I like this small town location. I used to be able to take my mother through the drive-thru for a treat. She could not have sugar so we would ask for Stevia or Splenda for her chocolate drinks. When she could no longer get in my car without help, I would surprise her. Sometimes I treat myself to brunch and I have a muffin. The butter rum, blueberry, and pistachio are all good! The veggies egg white bites are also good for breakfast/brunch. The spinach and feta croissant is excellent. I've had the turkey on Cibatta bread for lunch. The folks at the window are nice. They are training the teens well although lately I have had a few older servers at the window. Some of them would know me before they moved on to other jobs. Although I mostly do drive-thru, nside is always clean and neat. read more

Today, I had a really disappointing experience. There was a girl named Macie who was incredibly rude. I tried to order a drink and saw Victoria, who is always so sweet and provides the best customer service. My new addiction is their BUTTER RUM muffins. Ohhhh my goodness!!!! So amazingly delicious!!! I think they should add walnuts though. Have you tried the strawberry shortcake mochasippi? It tastes like a Neapolitan shake. Which is something I've specifically ordered before so I liked it! read more

My first stop every morning is this place to get a medium roast coffee with 2 shots of espresso sugar free French vanilla and 2 splendas... It's Loaded with a lot of caffeine to start the early morning just right. I love the entire staff they all make me feel welcome, always smiling with joy and very friendly. as soon as I walk through the door, they greet me by name and start preparing my order and I'm out the door. They are Awesome! That is what I call Great Customer Service. So today, I decided to treat myself with a morning snack so I ordered my usual coffee and I wanted to try this new item "Pistachio muffin ". I also ordered "cinnamon walnut coffee cake" for my hubby which is his favorite I was kind of skeptic to try the muffin because all I see is green and think green salty nuts as a muffin is it savory or sweet? Well doesn't hurt to try... Why not! ‍ First bite. OH MY GOSH! Soooooo moist, full of flavor and not salty as I thought it would be. It was so so good and not too sweet, just perfect for me!!!! Also my husband cake was another OH MY GOSH! Soo moist with a little crunch on the top and in the inside with good flavor. Yummy!!!! I will definitely eat again, again and again.... read more

I stop by at least 3 times per week- The kids who work here are some of the nicest people I've ever met but i can't believe that two out of three times my drink IS NOT how I ordered it. Either it's too watery or taste like coffee grounds. I don't normally made a big deal about stuff like this & if it weren't so dang convenient I would've stopped going there long ago. I just left (again) and finally have enough!! I love community coffee & love the CC's franchises but I live in Zachary & it never fails... every time I go to CC's in Zachary my drink is different; it's almost like you need to see who's working before placing an order. Some of the baristas do an excellent job with your drink... but others should probably be put on the register. I just left the store at 5:49 ordered a caramel iced late made with almond milk & a few other things I ask for at EVERY location I go to but I tossed a $10 drink into the trash because it tasted horrible. The person who took the drive through order was nice, the guy at the window was nice (he even asked if I wanted them to make it over again but I didn't have time- had to pick up my kid) but I explained my frustration (and for the record- I was nice too... i was not being a "Karen") honestly If the drinks were as nice as the kids who work there, I would have no complaints at all; But this is ridiculous. So, no more complaining I'll just stop in one of the busier stores in Baton Rouge- they seem to get it right no matter when I stop in. read more

Great customer service! Lost a dear friend and was Lil blue... so decided to go for walk and grab coffee with my four legged kid... the drive thru lady was soooo nice! Bella was barking (my 4 legged kid) when I turned around back to window the young lady had a lil doggy pretend latte for her! so Bell and I had lattes together! Lol made my day and immediately brought my joy back! The young lady had no idea how I was feeling but was soooo genuine and thoughtful and it started with a simple smile! I love CC's ! It's my favorite of all the coffee houses but I do have to say this location seems to have less flavor selections than the other locations.I went to drive thru window but nobody ever came so I finally just drove around and found a parking spot and went inside. I hope that the service gets better because this was so unacceptable. I noticed that all the workers looked really young they were extremely slow, moving like turtles. This place looks like it may be the high school kid hang out ! Hopefully the service here improves. read more

So normally I would never post a good review about CC's because I worked for them a long time (becoming a manager) and had a very bad experience. That being said, the employees here were very sweet and seemed very happy. I stopped here because I really wanted something to drink and I like Iced Tea (I'm one of those weird southerners that usually only drinks coffee n the morning.) I was curious about this new location and it's very clean and nice. I was debating which tea to choose, and they offered samples of anything I wanted to try. They reminded me that they're brewed fresh daily, and they honestly do a very good job. It was nice to see excited new baristas enjoying their job, and it showed through their friendliness. The pastries looked pretty decent, I know they are shipped in frozen and defrosted. I wish CC's baked some things in house but I know this saves them time and money. I will likely come back to this store when I visit the Zachary Park (which is right around the corner and very nice.) Also this shopping strip has a dry cleaner, nail salon, and home decor shop. I plan to check those out soon. Zachary is growing and becoming more and more pleasant to visit each time! :) read more

Though the employees at this location are incredibly nice, they are SO SLOW! The laborious process of getting coffee is not an isolated incident. Whether you go inside or through the drive through, expect at minimum a 10-15min wait. Furthermore, there have been several instances where my food and/or drink order have been completely wrong. I know I'm not the only person who has experienced this. Just this morning, another customer in front of me was irate because of the glacial pace of the employees. I hope something changes because this location is close to work. read more

I WANT to love CC's because I'm glad to have them in Zachary, BUT..... they've got to pick up the speed for the morning rush hour. I appreciate the friendly service but not at the expense of time when I'm hurrying to get to work. Too much chit chat, too many questions, and not enough people making coffee orders. Of course the coffee is delicious. But why does it take 15-20 minutes to get an order to go? They need more baristas working at one time. read more
