Not only have I kept bringing my now 11 year old all these years but I just took my 3 year old for his first time. Lauren was so excited to meet my baby and gave us helpful suggestions on how to brush am/pm with a very busy toddler. Spoke to the office manager, Gabby, regarding my concerns as well as informing my son's dental insurance of this issue. It's been a month since she agreed to process the claim for reimbursement as well as the frequency of my insurance, and she didn't follow through with her words. My son is already seeing a new dentist (love them BTW, they are genuine and honest) 1 month later..... i'm on the phone with my dental insurance and NO reimbursement has been processed.. what a shame, before I ended the call with Gabby she said "Thank you for reaching back out to me, usually patients that have a concern about our office never call back to make things right, if you can change or update your review on Yelp based on how well we addressed this we would love that" If she followed through with her words i would have, but now it's another 30 days of waiting to appeal this claim. read more

I use to bring four of my kids to cavity busters and followed dr Bui from his old location. We were seen on the 11th Od Dec and that will be my last time! If your child needs any kind of work done they will give you the estimate and just include the price of laughing gas in the price without telling you that insurance doesn't cover it, they want older kids 12+ on laughing gas. They just say this is your copay at the bottom, so you have to ask what its for. Ask a lot of questions because they love to take money from the kids. His staff is bold! They also call 7-10 days before apt for confirmation, and if you dont answer they will blow up your phone. read more
