I when here to get a wheel alignmen. I informed them that my front end parts were all replaced and that I had the steering wheel set to far left when I adjusted the drag link. so basically I needed them to turn the steering wheel to the proper position and readjust the drag link back in and properly aligned the steering wheel. instead they did an inspection of my truck brak system and told me things that I already knew. told me that a ball joint was to tight and that the drag link was adjusted all the way out. I never knew that a mechanic could not loosen the nut on a ball joint and turn the steering wheel to the proper position and adjust the drag link back in. Brakes have nothing to do with a wheel alignment and balls joints just allow the wheel to pivot right to left. there's know necessary adjustment to a ball joint to do a wheel alignment. I was told what was wrong and never even was offered an estimate for repairs that they decided to chec. was charged for them doing something that I didn't ask them to do and they never preformed the wheel alignment. This shop is like the neighbor local bar that only wants to do business with their friends and neighbors. Not people of other nationalities. I was referred here by amother plac because I have a pick up truck with an 8 foot bed. read more

Cecil's Auto suck, they broke off my front tire stud, and did not repair it. I came in with 4 studs left with 3. They gave me a big run around about the repair, saying they couldn't get the part till the next day. The repair was never made. I am filing a claim with the better business bureau. Take your car else where for repair. They suck they are terrible business people. Zero respect for them. You suck Cecil's. read more

I priced State Inspections for RV's at several places; Cecil's gave me the best price around AND instead of having me leave it for a day, from the time I drove in until the time I left, took only an hour. I had time to go to MVA--but, that was another story; not so efficient and had nothing to do with the excellent service I received from Cecil's. read more

We take our company truck here regularly. Don and the crew always treat us fairly, do great work and stand behind it.

This place is a disaster. Labor was doubled then what the quote was without a phone call and the truck was in worse condition then when brought it in. $1000 in labor and nothing was fixed. No print out of alignment and gave the truck back with a grinding noise and could not steer right as well. Brought it back and wasted another day. They did absolutely nothing and said they fixed it. All issues still existed. I seriously thought it was a hidden camera show and it was a joke, but it wasn't. This place is just really that bad. Owner is forgetful and rude and claims they have been in business forever so he does not care about customers. Do not bring your vehicle here unless you have alot of time and money to waste. Worst service in 45 years of my life. Brought truck to dealership which was cheaper and they fixed everything Cecil's broke and could not fix. At the end of the day I lost $1000 in labor at Cecil's Alignment Center. read more
