My suggestion is Home Depot or Lowes across the street, prices are similar if not lower. I wanted to support a small appliance company, in this case my mistake!!!

I called left a message. No one calls for a week, after 2 calls. Then it starts leaking. They blame it on me, and say they can't do anything about it. They can send someone out a (third) time. I ask to talk to the manager multiple times and he is conveniently -every single time and can't ever call back. This won't be the only negative post I put up. Buying a refrigerator in pandemic times is something special, to say the least. With my list handy, I called CB Joe's as well as two others. CB Joe's had a model close to what I was looking for in stock (a rare find these days). They could also deliver before Thanksgiving (one of a kind). The gentleman on the phone was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and he didn't try to up-sell me. The price was good, and the service was great. The delivery team encountered some issues (truck got stuck and had to be towed), but they stayed in touch updating us throughout the day. They were fast (once they got here), friendly, and got the job done. If I need another appliance, I'm going to CB Joe's (or calling them , if we're still in a pandemic ;) ).

When comparing prices, BigCentric's price was about $300 less for each unit than the exact same units at The Home Depot and Lowe's, which were also supposedly on sale at those stores. I had recently moved into a new condo, and the salesperson was familiar with my condo development. Given what the salesperson knew of the condo development and the space limitations that sometimes existed there, he thought that the LG units that were on sale were the best bet. There was no attempt to get me to upgrade to more expensive units. Additionally there was no attempt to get me to purchase an extended warranty on the units. In fact, there was no mention of an extended warranty at all! I was further impressed, however, when they followed up with me after the delivery of the units. My condo, indeed, has a very tight space to fit the units in, and the delivery people who installed the units were relatively new to the job. BigCentric phoned me to ask me how the installation went. They offered to send their experienced installers to come and take a look to make sure that everything was done correctly, which occurred within the next several days. The more experienced guys did find something that had not been taken care of during the initial installation, and they corrected it. The staff at the store is totally professional, and everyone seems to have a genuine concern that the customer is completely satisfied. When it comes to buying appliances in the future, I will not even think about shopping anywhere else.

I had called ahead to ask whether the models I wanted to see were in stock and was told they were, but when I arrived, they weren't. Instead, I was told to go see them at National Appliance Warehouse and then come back because they would price match. That struck me as very unprofessional. It seemed like they were using other companies as their showroom because they didn't actually have what they advertised on display. I also noticed several older models being presented as if they were new. I could be mistaken, but that was the impression I got. One thing that really stood out to me was that it appeared one of the refrigerators on the showroom floor was being used to store an employee's lunch. Maybe that particular refrigerator wasn't actually for sale, but it wasn't marked as such, so it gave the impression that the display appliances were being used by employees. I could be wrong, but that was honestly how it looked to me. The delivery times were also much longer than expected. When it came time to place an order, I found out the appliance would actually be shipped from another company rather than directly from them. That made the entire process feel like they were brokering the sale instead of selling inventory they actually had. Several of the appliances also had small nicks, dents, and marks, yet they were not labeled as scratch-and-dent items. In the end, they didn't earn my business. Buyers should do their homework before purchasing and make sure the products they're expecting to see are actually available before making the trip.

He even told me that the only damage to the appliance was a small dent on the side, which he pointed out. Unfortunately, this turned out to be false. The appliance they delivered and installed was faulty and flooded our home, causing over $100,000 in damage. The owner, Andy Han, came to our house and we have a video of him promising to reimburse us. We asked about going through insurance, he said he would pay out of pocket. He quickly took the washer/dryer back, assuring us he would follow up once we assessed the damage. But we even had to dispute the charge through our credit card just to get a refund. One year later and numerous attempts to contact him and after hiring a lawyer at our expense, there has been no follow-up or any reimbursement from him. His website still falsely claims that every appliance is tested. This business is deceptive, dishonest, and irresponsible. Avoid DH Appliances 4 Less at all costs

There was no run around. Our salesperson Judy did not try to upsell us an expensive warranty or anything else. We went to 5 stores, ABC was, by far, the best. You don't hear as much about them as you do some of the others, and I don't know why. We got straight talk, and a decent deal. They also deliver, install, and service what they sell.

Sales Person: Chip Finch was wonderful and very helpful. Found an inexpensive refrigerator and queen split box spring. Also purchased household things: sheets, comforter, etc.. Chip even assisted us in caring our purchases to the car. He also suggested a great place for lunch. Chip was an excellent sales person on a Sunday afternoon. I recommend shopping with Chip at Sears Outlet.
