I went in about 10 am on a Saturday and was specific about the service that I needed: the lifetime alignment. This is a great price because if you go anywhere else, a single alignment job is already easily $80 to $100. Since this is a lifetime alignment for $200+ your car, it is great and can save some money by doing it this way. The staff is friendly and just understood what I needed. I know this shop can get busy, especially on the weekends, but they got me in and took care of me within an hour and a half. But why I wouldn't give them a five-star rating was that when I walked up to my car, the steering wheel, armrest, and seat were greasy. If I could give zero stars, I would. I chose Wheel Works because it was conveniently close to my home, but it ended up being a complete waste of time and a very frustrating experience. I brought my car in Monday at 2 PM to replace two front tires. The woman at the front desk was friendly and let me know they were busy, but said my car would likely be ready by the end of the day and that I would receive a call with any updates. They close at 7 PM, and after receiving no call or communication at all, I headed there around 6:45 PM expecting the car to be finished. Instead, I was told they were too busy to get to it and was asked if I wanted to leave it overnight so it could be the first car worked on Tuesday morning. At that point, I was already disappointed because I could have taken my car elsewhere and had the job completed the same day. The next morning, I returned around 9:30 AM since they open at 7 AM. Gabriel was helping another customer, which was completely understandable, so my partner and I waited patiently. However, after finishing with the customer, Gabriel acted as if we weren't even standing there waiting. No acknowledgment, no "I'll be right with you," nothing. He continued working on the computer and answered the phone while we stood there for nearly 20 minutes. I understand phones need to be answered, but basic customer service and acknowledgment go a long way. After all that waiting, Gabriel finally informed us that they never worked on the car because the wrong tire size had been entered into their system by the previous employee. My car is a basic 2004 Infiniti G35 coupe -- nothing rare or complicated -- and instead of correcting the mistake, no effort was made to resolve the issue or communicate with me. At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. But it got worse. While driving home, I noticed a loud dragging noise coming from underneath my car. I pulled over and discovered my catch can dragging on the ground. We drove back immediately, and they claimed it may have happened while backing the vehicle out because the car is lowered -- despite the car being on stock suspension. Thankfully, Omar was accommodating and fixed the issue quickly, which I appreciated. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Poor communication, wasted time, lack of accountability, and terrible customer service from Gabriel. Based on other reviews, it seems this isn't uncommon. They do not even honor their own Auto Care appointments booked online between 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. ! I booked an appointment on their on-line book appointment page. Once I receive my confirmation via email I printed it out and follow the instructions and arrived 30 plus minutes early. I drove by they're open garages and ask them was this Wheel Works because the way I came in I could not see the sign. They told me yes and I could park I yelled out to him I have a 6:00 pm oil change appointment. After sitting for almost 20 minutes straight with no one even coming out of the garage to acknowledge me and check me in I noticed another customer was getting ready to walk over to one of the guys from the back I said I better get in line because it's 3 minutes to 6:00 and check in. He was nice and we cracked a few jokes! But he started to tell me some excuses about Bridgestone tires owns the website and they book over book these appointments and blah blah blah blah blah blah! That they had three more cars in front of me and they close at 7:00pm and it's already 6:00pm and they were running behind. I told him I have an appointment for 6:00 p.m. he said we don't even take appointments at 6:00 p.m. I showed him on my cell phone that this is what my appointment says! I asked could I come tomorrow which would have been Saturday May 16th 2026. The look on his face as he was looking at Saturday let me know that they were booked! I said are you guys booked? He said yeah we're busy. He said can you come Sunday? No I have church and after church I have to wash! So, I said what about monday? And he said yeah can you come between 5:00 and 5:30PM? I said yes! He started rambling on, it's going to take a while to do it around 7:00, 7:30, or 8:00 p.m. this type of disorganization let me know that this is going to be a "hard no" for me to return back on Monday. Oil changes don't take that long the most I usually take is one hour. So, if I get there at 5:00 or 5:30 you should be done by 6:00 or 6:30. I am a woman who knows about cars. He booked the appointment! After getting home I'm very upset that my time was wasted because I have very little time to do things cause I have a very tight schedule! I came to the conclusion that this type of customer service is unacceptable! Especially, when I bookes my appointment online and expect that time and services render at my prompt arrival time for my onlineappointment! Seriously, Gabriel sucks. I need to start there because his bad attitude was unprofessional and completely unwarranted. He looks pathetic and acts pathetic too... I came in with an appointment on a Saturday to get my tires replaced because one tire had a slow leak. I informed him I had an appointment to get new tires and which tires I wanted. He mentioned that the manufacturer doesn't make the tires in the size I needed for my vehicle and said they had a similar model. I was fine with that and said "sure let's do those, I don't recall the exact model". He then proceeded to say they need to order them and the soonest they would arrive is Monday. At this point, this is partly a bad review for Wheel Works also because you can't buy the tires online before hand. I scheduled the appointment with the understanding that the tires are available. If something is available why would you still need to order them? And why would I even schedule an appointment and come in at all if the tires still need to arrive 3 days later?! The website says they're available(including the ones Gabriel said they don't make), and I even reached out to customer service to confirm the tires would be available the day of the appointment since I couldn't buy them online then and there. But whatever the case, I wouldn't have minded any of this interaction up to this point. I asked, "Well, what's the next cheapest tires you got?". He responded with, "those are the cheapest tires we got". I felt like he misunderstood my question so I asked again, "What's the next cheapest tires you have available?". He responded in the same pathetic indifferent way. I was fed up with his attitude at this point and ended up raising my voice asking for a final time. He finally gave me an answer. I