Fast turn around on clothes. Have had no issues with anything we've taken in the last year. Prices are great and free drinks are a plus while waiting in the long line. Also they provide a laundry bag with their logo. A few cautions though: 1. No Credit Cards (they say this is coming, but don't display a date) 2. Specify if you want something dry-cleaned or they will just launder it. 3. Long Lines due to only 1-2 registers being open (there are 4 sitting on the counter I believe) There are multiple other employees walking around, but none come to help with registers during peak hours. This is quite annoying to a customer. 4. Parking lot gets very full during peak hours, just be careful when backing. read more

We've had a few issues with cd one. We finally decided to take her business someplace else. First issue was with using a new resident coupon for $15. I wasn't allowed to use it, because it wasn't my first time bringing in things to be dry cleaned. We moved across country, and I'm not digging through coupons when I'm busy unpacking boxes and getting kids into school. It seemed ridiculous that they even offer that coupon It is almost like they hope people won't use it. The assistant manager instead wanted me to set up a whole new account to get a new coupon. a total waste of time and I opted to let it pass. Another issue was with a pair of dress pants that we had hemmed. The hem fell apart and they refused to fix it because it was outside 30 days. My husband barely wore the pants. I took the pants back in to have the the hem replaced, and after I brought the pants home, I realized the work hadn't been done. I took them back in again (the 3rd time), and I asked for a call from the manager. She had no customer service skills. In fact, the manager told me that since their systems doesn't describe the clothing the work was done on, there is no way of knowing it was the same pants and there is nothing they can do. So I've paid to have the pants hemmed, I've taken the pants back two more times to be rehemmed, and I am accused of being dishonest. Life is too short!! read more

There was big mix up on a bag of clothes I dropped off. It was in another CD One cleaner's bag and when scanned pulled up someone else's account. I went to check to see why I haven't received an email about the clothes being ready. Long story short, the staff worked hard to figure out the mix up. Our clothes were found, the other person's account was given a refund, and we were rightfully charged for the our dry cleaning. I am forever grateful for their helpfulness and dedication for finding our dry cleaning. Thank you so much CD One. CD One in Naperville Is one of the best dry cleaners in the area. I have been to several, however my dress shirts and pants are always very well taken care of here. The turn around time is great as well, in many cases it's same day cleaning. The manager even offered to repair a loose button on my sport coat, despite this being a service they don't typically offer. They really do go above and beyond here. read more

Always enjoy coming to this location. Staff is really friendly and helpful, they always know the best way to clean my clothes and make sure to help me understand the difference between dry cleaning and laundering. The complimentary coffee and cookies are nice treat for my morning errands. My clothes always come out looking amazing and on the off chance that a stain didn't come out they are quick to redo them and get them looking like new again. Ryan at the front is great. He is always friendly (even when you can tell he's had a long day) and even knows who I am without having to give him my phone number. Never use this cleaner again. Ripped 2 shirts and never apologized or let alone gave any compensation. Expensive shirts too. Very bad customer service. They lost a shirt in the past and I had an employee come out to my car and yell at me, as I left the cleaner, because I complained. I stopped going for a while, and then went back. After years of taking my laundry there and fairly good experiences (sometimes had to redo shirts due to not cleaning collar correctly), they unfortunately ruined my favorite shirt. I thought it wouldn't be a problem and that they would take care of it, after all the staff is great. It was A $150 Lacoste button down, long sleeve shirt, given to me by my mom. They stained my shirt with who knows what and all they offered was $20! Just ridiculous, I asked them for a $120 credit, which would have not cost them $120, but much less. Now they just lost a faithful customer and won bad reviews. Stay away! read more

Uzsed to go there a lot and then started using the Roosevelt location in Glen Ellyn because my new home was closer. Then I started to having missing buttons, creases messed up, etc so I decided to go back to this Ogden Location. first time I go to pick up my clothes, they have an envelope stapled to it with $15 in it., I left cash in my pockets of my pants and they found it!! I run a closet of professional clothing for homeless individuals, so I do a lot of dry cleaning. I always take the donated clothing here, and they are always so nice. I just brought a HUGE load in, and the lady helping was lovely and very patient as I occupied so much of her time, and the others worked hard to move the line. Great job! read more

I'm not a huge reviewer, but I felt the need to go out of my way to review this particular dry cleaners. I have never had a single bad experience, but an overwhelmingly great one time after time. First and foremost, the staff is SO FRIENDLY that each time, you leave smiling. When I was pregnant, they would walk my dry cleaning out to the car, regardless of the weather. They always ask about my family and the kids. As for the dry cleaning, I have never, ever had any letdowns with the quality of dry cleaning. If there's even a tear in the pants or anything, they would call to let me know before continuing cleaning them without wanting to cause any further damage. The parking lot is small (not tiny), but it's a dry cleaners, not a superstore with a giant parking lot. When it is busy, cars aren't parked more than a few minutes so within a minute, someone is backing out anyway. They do not accept credit cards which did throw me off the very first time I went there, but they have an ATM right by the door, so if you don't have your check book or cash you can withdraw some money. Not a big deal-coming from a girl who only uses her credit card. I will absolutely continue coming here--i will even go out of my way if I have to! read more

