I was so looking forward to this bowl, only to be disappointed. $16 to be salty and missing ingredients is wild! There wasn't a cucumber in sight or cabbage slaw... What happened!? I ordered ahead online, arrived a few minutes before the pickup time but I only waited a few minutes. I hope they didn't rush because I was there. They were pretty busy as it was lunch time but no excuses. Also, I thought the bowl besides missing ingredients was pretty low as well, not even filled to the top!

I always enjoy my meal when I come to this CAVA location! The staff was very kind! They had run out of saffron rice, and they continued to let me go down the line and gave me a side of it for free! I also feel like the portions are very large. I typically can get the kid's pita meal and still have leftovers! I would highly recommend coming to CAVA if you need something quick and easy!

Cava is a whole love language for me. My go to is the greens and grains bowl and I'll always get extra garlic sauce. Their toppings make me feel like I'm being healthy and I love the variety. The feisty feta is to die for and their tzatziki is some of the best. The honey harissa chicken is the perfect level of spice and the free pita? Sign me right up. I love the homemade drinks and the convenience of ordering online to go.

Skhug and Yogurt Dill - excellent, 1 for the heat, 2 for the cool!

After two visits (1 pita, 1grain bowl), I figured out what I wanted to put together here - a grain bowl with: 1/2 Rice 1/2 Lentils 1/2 Falafel 1/2 Meatballs Pickled Onions Cucumber & Tomato Brined Pickles Feta Tzatziki Harissa Pita Side sauces: Shkug, Yogurt Dill This made up what I'd been looking for - the right combination of tastes and textures, with the sauces and dips suppling a nice mixture of heat, cool, and flavors. The rice and lentils as the base mixed well together, increasing in flavor as the sauces and dips were mixed in. The spicy meatballs were very good, while the falafel was rather bland on its own, but again the sauces and dips helped considerably. The brined pickles and pickled red onions brought a definite sharpness to the bowl, softened somewhat by the tomato and cucumber mixture. The sauces and dips were all excellent. The pita as a side was small and much better than the large one on the wrap, and it had a nice outside crunch. And the service was particularly nice on this visit. I don't know that I necessarily felt healthier after this bowl, but I certainly felt satisfied! Ambiance - 3.5 Food - 4.5 Service - 4 Value - 4

I recently ordered a grain bowl from Cava on DoorDash with arugula, chicken, black lentils, and a variety of toppings/dressings. It arrived and looked bare at first, it seemed like the toppings might have been layered on the bottom, which made it a bit tricky to enjoy as intended. Honestly, Cava is just okay for me. This was my second time trying it, and while it's not bad, I don't feel like it lives up to the hype. To be fair, maybe my topping and dressing choices might not have been the best combination this time around. For now, I'd say it's fine if you're looking for something light and customizable, but it's not my favorite.

Loved coming here for a quick dinner after going to the gym! The food at CAVA is always so filling and nutritious and this particular one is in a convenient location on Stratford Road. Depending on the time of day the parking can be a little crowded in that shopping plaza, but cars come in and out so frequently I haven't had a problem! The indoor space itself is larger than it looks, and there is plenty of seating if you want to dine in. I usually take it to go though! The service here is always fantastic, they are quick and efficient in getting people through the line, and always have all the toppings filled and ready to go so I haven't had to wait for anything. Will definitely be coming back!

I love CAVA! WHen it first opened in my area in Raleigh, I was there almost every day. I am a frequent visitor to Cava, and I love it so much. I used to live in Winston Salem for 3 years while I attended Community College there and there was no Cava, but I love that there is one now! I always build my own bowl, and it's always great. I did a to-go order for pickup. It was very crowded when I went in, and they were out of lids for cups, and straws, so I just took my drink without those things - no big deal, and drank it on the way home. The cucumber mint lemonade was delicious! I did order a free pita, and an extra pita with tzatziki sauce on the side. They gave me the sauce, but no pita. :( It was so crowded, it was not worth asking for a refund. Otherwise, everything tasted great. Will definitely be back whenever I am back in town.

I've been wanting to try Cava for a long time and was finally in a city that had one! Think Chipotle but Mediterranean with wayyy more options and better. I got the Spicy Greens bowl that was chock full of veggies, dips, and falafel - so yum. The bowls come with set combinations of ingredients but you can ask them to add on any additional toppings (like tomatoes, feta, cucumbers, etc) for no extra charge. The ambiance inside is contemporary with soft lighting, feels very calming. Great for a quick, healthy meal!

Wa didn't know what to expect but were hopeful and this place far exceeded everything. Great,…read morefriendly service and a chill vibe with plenty of tables. This is a counter service restaurant but they do bring your food out to you. Firstly any place that serves ramen and burgers gets two thumbs up from me and the hubby; we both can eat our favorites! I ordered a single cheeseburger. Straightforward burger that tastes like a burger. Yes! Nothing worse than a burger that is trying to do too much. The onion rings were outstanding! We also ordered the pork belly cheese fries which were loaded with pork belly..no stinginess there and the kickin' sauce was good! The hubby ordered the street style yakimen which was not only beautiful but super filling. He loved the flavors and already is planning a return visit to try the poke bowls. A definite gem in the West End!

They had more on the menu than I expected, from smash burgers, to buttermilk fried chicken to, obviously, poke bowls. I built my own bowl, and was very happy with the result. Everything tasted fresh and very flavorful. My only small gripe was that I could tell the pineapple was not fresh and obviously canned. The jalapenos were fresh sliced and added a bit of heat, which is perfect. I feel like this is one of those places I could come back multiple times and get different combinations of things in the menu.

Second time visiting Grandpa Joe's, first time ordering their pizza and Wowie Zowie!…read more The base of the pizza is Bobby Boy Bakery focaccia and the richness and complexity of it transforms the pizza into an almost dessert-like experience. Crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside, slightly charred, it's a flavor and texture masterpiece. Mine was topped with burrata and prosciutto, they were generous with the prosciutto and it was so good and perfectly complimented by the melty burrata. A side of marina sauce adds extra zing. I found half a piece to be a satisfactory amount. My husband said he had almost ordered two pieces but only ordered one, he ate the other half of mine and found 1-1/2 pieces to be a good amount for him. He said he could have eaten two but 2-1/2 would have been too much. I chose a can of red wine to accompany this showpiece. The man behind the counter noted that the wine is made from Sangiovese grapes (as is Chianti, which is a Sangiovese blend). I thought it was an ok accompaniment to the pizza, it's not something I would drink on its own. The weather was perfect for dining al fresco, the other patrons were mostly groups of young couples, some with babies strapped to their bodies or in strollers or young children scooting about on riding toys. Pleasant.

It is easy to see from the street but the entrance to park is from behind and you can use the Longhorn Steak entrance to get to the front. Everything today was super fresh. I went with a mix of tuna, spicy tuna, and marinated tuna with gochujang, and every bite was on point. I did a half-and-half base and added extra protein, and honestly, for about $20 with tip, it felt like a great deal.
