Top notch service for my 94 Acura Interga
Milton C.

Outstanding Service and professionalism. My Acura blew the engine and I was "a wreck" and CBM Towing came to the rescue. A ++++ on all points.

CBM driver Vincent helped me get my car into my garage, I couldn't have done it without him

Amazing FAST service! I have used CBM twice already when my lowrider has broken down. Today Vincent came in the flatbed truck and helped me out immensely getting my car into my garage! I couldn't have done it without him! I have AAA Insurance but their tow service takes forever to arrive. I immediately call CBM to help me out & then I just have AAA reimburse me. Always great service, fast arrival, good price. I now have their number saved!

I called my…read moreinsurance State Farm and waited over TWO HOURS and their towing service still had not called me back. That's when I went on Yelp and luckily came across Angel's City Towing 2. They responded immediately even though it was now past 8PM! They took down my information and arrived within only TWENTY MINUTES! I was so happy! Their communication was EXCELLENT. They kept me updated through text messages during the short time in between while the tow truck was arriving. They provided all the answers to the questions I had and help ensure I had a receipt to get reimbursed by my insurance company. Their service was above and beyond. They sent a great guy named Steve who was very professional but also extremely nice and fun guy to talk to while hooking up the car and giving me a ride to drop it off at the repair shop. If not for Angel's City Towing 2 I would still be there stranded! By the time I dropped off my car and got home I still had not heard from State Farm. Don't waste your time with your insurance or other towing services, give Angel's City Towing 2 a call they will be there to help you! AAA wouldn't do the tow since it was considered a "convenience tow," so I called Angel City's Towing 2. They came right away and towed my car before the shop closed. The very next day, I called them back to tow me to CarMax and the same driver came out. He was super friendly and helpful. I had to transfer some stuff out of my car, and he waited while I did that and was just choppin' it up with me like a friend. The pricing was reasonable as well. I definitely recommend Angel City's Towing 2 if you need a quick, reasonable tow!

Had to deal with ASAP Towing on a recent Friday night after my car was towed from the lot at Rick's…read moreDiner in Alhambra. I had parked there for dinner with my wife--just a couple hours, after the diner had already closed for the day. As a local with a city business parking pass, I didn't think it would be an issue. Clearly, I was wrong. We returned to an empty space and a knot in my stomach. A quick call to the local police confirmed it: towed. They told me it wasn't a city-initiated tow and to call the towing company directly. I did, and the man who answered (polite tone, light accent) confirmed the car was in route to their yard and would be ready in 20 minutes. He also let me know I'd be paying $485. We drove over and arrived at a hard-to-spot location off Valley Blvd. The setup was typical of these types of places--intimidating signage warning of dogs and firearms, a narrow gate, and a small window for human interaction. The guy working wasn't the same person I spoke to on the phone. He told me the car had been at their lot for less than an hour--apparently, we missed it by 10 minutes. I asked if the overnight fee could be waived. He got on the phone to check, but the answer was no. The moment the car passes through their gate, the full charge kicks in. And since I paid with a card, there was an additional fee, bringing the total to $501.97. At that point, what can you do? He checked my license, verified the registration, and brought the car around. I noticed a sign stating you can request documentation for your tow, so I asked. He said it would be available Monday. I followed up, and after a couple of calls, a woman eventually texted me photos of the paperwork. But here's the part that doesn't add up: the tow form requires the signature of the person authorizing the tow. The woman said it was signed by the owner of Rick's Diner. Problem is, the diner closes at 3pm, and this happened after 10pm. Unless the owner just hangs around at night authorizing tows (doubtful), I'm not sure how that checks out. To their credit, the staff was polite--but let's be honest, they know they're dealing with people in a frustrating, powerless situation. The real issue is the system that allows this to happen so easily. $500+ for parking in a closed business lot for a couple hours? It's legal, sure--but that doesn't make it right. I got my car back, but left feeling like the whole thing was more about profit than policy. If this happens to someone without the immediate funds, I can't imagine the stress it would cause. It's the kind of situation that sticks with you--and not in a good way.