was short and blunt with him the rest of the way because of his bad attitude. I left and forgot to give the tool for the wheel locks so I had to come back. I went back and just ended up deciding to grab my keys and take my car elsewhere. I was helped by another individual that was helpful and cordial luckily. I have been a loyal Bridgestone customer for 10 years, but my recent experience at Wheel Works was the worst I have ever encountered--due to both dishonest service and an associate named Gabriel who was shockingly unprofessional. I dropped my car off on Saturday at 8:53 AM. By 3:00 PM I called for an update and was told they were "about to work on it." I called again at 4:00 PM; Gabriel answered, promised to call back, but never did. The next day I called at 11:00 AM, and Gabriel became openly hostile. Instead of de‑escalating, he matched my frustration with aggression. When I reminded him the line was recorded, he said, "Bro, I don't care," repeatedly called me "bro," told me to "stop talking," and confirmed he had done so. That level of disrespect toward a customer is indefensible. The service issues are just as troubling. Gabriel claimed my wheel lock was stripped upon arrival and noted that "wheel lock warped, cannot remove, needs to break off." Yet this was not mentioned in my work order, nor was I notified the day before when my car sat untouched. When I inspected the lock, it appeared damaged by a drill, but the surrounding lug nuts showed no wear. If a lock is truly stripped, standard practice is to call the customer immediately--not wait for me to call twice. This is not the first time this location has shown a lack of integrity. Previously, my car was towed in for a no‑start. The manager, Kenneth, charged me $300 for a diagnostic and another $275.99 for a battery, totaling nearly $600 for what should have been a straightforward battery replacement--no real diagnostic was needed. As a former Firestone employee, I know the company's founding principle from Harvey Firestone: "I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business." That principle is clearly no longer honored here. On this most recent visit, I was also overcharged on labor. The AC condenser and suction hose share overlapping labor, yet I was billed separately for both--something this location has done to me before. I tried to address this with Gabriel, but he was dismissive and unprofessional. I ask to speak with someone from Bridgestone corporate. If I cannot reach the appropriate contact, I will file complaints with the Bureau of Automotive Repair and the Better Business Bureau. WILL NEVER GO BACK!! I had a 12pm appt. The lady told me they were short staffed and that it would be awhile. That there were 3 people in front of me. I was there because a tire a bought there went flat and I was driving on my spare. She said it would be a few hours. At 3:45 I saw a technician come out and talk to a guy that had recently come in to talk about the service they were doing on his car. I asked him when is appointment was and he said 3pm. TLDR : TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE OTHER THEN HERE! Very disappointing experience at this Wheel Works location. Before dropping off the car, I clearly told them the battery was dead and that the vehicle had not been operational for two months. That was fully disclosed upfront. Later, I was told the battery was dead because I supposedly left the windows open when I dropped it off -- which is completely false and makes no sense given that I had already explained the battery situation. Instead of listening or taking accountability, they tried to shift blame. The phone interaction was extremely unprofessional. The representative was sarcastic, argumentative, and seemed more interested in provoking a reaction than helping resolve anything. On top of that, they attempted to add $40 in "mandatory" fees that were never properly explained upfront as part of the tire service. Transparency about pricing should happen before the work is done -- not after the fact. They also initially refused to honor the $80 promotion advertised on their own website for purchasing four tires. It wasn't until I pushed back firmly that they agreed to apply it. Overall, the experience felt misleading, confrontational, and poorly handled. Customers shouldn't have to argue to get advertised promotions honored or to understand what they're being charged for. My car had a minor emergency and the closest shop in town was wheelworks. Even though I was in a pinch, I disregarded all the negative reviews and dropped off the car anyway. That was my first and last mistake. They said they fixed the issue and the car was "working fine" and after driving less than a mile, the check engine light comes on and it keeps having the problem.. I was able to barely drive it back and there was nothing they could do that night because the one guy who could do anything went home. On the last experience i dropped off a car with a VERY minor issue i had a hard time solving. They kept the car for over 3 days! Only to tell me that an entire lock assembly had to be replaced, at a cost of over $1k. And it would take like 3 days. Charged me HUNDREDS of dollars - for this wisdom and expertise. I declined at this point and went elsewhere. The whole thing as it turned out - just - needed some lubrication and corrosion removal. The actual fix cost less than $20 and took about 1 hour. This place is not just BAD -- its AGGRESSIVELY incompetent and will absolutely waste your money, AND TIME, and the result will be low quality. However they directed me to the autozone next door to buy a plug and fix kit so I did that, however when I made the puncture I completely put a hole in my tire and got a flat completely. These guys overbook their timeslots. Had my appointment scheduled in the morning for a tire rotation and alignment. They didn't tell me how long it would take, but I didn't bother going back home because I thought it would be a 1-2 hour job. My car did not get started being worked on until after 3 hours. It took 2 hours to complete the job. I got my car back 5 hours later after the initial appointment time. I was not late. This might be fine if you live in the area or are willing to Uber back home, but otherwise an absolute terrible business that doesn't value their customer's time. This isn't the first time it happened either. I had a different appointment a while back and thought they were just super busy that day, so I gave them a second chance. On top of taking super long for a simple service, The first time I came here I also had my car inspected for potential problems since my brother drove my car and said he hears noises while driving that seem abnormal. I'm the main driver of the car and the noises he was referring to didn't seem abnormal to me, but I thought maybe I could be wrong would get a professional to tell me if there's any abnormality. Well, the mechanics here told me the problem was probably the transmission. I went to get a second opinion on this from a mechanic I actually trusted and they explained to me exactly what he tested and why he didn't think there were any problems with the transmission or the car in general. So, either this business is just dishonest or unqualified for the job.
