"They won't give you estimates over the phone" said the technician. Well, now we know. And knowing is half the battle. No I don't want to pay $1200 for a system that should only cost $600-700. I would have told you that on the phone and not wasted each other's time. And then Chip, the annoying text bot messaged me! No thanks. If Chip can't install a garage door opener or give me an estimate over the phone, it too is about as useful as a deadbolt lock on a glass door. I gave Door Pros a shot because they did adjust my door a few years ago, and for that they get an extra star.
