I am so disappointed in our fencing and communication with this company. It all started out just fine, but then our fence was completely leaning towards our neighbors house. David and his team came and fixed that. However, after just one year, our fence is completely falling apart. Posts are splitting in half, wire is all falling off, the horizontal boards are all warped and splitting, and all the hinges/screws are coming out. I am so sad that we spent this kind of money on our first new build where we had to do landscaping. David and his team said they would fix our fence, but now it is complete silence and we are left with a fence that is falling apart and will need to be fixed.

We hired CDR landscaping and concrete to install an in-ground trampoline in our backyard, and could not be happier with how the work turned out. They were very competitive with the quote and had a crew available to start the work the following week (unlike some other landscaping companies have a long waiting window). David was handling logistics and Cesar did an awesome job. He was working very hard and you could tell he was taking pride in the job he was doing. We did have a few things to fix (like leaking sprinkler hose, and edging around the trampoline -and Cesar took care of everything we asked. They also fixed our gate , installed new hinges and replaced broken boards. Again did an excellent job! Thank you CDR Landscaping! I have recommended them to my neighbors and won't hesitate to contact them for future projects.

I highly recommend CDR Landscape and concrete.the quality of work and price cannot be beaten. Chester and David we great to work with. Very responsive, professional and took their time to work through my ever changing needs. I was so impressed by the quality of the work they were doing we continued to expand the scope of the project. What started as a simple stamped concrete and steps project quickly turned into walkways, hard scape the front and back yards, timber framed steps etc .

CDR landscape had landscaped my entire new yard starting from nothing, they were extremely efficient and having it completely done in 7 days. David and Chester were very professional to work with and easy to get in contact with if we had any questions highly recommend.

I would love to be able to write a five star review for them but that's been far from my experience. They came started the work, and then left with trash all over the place to include large nails everywhere. We have a two year old and dogs, and they saw this, so them leaving all this everywhere was disappointing. There were rocks and dirt all over our brand new window well covers as well. The day of the work I didn't mention anything, and just went around and picked up the nails and trash with my husband when they left. Then the next day, there was no call or knock on the door. We sent them a message and Angel/David called and said that he did come but the concrete wasn't ready. We checked the ring doorbell and saw nothing for that entire morning/day. They said they would be back the next day to finish.. we were suppose to get a fire pit installed as well. But after seeing how everything was left and that there was already no communication on a completion time we cancelled that portion. My husband and I ended up picking up all of the trash/nail/tools and debris left behind, in our front and back yard. Two days later Angle/David and Chester showed up alone to "finish". They took all the wood off and agreed that they would make sure someone would come clean up the stains/debris in the street in front of our house and our neighbors house on Monday. No one came on Monday... Monday afternoon my husband called and they said they would call them (the company with the cement mixer) to come clean the street.. two young men came and poured a bag of some sand like agent to the spots on the ground. They said they would be back at 2pm Tuesday to finish cleaning it up. No one came or called. My husband called David today (Thursday) and he acted like he didn't know who he was and hung up on him. I called after that and David put Chester on the phone. He kept repeating that they would clean it... but that was agreed to have been completed on Monday on a contract I wrote that he signed. So now... for the sake of our neighbors we bought a power washer and spent hours cleaning the road... the stains are still there and there is no remedy from Chester. He did say he would come and clean it and didn't show up. I am disappointed because the actual concrete work looks great! It's just everything else is a poor way to run a business.

