These guys are pretty great! You can normally catch me using my Yelp mobile app to find a good place to eat around me rather than in the kitchen cooking. But the time came to throw a dinner party when I now had to scramble to find someone to come out right away. I called around to about 10 different places and everyone gave me a 48 hour turn around. And when I called here they told me they could come out the later that day. Who can say no to that? Now I don't know too much about repairing anything having to do with appliances but clearly that is why there are professionals to do that. This place has really great technicians clearly, they are trained well. And who knew a stove could be so complicated...not me! I typically have reservations about letting people in my home but I was met with a smile and a clean cut professional appliance technician, he got here when he said he would and now that my stove is all fixed up I can go back to not cooking on my stove! Found a great repair service in Los Angeles! I moved into my hubby's apartment after we got married only to find that he had been living with a rundown refrigerator for far too long. The manager of the building attempted to fix it himself and I had serious concerns about his attempt. Low and behold he only made it worse. For some reason he had taken several weeks to get the manager to come out here then he was dragging his feet about getting an actual repair man to undo the damage he had done. Due to the manager's handy work, our refrigerator finally broke altogether and after going back and forth with the buildings manager, I decided to take matters into my own hands. Great!!! This guys saved my life; I have three kids and guess what - Saturday, laundry time, and the washer doesn't work; I had to call bunch of companies and no one was available till Monday.Of course, its a nightmare trying to get an appliance tech in Los Angeles during a weekend. When I called CC they told me that technician can stop by my house in a couple of hours. I was happy and nervous at the same time: how much would it cost? In 2.5 hours technician showed up at my door. It took him 5 minutes to locate the problem and he had the part so he could fix it right away. I asked "how much" (really, I was expecting to hear some ridiculous number because it was Saturday and I was desperate). I was amazed; Not only he fixed the problem but the whole repair cost was under $150. Very nice guy and I asked if they have some repair service available today he said it might be Monday already but then he said for me to wait and he called somebody ... Thank you Tandy for your expert repair of our Samsung three drawer refrigerator. It is only two years old and stopped working. Simon arrived within the timeframe given on Saturday and quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator. He needed to get some parts, so we made an appointment for Tuesday at 9:00 am and I said I would arrange to be late for work (he did not agree to my proposed time of 8:30). At 9:15 I called his cell phone and I had clearly awakened him. He did not recall making an appointment with me and asked for my address. Since he clearly wasn't going to be at my house anytime soon, I cancelled. This is the second appliance repair company (the first was Sears repair) that failed to arrive when promised. I've missed enough work for repairmen who don't show up, I really can't understand the problem. Just be where you say you're going to be when someone is waiting. read more

Update: The original technician did NOT fix my washer and instead just bypassed a safety switch. I called the company back, and they were very apologetic. They told me that the technician was a temporary contractor and that he would not be working for the company anymore.
