We couldn't be happier with our experience in using CDC for their transportation services. We booked a super last minute trip to SF with our toddler, and were in desperate need of finding transportation from SFO to the ritz and also needed a car seat. We used CDC for a trip from SFO, and a few days later on the way back. The experience was great from start to finish. Booking was easy, and Christian was very prompt in replying to e-mails. When we got to the airport, Christian was already there waiting for us and called to check our status. This was a very pleasant contrast to many other car services we've used in the past who were late or needed to be hunted down once we arrived. Christian had two car seats installed (one toddler and one booster) just as we had asked for, and was friendly and patient while we got the kids installed. Again, this was a pleasant contrast to other car seat services we have used in various other cities. I highly recommend Christian and this service! We will absolutely use them again! We were traveling with a 22 mo old for 2 weeks, and would have had to pay around $180 for discounted parking at Park N Fly for 14 days, not to mention the inconvenience of lugging your stuff plus baby stuff from car to shuttle to terminal and back. Lyft and Uber don't provide baby seats and we weren't planning on traveling with one so all we needed was travel to and from the airport with a car seat. Not as easy as you'd think. But then we found CDC online and it was perfect! Smooth transaction from beginning to end. $55 each way (tips at your discretion). Christian was very responsive via email, even when I was in the habit of emailing late at night, he always got back to me promptly. Perfectly installed toddler car seat (right size seat too!) for both legs of the trip. Clean and very comfortable town cars picked us up right on time. Drivers were friendly and helped with luggage. On our return, the airline lost a piece of our stroller and we had to wait quite a while for them to track it down. Christian was friendly and patient, calling to see where we were and if we were ok. Once we confirmed we were finally ready to exit the airport, he told us exactly where to go and who his driver would be and the last 3 digits of the town car. No one was grumpy or upset that we took an extra hour at the airport b/c of the stroller snafu. I was very pleased with every aspect of this service from beginning to end. And door to door service, way better than driving and parking yourself at Park N Fly, especially with a kid and lots of luggage. Definitely calling CDC for our next trip! read more

We have used CDC a few times in the last 1-2 years. The first time the SUV smelled faintly like cigarette smoke, but we live not too far from the airport so it was acceptable for us. The driver was the owner himself and very nice. One time the infant car seat was missing and the driver had only brought the toddler car seat even though the infant car seat was clearly requested via email. My baby was 2 months old so I was definitely upset and called the owner. Christian was extremely apologetic and comped us the ride, which was really nice. Where it went sour for us was at our last pick up from the airport where the driver tried to charge us $80 vs the usual $50. When I contacted Christian I was informed that the Town car was $50 while a SUV was $80. When I told him that we always had been picked up in a SUV he told me that that was only because they happened to have a SUV available at that time. That's all fine and dandy but this was NEVER communicated to me so I could have never known. I would have been fine with the price difference but I truly believe Christian should have been more forthcoming about this fact. Given that we were repeat customers it was disappointing that he wouldn't honor the original price and we ended up settling at $65. Adding to the insult was his comment that he had competed us a previous ride but well, it was their mistake of forgetting the car seat so I didn't appreciate that comment. All in all, better to use CDC than risking having your babies not have a car seat but definitely make sure you know in advance what you are being charged for. Although we had used CDC a few times and have several trips coming up, given our last experience we are giving our business to someone else. read more

Christian is my go to for transportation when i come into San Francisco. He is always on time for pick-ups and is incredibly helpful in determining how early to arrive at the airport. His cars are always immaculate and very comfortable. When I have travelled with my family he has been accommodating in providing child safety seats from infant seats to boosters. The flat rate pricing is more than fair and you never have to deal with worrying about being taken out of your way to hike up the price on the meter of a taxi. read more

