Dessert was very good! A crispy pancake filled with cream and dusted with pistachios, delicious! The owner made it feel like home Xavier, our waiter very attentive.

The first thing I want to say is that if you are driving to the location parking is at the rear of establishment (limited parking) or park on the street. The service was quick, professional and pleasant another perk that the server was very attentive. The hummus was good but the pita bread seemed hard slightly tough to chew. However, what made up for that was the delicious meal Shish Tawook (must try) with the garlic aioli (delish). I do recommend that you stop-in try for yourself because you will enjoy the entree (main course). The decor of the restaurant went well with Lebanese tradition. Another perk you can bring your wine bottle (great with dinner).

A comfy Lebanese restaurant with cute arab decorations and pillows at the seating. They have belly dancers perform every Friday evening. The belly dancer we saw was very talented, she even danced with fire. Food wise, I've had the Shish Tawook (chicken) twice. It was consistent, and I liked that the rice has vermicelli in it. The chicken was flavorful and well seasoned, alrhough slightly on the dry side. The garlic spread tied the dish together very well. The labne was simple and a good starter.

My goodness...  I have nothing but compliments for this restaurant. The ambience is homey. You're definitely going to feel welcomed as the guests. Maxine and her mother are extremely kind and hospitable. And no matter the occasion (family dinner, date, special occasion, or casual meal), you'll feel like you're in the right place. The food is AMAZING!. Everything was made to perfection, super juicy and delicious! The falafel was extremely delicious and they could be a meal by themselves...almost meaty. They are best that I've had! And I have tasted them at various places. The Kefta Kebab...made to order. Extremely juicy and flavorful, served with rice and grilled vegetables. The salad was delicious. For the desert kataif... flaky crust, cream filled, pistachios, and sweet syrup poured over it And do NOT forget to order some Lebanese coffee to wrap it up... it compliments the meal experience. What makes the overall experience so outstanding, is the staff! They make eye contact with you, smile, and make sure your needs are met in a timely manner. The restrooms are clean. Enjoy!

Very good food selection. Small place so make your reservations!! It is well worth it. Shush kabob was gray, keffa kabob was great too. Definitely try the lentil soup!!!!!!

The family harasses me and my children online as you can see.

Just made a reservation for 11 people at this restaurant and was yelled at by this disgraceful owner for bringing chicken nuggets for my daughter who does not eat anything on the menu! Classy! The best part about it, is that we specifically spoke to the restaurant while making the reservation about brining chicken for our daughter. When we got there however, we were rudely told that we couldn't come in here with that. When we reminded them about the conversation, the female manager told me that only her and the owner answer the phones and they did not say this. But they most certainly did. I heard the owner in the back yelling at the manager 'absolutely not...it's a liability', and saying this over and over again. That doesn't even make any sense. We tried talking to them about it, but the manager just kept saying that they are the only two to answer the phone. Okay, so I guess we were making up this conversation?!?! I asked the manager no less than 6 times if I could speak with the owner and was ignored. I went back to speak to the owner and was immediately yelled out and he was screaming at me to leave. We drove 45 minutes out of our way, made reservations for this place, and again, specifically spoke with them about the chicken we were bringing for the kids. The owner was completely disrespectful to me and my family and kicked us out. Really disgusting behavior by this already lowly rated restaurant. Low class. Do not eat here!

Cedar's must be your go to spot, if you are looking for Lebanese food in Camp Hill/Mechanicsburg/Harrisburg. They are now under a new management per the banner outside. This definitely shows, as I felt the service was slow. There was only one person who was taking the orders and serving, which resulted in slow service overall. Being vegetarian, we also looked forward to having Falafels, which they were unfortunately out of by the time we went for dinner at 7 pm. Ended up having some appetizers (mezas) and dessert. The food was alright, definitely missed the pre-pandemic flavor. Ambience is pretty much the same, no changes there. They still serve hookahs if you are interested.

Best Lebanese in the central PA area. Love the Kibbeh balls and the babaganoush is some of the best I've ever had.