The new deck replaced an old wooden deck that had seen it's better days. The understructure of the old deck was beginning to fail and the understructure supports the roof that covers most of the deck. Before hiring Denver Decks to do the job we used AI to recommend good deck companies in the Denver area. We contacted four companies, three responded and Denver Decks was one of those three. Our deck is 17' x 20' and the estimates to do the job were similar. We were promptly contacted and set up a meeting with Paul Koehn from Denver Decks. We met with Paul and quickly realized that he was much more that just a salesman for the company. He had built many decks before moving into sales so his knowledge of what is needed for a new deck was extensive, readily available, and we actually enjoyed discussing our project with him. Paul also indicated that Denver Decks always complies with the codes and permit process that exists for such projects in Denver. One of the companies that we contacted said that they do not pull permits for work in Denver and if something goes wrong during the process it would be our fault! Paul had lots of photos of other projects that Denver Decks had completed. The photo collection was extensive, well organized, and included pictures of stairs, railings, deck surfaces and lights that have been used in other projects. It really made it easier for us to decide what we wanted for our deck. After deciding on what we wanted for our deck the deconstruction of the old deck began and we got to meet/talk with Jay (project manager), Mike (site manager) and Jim, the craftsman for our deck. The communication throughout the project was great! The roof, that covered most of the 17'x20' deck, was supported by three 4"x4" posts that were set upon the deck surface that was supported by two 2"x8" boards on edge. I was very nervous that the aging understructure might fail and drop the roof onto the deck. Denver Decks installed 3 caissons to support the new 6"x6" posts that would now support the roof and 3 added caissons to support the outer edge of the deck. Each cement caisson was 19" in diameter and 36" deep. My worries about the roof falling ceased to exist! After the old deck was removed Jim began to build the new deck. I do not have words that can adequately express how impressed we were with the craftsmanship, construction knowledge and care that Jim displayed in building our deck. The skill that he displayed in all aspects of the construction were amazing and the best that I've ever witnessed in all of the projects that I've ever hired or been around. He built our deck the way that I would've built it if I had his knowledge, skill, equipment and his many years of construction experience! Thank you Jim! Such decks are not cheap and the price for Denver Decks to do the job was similar to that of the company that said they would not pull permits! Building a deck is one of those many situations in life where you truly do, "get what you paid for" and we didn't pay a cent until the job was finished to our satisfaction. Apologies for such a long review but a short review just would not do in this case. Denver Decks did a great job for us and we wholeheartedly recommend them for your deck. They can add us to their lengthy list of references who will be glad to discuss Denver Decks with you for your project! Thank you Denver Decks for a job well done!

One of our biggest projects to tackle was the fireplace. We envisioned not only keeping it wood burning but making the room feel less like a cave and more bright, cozy and welcoming. We contacted several fireplace vendors and found one that helped with the pieces, but for our actual project we were told "you need a mason." So to the search engines we went. After talking and meeting with a few and getting some quotes, we chose to go with Adkins Masonry and are glad we did. From the beginning, Tommy was fantastic to work with. It's clear through conversation that he's passionate about what he does, and equally clear that he's very talented after looking though his portfolio. In the grand scheme of things, our project was pretty minor compared to a lot of jobs he does, but he treated us as if ours was the most important one whenever we met or discussed it. It was about a year in the making. We had an initial meeting to suss out our vision and come up with a plan. Then my partner and I took our sweet time to make sure we found the right natural stone for the look we were going for. We then started the demo, which was done incrementally as our project evolved over time. It took a while for the stone and hearth to come in, but once it arrived, Tommy was able to really get going. Since we were keeping it wood burning, and since Tommy is a mason, we ended up using brick rather than wood to frame it out which helped insulate it and make it safer. He also placed insulation over the vent, which did not exist on the original, to help protect the electrical and cable wires that ran behind it. We debated putting the TV over the mantel vs off to the side, and we ended up running power for both options to future proof it. Once the brick was laid and dried, he and his crew installed the concrete mantel and the giant hearth (which I cannot even begin to tell you how heavy it was). Next, he began to overlay the stone, first mortared into place, and then grouted to finish with the right color. It was really crazy to watch how each step completely transformed the project again and again. We are so happy with the way it turned out. The room still has a ways to go (floors, trim and oh, furniture) but I cannot recommend Tommy and Adkins Masonry highly enough. He was a complete pleasure to work with.