I was between 3 and 4 starts. Never had an issue with my dry cleaning but CD One Price Cleaners is $.50 more per item than my normal cleaner (who is just a little out of the way) so that ends up adding up close to $10 each week. On the plus side - hours are great. read more

I think the people that work here are great, which is why I don't try to find another dry cleaners. In addition, I am very happy with the results. I bring my Hart Schaffner Marx suits here, which are not budget suits, and they do an excellent job. I also bring my winter coats here and I have been very pleased. I have not yet brought a comforter, but that will be something that I bring in the future. Their prices are very reasonable and I like their service and quality. As a result, they will continue to have my business and I will continue enjoying my interactions with the employees. read more

First, I am a fan of the quality of their cleaning. I've had multiple shirts laundered and pants / sweaters dry cleaned and they always come out great. Second, their prices appear to be reasonable - no complaints there. However, I do have an issue with how efficient their service is. Every time I have gone in this summer (5+), I have ended up waiting 10 or more minutes simply to pick up or drop off my laundry (at both peak and non-peak times). They continue to only have one cashier open (despite 1-2 dozen people around the store) and do not think to accommodate long lines when they build up. While the staff has always been friendly, it wouldn't take a lot to open up a second or third cashier when the line starts to wrap around towards the door. read more

A much appreciated quality when stopping by early in the morning to drop off items for cleaning, prior to heading to the office.The same day service is a great resource when time is critical. Very happy with how they clean and press my shirts and suits. Finally, the prices are extremely fair, much less than many dry cleaners in my area (and others cannot match the speed and friendliness of service). I just went to get my sons blanket cleaned. As I was giving Dan my information- he told me that he didn't believe me that my name is real (I just recently changed my name legally). He proceeded to be abusive, hurtful and incredibly unkind. I tried to tell him he was being hurtful and he told me he didn't care, didn't believe my name was what I was telling him and told me he wasn't going to deal with me. I have NEVER encountered this kind of treatment ANYWHERE. To say it hurt my feelings doesn't capture how devastating his treatment was. I recently survived a near death experience and feel fear and deal with physical limitations. I didn't deserve to be treated this way. When I spoke with the assistant manager she tried at first to make excuses - saying he was joking. Then I said I wanted to let the owner know and was told that her name is Betsy but she's not involved. So who runs this place? Are the employees allowed to mistreat the patrons? Do they care at all? I'm completely at a loss.... I hope when the owner reads this- they care enough to call and make it right. Dan should be held accountable for his behavior. I went in today after 3pm for a "press only", they were nice enough to press my item as I waited instead of having me come back at 5pm the next day. I really needed the item pressed for 8am. For the second time in a month, I picked up my dry cleaning only to have the staples that hold the tags on my shirts stapled through my shirt itself and not the tag. Maybe you need to come up with a different process so you don't put holes in customers shirts. read more

I had brought in 4 coats, a jacket and one shirt for dry cleaning and only the shirt came back in good condition. Terrible service! I left 2 pair of slacks here. Worker said they would be ready at a certain time. I make it clear that I'd be on a tight schedule but they assured me my items would be ready by the given time. I come back for pick up and they cannot find my items. I waited an hour with little explanation as to what was happening. Finally another worker comes up to me and asks if I was sure i left it. I provided a receipt and everything and they said that the items were not there & Maybe someone had been given my items during the previous shift. I asked how they were going to fix the issue and they said there was nothing they could do about it. No reimbursement or anything?! He said that all that could be done was to wait and see if someone returned it. I left my information and still a week later, no follow up. These people are extremely unprofessional. I like the fact that its not only cheap pricing but you encounter people who say Hello how are you as you enter. Some people in many places don't acknowledge their customer but this cleaners give 100% towards customer satisfaction. I've been going there for some time now and have not had an issue. My dog even loves this place as I mention the cleaners he knows there will be dog treats at this location. Sometimes things happen as they would in any business but I've personally seen how the owner or managers have handled their situations well. read more

I had them do my laundry and they just folded jeans and shirts and stuffed them into paper bags. The clothes were wrinkled and socks were missing. When I went back to ask them about the socks, they just shrugged their shoulders as if to say "so what". They wouldn't even discuss it with me and said it's not their fault. I figured I'd give this place another try as my sister took a top of mine there which was ruined a few years ago. Don't let the coffee and new services fool you like they did me because after picking up my boyfriends dress shirts which were brand new and never worn; they ruined one with blank ink and thought we wouldn't notice because they put it I between a few other shirts when they bagged them. I can't believe how unethical this place is to ruin your clothes and to not even mention anything. Stupid me for giving them another chance after all this time.
