This is the only place I will get my nails done. The prices are reasonable, they always get me in fairly quickly. I have never waited more than 5 to 10 minutes. My dip manicures always are really well done, no matter who does them and same with the pedicure. The space is clean and updated. read more

Small nail salon as I live in apartments next to it and can walk I wanted to love this salon - however I did not! First they have one tv that plays videos of fish - not great in salon and salon is boring. I need some good music or tv programs when getting my nails done rather then being so bored doing nothing. But Mostly - my fill looked great when I left but I had 3 broken nails -the very next night - the tops literally cracked and fell off!!!!!!! Also they dont clean under your nails or scaled down your own nails underneath the acrylics- and he does NOT polish the side of the nail tips going underneath - so they chip away on the sides - Not a good Fill what so ever - I went to a new place few days later and got them replaced. won't return read more

Zero stars! After a few months of regular pedicures, my toenails are ruined! My nails slowly turned yellow and brittle. I got an infection and both of my big toe nails fell off! Never in my life has this happened. Here we are middle of summer and I can't wear sandals because my nails are so gross. Now I have to wait for God knows how long for my nails to grow back. After it took 2 hours to get acrylics, I asked the man if he could do a design on them, confidently he said yes. For $65, the design looks horrible like a toddler did it. I even showed him photos and it still turned out horrible. Polish didn't even cover the whole nail! read more

No thank you. I went in for a rebase and was the only person in the salon. Anna basically threw a light coat of acrylic on top of my nail and barely filed. It was left extremely uneven and blotchy. I asked her if the gel polish would "even it out" she said yes. In my opinion, the polish just enhanced what was wrong in the first place. Unfortunately, I was on my way to another appointment, or I would have asked her to start all over. Now though, I'll have to go home and redo them myself. Not worth the money. read more

Today I got a dip set and immediately when I walked in they were not friendly. She was throwing my hand around and messily putting product on my nails. All of my nails are differently shaped, the dip on my nail isn't smooth and she cut my cuticle and continued to put product on my cut. Im an esthetician and she didn't put any effort into making the service comfortable for me and that's huge in your industry. High recommend not getting a dip set here.... read more

I do not take leaving a negative review lightly. This is earned. I have tried about 5 local nail salons so far, since moving to Highlands Ranch. I like my nails, I take my manicures seriously. This is without a doubt the worst manicure I have had to date. It was really was that bad. I cannot recommend this salon, at all. On top of ripping my nail, being overly rough, not a relaxing experience, unfriendly staff, a terrible manicure... on top of all that- they do not sterilize their equipment. That is unacceptable in itself. I am pretty sure that is a health code violation. Stay away. read more

She didnt file them down very well. They're uneven, 2 already chipped, and it's only been 2 weeks. Normally, they last a month. Second time this has happened in six months. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Kent & Betty (the owners) I go to Kent for all my nail appointments and he has never disappointed me. He is so phenomenal, and super sweet. My family all goes here as well to Betty and their nails also turn out super cute. They always have the sweetest attitudes, and know how to make a bad day so much better. I can honestly say I've been to so many nail establishments and none of them compare, other salons were too quick, did not try and build a relationship or even a conversation, did a bad job, or they were just unsanitary. But here at Caviar NailBar, they will welcome you with great spirits and make you feel at home, and welcome. Kent & Betty are like my family and the sweetest, most welcoming people. They do such a phenomenal job, very sanitary, large selection of colors to choose from, and so many services to choose from too. Super cute and comfortable environment and business. I am really unhappy with my nails. I came in to get acrylics with gel nail polish and they turned out horrible. They were lumpy and only lasted a week an a half and I payed $52 which is ridiculous. Would not recommend this place. read more
