Been going here pretty much every day for years. Great, super friendly baristas and wonderfully tasty drinks all seasons of the year. The coffee line usually moves fast and is worth the wait. Such a rude barista...twice I've worked at an insanely busy coffee shop before so I am usually one to really cut people slack when it comes to places like this and I'm always really nice because I get how much it sucks dealing with rude people...but my goodness this was just the final straw for me. I live 4 minutes from this stand and have come here many times when I'm too lazy to make my own coffee or need more coffee. Today I wanted to mix it up and try a flavor in my coffee, there was one car behind me...the flavors are listed in a place where you have to be at the window to read them, so when I got to the window I knew what drink I wanted but wasn't sure what flavor and I told her that. She looked behind me(to see how many cars there were), clearly got annoyed, rolled her eyes and walked away from the window. Like seriously? She had no issue talking with the person in front of me after they received their items...I then asked what a certain flavor was like in a hot drink and she shut me the hell down but saying "I don't do flavors" then it was just awkward...so I panicked and just blurted out a flavor. I got my drink, paid, and she rudely said bye...I didn't bother to ask her name, but she was wearing black overalls with a cheetah print top and has light brown/blond hair was working Friday the 7th of June around 1pm. There was another time a few months ago when I stopped by in the afternoon to get some drip coffee, I handed my cup to the barista and told her what I wanted, she said with the RUDEST tone, "what drink do you want?" And I said drip again...then she said they didn't do drip and said in a way as if I should have known and I'm such an idiot for not knowing...WHAT! How the heck was I supposed to know that. Just tell me nicely!!!! Someone needs to explain that kindness is the way and you're going to lose customers if you treat them like they are an inconvenience...there's another coffee stand like 100 ft away, and I'll for sure be going there from now on unless the one and only nice barista is working there. I wish I knew her name because she's the only reason I gave this review 2 stars and not zero. I believe she has her septum pierced, or that part between your lip and teeth pierced...I really can't remember but she's the real MVP! I've been coming to this stand for years and never had an issue until yesterday but the experience was so poor. A girlfriend and I always go for their Roadrunner protein shakes. Our favs. The barista offered to put coffee which I very much declined since I already had coffee that morning and was already riled up. But my friend said yes for hers. She specifically said only one with coffee. The barista huffed about it and said making the protein shakes is extensive enough. To which my friend apologized for; even tho she didn't have to. (Which okay, I've been a barista before and smoothies/frozen drinks weren't my favorite but alas, it's part of the job. Plus she was the one who offered to put coffee in it..) She hands us the shakes at the same time and specifies which one doesn't have coffee. I take that and my friend takes the other. I had about 1/3 of my shake before I realize it has coffee. A lot of it. Our shakes taste the exact same. Same batch with coffee. She was clearly too lazy to make a separate one. So I'm now over caffeinated and I spent the next several hours feeling like complete shit. Can't concentrate. I'm shakey and my heart is racing. Like I mentioned I had had my morning coffee already so this just fucked up my day. Just felt like complete shit and sick. I hope the barista or a team member sees this because there are people out there with serious caffeine sensitivities and not taking their drink order seriously can really mess with their bodies. To clarify, I ordered a non caffeinated drink. No ones ever offered to put coffee in it before and we specified more than once that only ONE could have coffee. Sorry not sorry for ranting. My most favorite local coffee stand! I love their coffee and they have THE BEST gluten free treats. Seriously. Better than ALL other coffee stand GF options around. Fantastic coffee with the nicest baristas on the Eastside. The espresso beans they use are better than any of the big coffee chains have. It has a rich caramel flavor with none of the burnt taste that dominates a certain major brand. Highly recommended. read more

Stop by today for our third visit and I have to say that it's consistently good coffee. Their variety of flavors is astonishing! My husband ordered a Butterfinger mocha and I had the Aloha, both with half the sweetness. Both, delicious! Be warned though, that Butterfinger mocha can still be a tad too sweet even when ordered with half the sweetness. Baristas have always been great and prices are reasonable. This will definitely be a go-to when we're in the area and craving some good java! read more

Last time I was there there was fly sticker things hanging from the ceiling with like 100 flies stuck to them it was very unappetizing, and I also had a fly in my drink when I got an Italian soda, I don't know what they need to do maybe get the place sprayed or something but it is horrible. He coffee here is has always been good. No burnt shots, or espresso left out the dumped into whatever sugary drink you order. We have always gotten yummy delicious espresso drinks here! The baristas are friendly, and the drinks aren't over priced. I feel like we get a good drink for an honest price. We also did the gift card which gives you an extra ten bucks and a free drink. So if you are loyal coffee drinkers like us, I would go that route and saves some bucks! Just keep out a few dollars to tip the baristas because you can't do that on the gift card. Come here daily. Best coffee in the highlands for sure. All of their baristas are highly capable. We keep it simple with Americanos and Red Bull Sodas but they are never to disappoint. In the mornings the line can get rather king, but it stays moving. They also have a digital punch card although I am not sure what the algorithm is for a free one. Seems we would get one once a week. Long lines, burnt coffee, and rude baristas. My daughter and I sat in line for 23 minutes a few weeks ago as the owner stood at the car in front of us showing pictures on her phone. After an impossible wait time, we got to the window only to receive dirty looks, Luke warm, overly sweetened, lattes, and not one apology. We made the mistake of going back the following weekend, with a slightly shorter wait time, but still terrible service, and the blonde girl at the window was too busy tapping away on her cell phone to even acknowledge our presence. Don't waste your time or money. Clearly the owner doesn't take pride in customer service, or efficiency. read more
