I had designed a ring with my wife and we needed a custom build. Vince had a positive can-do attitude the entire time, and assured us our design was not only possible, but would turn out fantastic. He was not wrong - the finished product was beautiful and my (now) wife was extremely happy with the result. We have since been in the shop for engraving and resizing my ring, and everyone has been so pleasant and helpful. We could not be happier. No hello or greeting from him. He just stared at me. I showed him my watch, and he got snippy with me and said, "What do you want ME to do?". He said he didn't have the tools to take the pins out and I should go somewhere else. (They obviously have the tools to do this, as it's an ordinary watch with pin links. He just didn't want to do it.) Will do, sir. You should treat your customers better. I will never go here again or recommend them to anyone. What a jerk.
