While or shortly after they hooked the vehicle upto the diagnostic machine they either by accident, incompetence, or malice erased or otherwise altered the cars pcm. So much so infact that the car will no longer start. Instead of calling me to tell me they would fix the issue they created they instead started to attempt to sell me 4-5000$ solutions to a problem they created. When someone shows you who they are, i trust them. I told them i brought them a working and running car and i expected one back. Eventually they decided it wasn't in their best short term interest to deliver on what should be there initial pledge as a car repair center. To not brake working cars that are brought to them and then tell people to kick rocks I Asked them to take the car down and leave it in the parking lot and to not touch the vehicle again. I had a tow company take the vehicle to a different auto body who shares a similar opinion that Meineke some how altered the pcm from its current setting so the car would no longer start. They want $1300 to fix it. I wanted a 215 ish dollar oil change and ac recharge. I called the owner and asked him to spilt the cost of the pcm and labor because it probably was an accident and i didn't want to write a negative review on every major platform He said bring him the part and he would replace it. If honesty was his initial policy that would of been acceptable yet i lost all trust in them after blatant and shameful attempts at money grabs

It took 45 mins which struck me as odd. I got in, started it and my cockpit was a different setting and my screen wanted me to register my car. As I was running late, I went right home...my bad. I started my car the next day and several error lights came on (lane assist, tire pressure, adaptive cruise to name a few). I immediately called and mentioned it and said Fathers & Sons VW will be taking a look as they are the only one that do maintenance on my car. There were multiple broken wires to the front differential connector that someone attempted to patch back together with a cloth type of black tape. Father & Sons suspect something was run over and pulled the wires. Of course Nicole at V&F and the inspector denied it was their business that did anything to the vehicle. It cost me $776.78 to fix. I would have understood if it was an accident but own up to your mistakes, not try to cover it up. They must not have a conscious and are okay living with it. I would give no stars if I could!

My oil change here could have saved my life, thanks to the technicians and teams here…read more I started with an impulse to get my oil changed, as it was at least a few hundred miles overdue. I knew my air filter was old, and they opened it up and checked it. [Yuck.] I needed maintenance, so I agreed to replace it. Then, my radiator fluid was in the red. (and also the green. Both readings on the fluid test they showed me were bad.) Then, they told me my brakes needed new pads, which I am grateful for: I wore them down to rotors before and it cost four times as much. But then they asked me to look at something. They found worse. Brakes I had gotten repaired on my car years ago by the dealer, with new rotors, weren't working. My driver rear brake caliper was broken and today was the day I found out thanks to them. If I used only three out of four brakes, I might have spun in a sudden stop, or worse. Praise be to God that I went to this Jiffy Lube. The work of the technicians here, Dennis, Nate, Roland, and Abraham, save lives.

These guys got it done and they got it done faster than anyone else said they would be able to.. for cheaper. I went back after I tried to get an alignment and was told I needed my ball joint and something else changed and was told I had to wait a week. I called them, brought it the next day and they told me that it wasn't the ball joint found the problem and fixed it and aligned my car that day. great service I highly recommend!
