They referred me to Artigem, and had me send the remaining earring so they could make the mirror image. Artigem discovered, though, that the remaining earring had a couple of cracked diamonds. So they made me an entire new pair of earrings, reusing the undamaged ones and replacing the others. The only difference I can see is that the new ones are a little more comfortable to wear. Initially, I wasn't happy with the idea of doing business from nearly 2000 miles away, but they kept me apprised of their progress, and I couldn't be happier with the end result.