Bought a discount airport ride on Gilt City, and booked it for 4:30 AM for a 6 AM flight. At 4:35 I left a message, no sign of them. At 4:37, I miraculously flagged down a cab down the street. At 4:38, the car shows up, just as the cab driver opens the trunk. I apologize to the cab driver and send him off, get into the towncar, and remind him we're picking up my friends at Mission and Valencia. He punches the address into his GPS, and takes Powell to the freeway. Seriously? He couldn't get the trunk closed with our stuff inside and ended up using a bungee cord to tie the trunk shut, as my friend nervously looks back, wondering if his laptop bag will still be there when we arrive. our return flight to sfo was 30minutes early, but the car arrived less than 10 minutes after we got out and stood at the pickup curb. it was already 9pm and we were all running on residual energy... With our 4 bags, carseat, stroller, and 40lb bundle of joy, we were home in less than 15 minutes. everyone should do this... It's a vacation, right? Imagine with me...you have a baby, you have a flight leaving out of SFO at 6:30am and you've got a long day of cross country travel with connecting flights. At exactly 4:15, you open the door to check to see if your car service is coming. Parked in front of your house, with engine quietly running, trunk open and interior and exterior lights dimmed, is a shiny black lincoln town car, with a man standing quietly at the trunk, ready to go. "Good Morning" he says. No cell phone calls, no ringing the loud ass doorbell, no pounding knock on the door to get the dog completely crazy barking and the baby howling in response. The dog doesn't bark-not once. The luggage gets loaded and everyone's ready to go. You settle in for the ride and it's quiet but not uncomfortably so. There's no crazy blaring music, no dispatch radio. Just the hum of the road and the car. THIS is the way to travel. I love love LOVE Christian and his guys. We have used him twice for trips to/from SFO and both times he was incredibly professional, not just on time but EARLY and had the car seat in and ready to go with no problems. All of this incredible service for about the same price as a cab. I will never take a cab or BART again. read more

I had bad luck trying to book a car and driver for a 5-hour Sunday evening trip from SF to Yountville (that's 60 miles each way). The bid Christian gave me for town car service was nearly $600 - more than double the lowest town car bids I got elsewhere, and equivalent to the bids I was getting from companies that would've taken us there and back in a Tesla or a Porsche Panamera. I'm sure his service to the Airports is stellar, but if you're looking for longer trips, or for value, look elsewhere. read more

I started using CDC back in July 2009, when a friend flew in from the east coast with her 3 children, aged 9 months, 2 and 8, and teenage sister into SFO. Due to my work schedule, I had to arrange for them to be picked up and driven to Berkeley. Not only did the driver make sure that he was waiting before the flight arrived, the car seats were installed, the driver courteous and helpful. As you can imagine, it was an exhausting trip and a huge relief that this leg of the trip went so smoothly. She noted, the best part was the bottled water was waiting which made getting bottles ready so very easy. It's the little things that make the biggest impression, out side of carseats, when traveling with toddlers. Since that time, I have used this service for business and pleasure related excursions in the greater SF bay area. Additionally, I have referred Christian's services when we have clients coming in from all over the US. They always either compliment the service, or comment that it was so seamless that they hardly took notice. That is exactly the way it should be. read more

We've been using CDC Executive for several years, and it's been great every time. Christian or one of his drivers come when they are supposed to, and are great with the kids. They bring the car seats (!), which is really great with two little ones, and my son can't wait to see Christian whenever we go on a trip. Cars are either a sedan or an SUV with enough room for an army. Christian always has someone available, even on short notice, and he makes sure not to overschedule so he can adjust to flight delays. There's nothing better than having someone you know and trust pick you up after a long transcontinental flight, or at 4:00am to make that 6:00 trip to New York. Uber serves a purpose of quick and fast after a night on the town - however, when it comes to needing car service for my family CDC Executive is simply the best car service in the Bay Area. Traveling with an infant, we were unsure how to get home from the airport (my husband dropped our daughter and I off and flew out at a later date) without paying a tremendous amount for parking. Absolutely stellar service and company. My family and I needed an airport transfer to and from SFO and didn't want to worry about car seats for two children under 4. The email response was quick from the owner, and the day of our trip our driver arrived right on time with both car seats installed. Service was fast, friendly and we got dropped off right at the terminal. There was some confusion re which terminal our flight was flying out of, and the driver was patient enough to wait until we sorted everything out and my family didn't feel rushed.
