Sales and finance guys suck! Don't by at sorry Celebration! Take two minutes, search for the same car and you'll see five or six other dealerships that beat their best offer! Their finance guy came out of his hidden office, shook my hand and then told me no deal - we won't match or beat any of the other dealerships prices! They also tried to rob me on my trade - forget these shady dealership on Havana!

    This shows the 1,030 miles

I would give a zero....Thinking of buying a car from Celebration Chevrolet on Havana. I bought a brand new 2025 Blazer with 28 miles total. Only, when it was delivered to my house, it had 1,030 miles. When I contacted the dealership, prior to any online rants, I stated the problem and that the car had been delivered with minor interior damage and saltine pieces and crumbs strewn throughout. I stated it was unacceptable and that he would have to refund me some money. Three days in a row, he refused. Instead, he insisted I bring the paperwork back, and he would just change the mileage. I am a woman, representing myself, and the managers of the dealership think that makes me stupid and a great target. He went on to "explain" how wrong mileage on legal car documents happens all the time. He stated that by changing the mileage after the sale, my warranty would be extended(mansplain). This was not an acceptable resolution for this stupid woman, as I would have never driven the car had the salesman been honest about the mileage. On the final day, I informed Leo, the manager, that I would be taking him to court(which is what our signed sales agreement instructed me to do) as I did not want a car with 1,030 miles on it and no explanation as to why. His immediate response was "Ok," followed by a chuckle. Chuckle? Challenge accepted!! I filed a small claims court case and contacted the board of car dealerships, which is a big secret organization that I only found out about from an angel stranger at the nail salon. The dealership was contacted by the board on Monday and was served by my female process server on Tuesday to appear in court July 15 and face me. Leo immediately called and said NOW I could return the car for my money back. But wait, that's not all. I also received a written explanation as to how all the miles had gotten on the vehicle- which by law they are supposed to inform you of, not lie and say they have no idea. And not continue to lie by suggesting it had been a miskey. Turns out one of the managers had just been driving it for fun. Fun fact, once a new car has 1,500 miles on it, it is by law, USED! Did you know that? I didn't but this challenge forced me to find out. I returned the vehicle, and they said I would have to wait for the check- even though I had paid cash weeks prior(and only put 40 total miles on). It took me threatening in person today to walk away and see them in court, to finally get the jerks to write the check. They are so very petty it took 2 days to get a check, and they made sure to make me wait at the dealership even though the date and time had been established 24 hours prior - while I could literally see Juan sitting at his "manager" desk doing nothing. The WORST!!!!!!! Juan, Leo, and Matt from Celebration Chevrolet on Havana can each suck an egg!! If anyone is friends with them, please be sure to pass along that I didn't judge them based on their profession or sex and they now know, they should not have judged me by my curves! I judge them now in that how dare all three of you men think you can bully a woman ever! Also, as basic humans, the disrespect and rudeness displayed by you was appalling. You bullied a girl and she stood up to you. You lost and you were such a sore loser. I hope you feel best when you think about how I offered you to just cut me a little check and change my oil and I would be happy. Because, every time I think about that, I smile from ear to ear! **should you need to file your own lawsuit, make sure you use their "agency" name- Ed Bozarth. This was another little fun fact that Leo didn't think I could figure out. Also, record everything, which is what I did, and I reported to the board of dealerships. If you are a woman, stay away!!!! If you have any desire to be treated well and with respect, stay away!! I have bought many cars in my lifetime, and NEVER have I been lied to repeatedly and forced to take legal action just to get what is legal in the state of Colorado.

No work was actually done I. My vehicle. Codes and stalling still effecting vehicle.

