Everytime I get almond milk from this location there are white chunks in my iced latte. Stirring it won't make it any less chunky so im sure it's out of date. Also the customer service isn't that great. Not worth the money. read more

Ok so there so many great coffee houses around and this is by far in my favorites I love their coffee but I love their service and then there sessional traditions they have a king cake for Mardi Gras and pumpkin spice for fall and peppermint for winter and they are only out in those times of the year they also have smoothies and pastries yum!!! read more

We were visiting the area and tried out this coffee shop. So glad we did! The atmosphere was great and the employees were all very nice. I got the pumpkin pie mochasippi, it was absolutely amazing and so happy is had espresso shots in it. Everyone else with me loved their drinks, too. This is a pretty good CC's, and it's a popular place for people to work and/or study. The staff are polite, and the bathroom is clean. My only issue is that this location seems to get drinks out a little slowly, compared to others. They also have a drive-thru, so that may contribute to it. A better alternative to coffee chains but I would prefer the Kleinpeter milk brand over the current provider. The service has been on the slower side, especially on my inside visits. I usually order a relative easy drink, cafe au lait but on my last visit several customers who came in after me were being served speciality drinks before mine. And the barista was not his normal cheerful self. This is a great spot to meet my clients and I will work here on occasions. They do have outdoor seating. And I love their selection of note cards. I've came here for the past few nights for studies. I always came later around 8pm and have found that it has worked out nicely. The employees here are very nice and considerate. Some coffee shops I have been to before, I could not tell who was more loud, the customers or the employees. At this location neither has been the case. In addition, the coffee and the pastries are very good. Also you can't beat free refills on regular and iced coffee. I pass a Starbucks to come here. Must support local and better coffee. read more

Every time I come to this location they mess up my order. This location has gotten the size of my drink wrong twice now and put way too much syrup in my drink. I love their king cake lattes but avoid coming here for anything else. They are all very nice but I probably won't come back. read more

CC's coffee is better than Starbucks, without a doubt. But for some reason, employees working the drive thru at this location can't get orders right. Our coffees are wrong more often than not. We don't have that problem if we go inside. Something with the drive thru process is badly broken here. read more

Nice place, enjoyed being here when I really looked like something that the cat dragged in a lot, and the staff was always friendly, and did not ever snub me or overcharge me, and I always attempted to give what I could for a tip. The staff there really works smart as well as hard to keep the place looking its best, and the customer service is top-notch. The management goes out of its way to maintain a friendly atmosphere and purvey the best comestibles and drinkables for the clientele. That included me during my darkest hours. I recently moved to the area, and the CC's I was used to were inconsistent and oftentimes a hassle. Since moving to Baton Rouge, I've visited this CC's several times as its closest to my house, and every time everything has been fantastic! My order is always correct, and the employees are so nice. One time I stopped in just before closing and got such great service - not "ugh why are you here right before closing" service.