The food before was good, new owners have improved the dishes even more. Menu is smaller, but all the important dishes are here. Had the app combo with a pick three, baba ghanoush, cheese rolls and a pepper walnut dip I won't attempt to spell, lol. All were solid, baba was great. They use the same style pita as before in a plastic bag. Wife ordered the kebab sampler, I did the lamb kebab. Kebabs done perfectly, lamb one was really tender and her chicken one was especially flavorful. Served with a decent amount of pilaf and sides to pick from. Don't forget to order the garlic sauce for the Kebabs, killer. Quite a few new desserts to pick from. I had the one with fried bread in a syrup covered with a type of thick cream and pistachios, wife had another that was kind of a custard with some type of shredded wheat on top. Both awesome, big difference.vover the baklava we usually get. Finished off with Turkish coffee (not on menu). The whole experience was great, an owner waited the table, great guy. 5 Stars - Lazeez Fresh Mediterranean Grill - Worth Every Bite!…read moreJust had one of the best Mediterranean meals I've had in a long time at Lazeez Fresh, and honestly, it's the kind of spot that makes you want to come back the next day. The owner himself came out after I finished eating and we had a nice little chat--he was telling me how his two sons are now working with him, which was really cool to hear. You can tell the family runs this place with heart, and it shows in the food. * Chicken Shawarma: Loaded--seriously, no skimping here. Piles of juicy, perfectly seasoned chicken, not the sad half-wraps you get elsewhere. And the fact it's served in puffy pita bread instead of those thin tortillas most places use? Game-changer. Tasted fresh and authentic. * Baba Ghanoush: Super fresh, creamy, and came with warm pita chips and bread on the side. Perfect balance, not too garlicky or oily. * Tabbouleh: Exactly how my grandma used to make it--bright, herby, lots of parsley and fresh tomato, lemony without being sour. Spot on. * Namorah (2 pieces): Chef's kiss. Moist, not dry like some versions, sweet but not overpowering, just the right texture. Finished them way too fast. Everything felt homemade and made with care. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the vibe is welcoming. This is the kind of place you tell your friends about. Would love to come back but was just passing through for work--highly recommend Thanks to the owner Adnan and the sons for the great food and the chat--keep doing what you're doing! They do catering TOO!!!!

Peanut and Tree-nut Allergy Safe…read more Food was delicious and fresh. Everything we ordered was hot coming out, and tasted great. Waiter was friendly, helpful and it did not take long to get our food. I have a lethal Peanut and tree-nut allergy and had no issues eating here or communicating with the staff. At the time I came the only thing that has nuts is the deserts, so I was able to pick from the whole menu when it came to food and not worry about entree cross contamination which was a delightful surprise. This includes their vegetarian options which were also nut free. I am excited to go back and try more of their menu.

I'm providing this honest review as a constructive feedback for improvement…read more We came across this place online but were only able to try it recently...I was honestly disappointed by many things: First, when a place advertises shawarma meat and posts videos of the famous Lebanese shawarma revolving cone that grills the marinated meat as the cone turns, you would expect that the shawarma plate you order is an authentic shawarma meat cut off the shawarma cone...unfortunately, this was not the case at cafe baladi. I respect the owner who's advertising authentic homemade Lebanese food but the shawarma meat we got was not an authentic shawarma meat...this was meat that was cooked either in a pan or in the oven and was not tender because it was not probably marinated and it's not grilled on the shawarma cone. Placed that have the famous shawarma cone you can usually see in the restaurant either behind the counter or through a window in the back - this was not the case. Second the plate included the choice of hummus or baba ghannouj and tabbouleh...we picked baba ghannouj and we got the tabbouleh...again, the baba ghannouj did not taste at all authentic nor homemade...it tasted like the baba ghannouj in a conserved can that you find in grocery stores. Authentic baba ghannouj is made from grilled eggplant tahini lemon juice and salt. Third, the Lebanese tabboule is made from finely chopped vegetables (parsley, tomatoes, onions, lemon juice, and burgul). Unfortunately again this tabbouleh was not finely chopped and it lacked the burgul. We were really disappointed. The only positive thing was that the service was quick.
