Even though they do take walk ins , appointments are prioritized. My appointment was at 8:00 am but I got there at 7:00 am I know " an over achiever ". I was greeted and serviced right away which was great . I told them exactly what I needed done to my car . They didn't try to over sell me which was refreshing. Once they began working on my car I was informed of some other things that needed to be done . And since I was already aware of those things from past service appointments I agreed to have them be fixed . There is a spacious waiting area with a tv and vending machine if you decide to stay and wait for your car which is nice .
