For this meal prep service I get meals for myself and my husband and both of us hands down believe that the quality, quantity, price and most importantly flavor of these meals are amazing ! I have ordered a few times now and tried a combination of everything on the menu. You cannot go wrong with anything you order here. The quality of the proteins used is great, knock on wood, never eaten a nerve or anything funky in the protein. The amount of food in each container is perfect to satisfy hunger and make you full til your next meal. I know some meal prep companies over fill the containers with carbs or veggies and you're hungry within an hour, but the portions are relatively consistent just enough protein veggies and carbs and you stay feeling energized and ready to tackle your day. We love it! The pricing is extremely reasonable and dealing with Justin is absolutely a pleasure. He is very attentive and always makes sure to keep in communication to let you know when your meals are ready. He is very good at getting back to you in a timely manner as well and answers all questions ( if you even have any) as he is very descriptive in everything he says so he leaves you without questions. Yes, you read that right -- dinner came with a surprise side of nicotine. To their credit, Jen Meals' customer service manager Tiffany was responsive and apologetic (screenshots attached for transparency). But the bigger concern is that they couldn't guarantee this wouldn't happen again. Their own words suggested they're still trying to figure out how a cigarette got into their kitchen when none of their staff supposedly smokes. Not exactly the type of mystery you want served with your congee and herbal tea. . Look, mistakes happen, but as a consumer, it's hard to enjoy food when there's a possibility of finding... well, anything besides food. The meals are tasty, but I'd encourage anyone considering Jen Meals to think twice and maybe ask a few extra questions about their food handling practices. After all, you shouldn't need to worry about secondhand smoke in your soup.

Between my long commute to work, workout schedule and other daily needs, sometimes it's just super nice and convenient to have a meal ready to eat that's loaded with the essential macros I need. I order about every other week and so far I've been very pleased with the taste, amount of food and the spectacular presentation. What I recommend (so far): Chimichurri Steak was by far one of my favorites. That Chimichurri sauce was so perfect. The beef was perfectly cooked and I could even taste the grilled flavor in the meat. Breakfast Pizza with light marinara, scrambled eggs, sausage and pepperoni totally hit the spot!! I'm a huge pizza fan and this was perfection in the morning. I air-fried 2 pieces each morning and savored every bite. Steak & Eggs was delicious. Bibimbap was fantastic!! The sauce was excellent and mildly spicy. I added extra sriracha and tamari sauce. I still have a Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese to try but how can you go wrong with that?! AFTER I get a text on a different thread saying "Sorry for the inconvenience. Customers pull up to suite N on Sundays and we bring the food out or they text the business line" which is NOT on any texts from the "business line" and they never replied once on that line.