Worst Possible Customer Experience EVER! (Aug. 14, 2025)…read more I ordered my tires from Walmart via their very own website. I also made my appointment for installation at Walmart Store #03566 (9400 E Hampden Ave, Denver, CO 80231) to occur the day after the tires were delivered. I received an automated email from Walmart when the tires were shipped and again when they were delivered. I took a half-day off from work to go to the appointment, driving 18 miles to get there. I checked my email multiple times before the drive. Like a good customer, I arrived a half-hour early. I walked up to the desk to a snarky young man in an L.A. Dodgers baseball cap. As soon as I gave him my name, he said, "Yeah...your appointment was cancelled." He said the tires had not been delivered. Knowing that my tires had been delivered, I stood my ground. He reluctantly wandered away and came back saying that they were there, but my appointment was still cancelled, and there was nothing I could do about it. I was furious and did not allow him to push me around. I had to go "full Karen" on him, demanding to talk to his manager. Eventually, another young man came out. He did not introduce himself as the manager until I asked if he was. (In fact, NOT ONE EMPLOYEE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS WEARING A NAME TAG.) The "manager" was very conciliatory and made sure that my new tires were installed in a hurry. I lingered in the waiting area in clear view of the service desk. Eventually, a technician told me that my car had been ready for a while. I went to the service desk, where a female cashier did the entire transaction without speaking one word to me. And the RETALIATION went further ... They saw that I am disabled, use a mobility device, and have disabled plates on my car. So they moved my car to a spot about a thousand feet from the bays. I demanded that they bring it to me. I checked the tires, and they all looked good until I ran the TPMS monitor from my steering wheel. THEY DID NOT RESET IT. So I pulled out the book and followed the instructions to RESET IT MYSELF. The tire pressure on all four tires is all over the place - 36 PSI on one, 27 on another, etc, not in line with the recommendation on the door sticker placed there by GM. Now I must take it elsewhere to get my tire pressures to the proper level. (BTW - the "manager" declares that the appointment was cancelled by the computer at the corporate level, and they do it all the time. I watched as they dismissed other single female customers with the same "your appointment had been cancelled" story.)

This all started in November 2024 with a recall notice. I scheduled an appointment, drove across town, checked in, and was told they didn't have the parts. I was promised I would be contacted when they arrived, but instead spent months receiving recall emails and repeatedly calling only to be told the parts still weren't available. Eventually, another employee informed me that no parts were actually needed unless the truck failed an inspection. When I finally brought the truck in for the recall appointment in June of 2026, I asked my service advisor if they could also look into a separate concern while the vehicle was already there. I explained that I believed there was an issue with the truck's battery system, not the battery itself. I told them the battery had already been replaced less than six months earlier on a truck that was only two years old. I also explained that this is the primary vehicle in our fleet and is driven almost daily, yet it had completely died after sitting for a weekend to the point that I had to use the physical key just to get into the truck because even the key fob would not function. I wasn't asking you to charge the battery--I was asking you to determine why a nearly new battery was repeatedly being drained. Instead, the very first recommendation I received was an automated estimate asking me to approve $67.50 to place the battery on an overnight trickle charger. In other words, rather than investigate the issue I specifically asked about, the proposed solution was simply to recharge the battery. That recommendation was followed by additional automated estimates for electrical diagnostics and other repairs totaling more than $2,500, all without a single phone call to explain what had been found or why those services were being recommended. The communication throughout this process was terrible. Calls were not returned. I was repeatedly transferred after already selecting the service department through the automated phone system. Each time I explained the situation all over again to another employee, I was told I would be transferred to my service advisor, only to end up in a generic voicemail box. Despite leaving multiple messages, not one of those calls was ever returned. The only consistent communication I received was automated emails. The experience only got worse when I brought in a second company truck. Before scheduling, I specifically confirmed that all recall parts were in stock and was told the work would only take a couple of hours. I scheduled my day around that information. After arriving for my appointment, I was informed the truck would need to stay nearly five days. When I explained that wasn't possible because I had relied on the information your employee gave me when scheduling, the response I received was essentially, "Fine, what's your decision? Are you leaving it or taking it?" Perhaps the most disappointing part of the entire experience was that when I asked to speak with a service manager or supervisor in person, I was told that no one was available. No one asked what my concerns were. No one attempted to help. No one appeared interested in hearing why I was frustrated or finding a solution. Ironically, the dealership seems very willing to respond publicly to negative online reviews, but when I tried to raise these same concerns face-to-face while standing in the service department, there was no meaningful attempt to listen, address the issues, or even pretend to care. My company operates a fleet of five Ram trucks and replaces vehicles on a regular schedule. Based on this experience, we will not be purchasing future vehicles from this dealership. The recurring theme throughout this entire experience was poor communication, lack of accountability, and customer service that fell well below what should be expected from a dealership. I hope management takes these concerns seriously before more customers have the same experience.
