    Bought a used 2013 Hyundai Elantra on March 7, 2018 at approx. 68,800 miles on it. Bought and paid in full on the spot - the salesperson actually worked with me and my budget! So 10/10 on customer service. It was a great vehicle. I got lucky and had no issue with it and did not experience the engine oil consumption issue with this vehicle. Had this vehicle until first week of October 2021 when I got another used vehicle. Reason is because it got totaled in an accident (not-at-fault) back in July 30, 2021. Structural got bent. I miss that car. Anyway, back then this place did me good. Not sure how this place is doing today so be wary.

    Stopped in on Black Friday to look at the CX-30. This was my second stop and immediately followed my less-than-ideal experience at Priority Hyundai. Cavalier Mazda is adjacent to Priority Hyundai, so it was kinda of a no-brainer to check out some Mazdas. I came away impressed with the CX-30 and liked the salesperson who helped me, Tyler. I would buy from Tyler since he heard my wants by responding accordingly, he gave me the illusion I was in control of the convo, and he didn't press me to buy on the spot. I realized, after I left Banister Nissan, that I needed to look at the CX-5, which Car & Driver listed as their #1 crossover SUV (and is bigger than the CX-30). So I'll likely go back for an in-person look and test drive. In the meantime, I further researched the CX-5 online to prep for my next visit. I'll update if I end up coppin' a whip from him.     I had the best experience of buying a car that I have ever had. Phil and Beau were great. I called the office yesterday minutes before they closed and they answered all polite and let me know to swing by this morning. I got there a tad early and Phil helped me start looking for a vehicle that was perfect for me. He went above and beyond with customer service and Beau was there helping as well. Normally, it is one sales person that takes HOURS. This place was in and out in about an hour... if not two max. They were the best and I could not have asked for a better deal. After yesterday going through four dealerships, this was... by far... the best. Absolutely recommend this dealership and please ask for Phil or Beau. They will make your experience fun, friendly, and the budget you are looking for. Thank you Phil and Beau. Will be seeing you all again!

Finally while standing there for 5 mins someone that finally noticed that I'm standing there asks if I need help. I tell them I'm there to purchase car parts and well get given the runaround guy tells me to call a number on a little torn piece of paper with a different company name and a different website name where prices differ. I ask if I can wait there to place the order while I'm the phone not knowing that they can not just simply give you the order after waiting on the phone for 45 minutes some guy from who knows where tells me they can only ship the orders, which I was trying to avoid as I could've just gone to amazon to place that same order. Later that day I hop on amazon and place the order from a seller "AUTOPARTS GIANT" which turns out being guess who?! These mf (excuse my French) which not only after seeing my order leave the same city I'm in just to come back to only 6miles away they don't even deliver the full order only sending me one piece of what I ordered now calling amazon which have to send an email to them and I have to wait 2-3 buisness days for a reply. Hilarious! And how do I know it's the same company you may ask? Well on the box you can see the from address comes right back to these imbeciles. Save yourself the trouble and go with my favorite company APO (autoparts outlet)which I used back in San Antonio TX much better customer service guaranteed. That one review on here can't possibly be real about them being helpful is BS. If you decide to go with these fools best of luck to you I'll be leaving a review just like this (which I NEVER do) on amazon too

This Advance Auto Parts location is your standard auto parts store. They basically carry the same inventory as other Advance locations and the store layout is consistent with most other stores in the chain. This store is located in the Indian River Shopping Center. There is plenty of free parking in the shopping center's huge private lot, especially considering there are a lot of empty business spaces here. The staff here is knowledgeable and can offer advice in various areas. Employees are friendly and helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs. They will gladly test or install a new battery or put windshield wiper blades on your car for free. Need to have your starter or alternator tested? They'll do it for you. Is your "check engine" light lit? They will scan your vehicle's computer for the error code. Need a tool for a job, they will loan you one. Just leave a deposit and get it back when you return the tool. You can even drop off old car batteries or motor oil for recycling. All these services are free so it can be quite helpful. I like shopping at Advance for the personal touches you can't get from Amazon or other big online retailers. Prices at Advance are a little more than you would pay on Amazon in many cases but this can be mitigated by shopping online at Advance's website where they will give you a discount code which, in my experience, is usually 20%. You can shop inventory from your local Advance store online, buy it then go to the store to pick it up about thirty minutes later. It's so easy and saves you money. I enjoy having this store near my home, it's very convenient for me.

Even worse, I took my 2023 Ford Maverick in for warranty work and they did NOT put the complete engine protection cover on the bottom of the engine on. I drove 3 and a half hours to get there and immediately I could tell my happiness truly was their priority and they care about their customers. The other two associates were also incredibly friendly and helpful when walking me through the actual buying process. They made sure I was all set before making my drive home by making sure I had a full sized spare tire, when I brought up my concern that there was no front license plate mount they instantly took action to make sure it was fixed for me, and a full tank of gas! The dealership failed to mention corrosion and rust. Buyer beware. They will sell you a lemon and upsell you on it.
