of deserted at the front and since I saw a bar towards the back, I just figured I would eat at the bar. There seemed to be only one bartender working and a few people at the bar. Bartender was busy but she was friendly. I didn't see a mocktail (only 3 options) that I wanted, so I asked for a grapefruit with seltzer. She didn't have grapefruit juice, bummer. I then just asked for a virgin margarita. Menu was confusing as there are two but there is a dedicated vegan menu, so I could be tempted to come back and try that. No healthy hour menu was offered but I did look online. I was a bit confused by their menu as they didn't have proper punctuation so I thought their meatball wings brie were all one order and it turns out it was 3 separate items. I guess I also didn't use common sense, duh. I ended opting for a pizza instead and had one topping which was sausage and had the vegan cheese option. Margarita mocktail was too sweet for me but bartender was nice when I asked her to top if off with some soda water. Pizza wasn't bad, however, crushed peppers and parmesan cheese weren't offered. I also didn't bother to ask. Place had a steady amount of people hanging out, some eating, some drinking, some doing crossword puzzles (even had his own light), some socializing, so seems this place is popular and its pretty casual. Olympics was on one of the bar TVs so I got to catch some men's diving. Overall a ho hum experience, nothing bad, nothing special. I may come back and try some other items on the menu and definitely need something else than the too sweet virgin margarita.

I love Picazzo's. It is one of the longest running restaurant's in the area and you can taste why! The menu is amazing with vegan and regular healthy options. The amount of options is huge! You almost don't know what to choose! I try and get something new every time I am there and it never disappoints. The yalso have a nice wine and beer selection as well as craft cocktails. When you want a great and healthy meal stop in at Picazzo's!

Lunch Vegan Soup & Salad Lunch Combo
    Jazmarie M.

Some members in my family have a lot of food allergies and it can make it difficult for them to enjoy anything more than a salad when we eat out due to lack of options or cross contamination but this place is our saving grace! The food is flavorful, has so many options, and doesn't blow your budget in comparison to what they offer! We usually come for their lunch specials and the service is always lovely they are kind and helpful with any questions with the menu. I like that they have non gluten free pizza options as well. The restaurant is clean and isn't very "busy" with things on the way but the place is always clean and the bathrooms are always well kept

Whipped herb ricotta with toasted focaccia
    Jaquay R.

This was my second time dining here. I appreciate the menu of clean eating options and any items that meet quenching the craving of comfort food. On this visit I opted for just an appetizer. The whipped herb ricotta was on happy hour so I thought I'd try it. I love ricotta cheese in lasagna and on pizza but never had it as an appetizer. It was served with cuts of toasted focaccia bread. Beautiful as it was presented it tasted good, but needed salt to bring out the flavor. I used a little salt that was on the table and it made that ricotta 'pop'. The bartender who waited on me was very polite and had quick with serving me and my table. Me and my party sat outside on the patio and it was nice until the flies thought it was dinner time for them when our food came out lol. I will definitely be back to try the baked wings and one of the pizzas.

The pizza gone horribly wrong, after three attempts to reach out.

We are long time customers, ordering when we travel or have out of town guests. We ordered two pizza's: one regular meaty's adding mushrooms and olives and another meaty's with cauliflower crusts and no additions. The latter pizza was totally wrong: it had olives and mushrooms, along with some kind of peppers. I understand that the place gets busy, so mistakes will be made. But the beef here is that I called three times and left on hold each time for over ten minutes. It shouldn't be this hard to communicate a mistake. If we come back, we're going to check our order with a fine tooth comb.

Elote and Hot Honey, Fig and Salami Pizza
    Liza M.

When I come to Arizona, this is my favorite place to visit. The pizza is amazing! Atmosphere is great, staff is friendly and everything comes out hot and fresh. The Elote and the hot honey pizzas are great. And we ordered half and half.

I am a HUGE Greek/Mediterranean food fan! Especially when I'm traveling for work (why I'm here in…read morePhoenix), and most food option to order aren't the healthiest, I always find this to at least be a halfway decent alternative. I ordered the chicken Medi bowl and it was so incredibly flavorful. I took the picture before I mixed everything together, but I was glad to see it did mix well. There's nothing worse than getting a bowl and trying to mix all the ingredients together, but you end up just taking giant bites of hummus with nothing else. Their portion size felt like just the right amount, with a good balance of chicken, veggies, quinoa, and a sauce to mix in. I was originally going to immediately give this place 4 stars max, because it's my biggest pet peeve when places don't give silverware with their takeout orders (I luckily had a fork from something else I ordered, but it was flimsy and not made for this bowl for sure). But after eating it, the flavors were out of this world that I did feel like it was deserving of 5 stars.
