I have always chosen to have my car serviced at the dealership. Last July, 2025 I had a new batter placed in my Malibu. This week I went to drive it and it was completely dead. Luckily, I have a 4 year warranty for it. But what impressed me the most, is the incredible change in the service department. Last year it was a fiasco of non-focused service members. I came to buy a truck bed cover, they ordered the wrong one for my truck. They accepted my return and told me I would need to come back for the check. They then told me without a box they were waiting on approval for the return. They called me and let me know it was approved then started avoiding my calls. The manager avoided all of my phone calls. They told me the check couldn't be written because they only person able to do it was out with a broken leg. They then approved the check after finding out I opened a bank dispute. They then cancelled the check after calling to have me come pick it up claiming that they decided to allow my dispute to go through. They did not call me to tell me that. Do not ever come here they will rip you off and dodge you in an attempt to not return your money. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever been to. Really loved my experience at Celebration Chevy, especially working with Taran. No pressure and no gimmicks. Every time I walked into this dealer I was greeted and responded to quickly. Other dealerships left me waiting ages, passed me around between different people, and I felt like my time was wasted. I ultimately ended up finding a used vehicle that checked all the right boxes at a different dealer, but if I were buying/leasing new I would absolutely call Taran first. I would give a zero....Thinking of buying a car from Celebration Chevrolet on Havana. I bought a brand new 2025 Blazer with 28 miles total. Only, when it was delivered to my house, it had 1,030 miles. When I contacted the dealership, prior to any online rants, I stated the problem and that the car had been delivered with minor interior damage and saltine pieces and crumbs strewn throughout. I stated it was unacceptable and that he would have to refund me some money. Three days in a row, he refused. Instead, he insisted I bring the paperwork back, and he would just change the mileage. I am a woman, representing myself, and the managers of the dealership think that makes me stupid and a great target. He went on to "explain" how wrong mileage on legal car documents happens all the time. He stated that by changing the mileage after the sale, my warranty would be extended(mansplain). This was not an acceptable resolution for this stupid woman, as I would have never driven the car had the salesman been honest about the mileage. On the final day, I informed Leo, the manager, that I would be taking him to court(which is what our signed sales agreement instructed me to do) as I did not want a car with 1,030 miles on it and no explanation as to why. His immediate response was "Ok," followed by a chuckle. Chuckle? Challenge accepted!! I filed a small claims court case and contacted the board of car dealerships, which is a big secret organization that I only found out about from an angel stranger at the nail salon. The dealership was contacted by the board on Monday and was served by my female process server on Tuesday to appear in court July 15 and face me. Leo immediately called and said NOW I could return the car for my money back. But wait, that's not all. I also received a written explanation as to how all the miles had gotten on the vehicle- which by law they are supposed to inform you of, not lie and say they have no idea. And not continue to lie by suggesting it had been a miskey. Turns out one of the managers had just been driving it for fun. Fun fact, once a new car has 1,500 miles on it, it is by law, USED! Did you know that? I didn't but this challenge forced me to find out. I returned the vehicle, and they said I would have to wait for the check- even though I had paid cash weeks prior(and only put 40 total miles on). It took me threatening in person today to walk away and see them in court, to finally get the jerks to write the check. They are so very petty it took 2 days to get a check, and they made sure to make me wait at the dealership even though the date and time had been established 24 hours prior - while I could literally see Juan sitting at his "manager" desk doing nothing. The WORST!!!!!!! Juan, Leo, and Matt from Celebration Chevrolet on Havana can each suck an egg!! If anyone is friends with them, please be sure to pass along that I didn't judge them based on their profession or sex and they now know, they should not have judged me by my curves! I judge them now in that how dare all three of you men think you can bully a woman ever! Also, as basic humans, the disrespect and rudeness displayed by you was appalling. You bullied a girl and she stood up to you. You lost and you were such a sore loser. I hope you feel best when you think about how I offered you to just cut me a little check and change my oil and I would be happy. I just moved here. I was told by my previous dealership that I could come to any one in Colorado and that they would be able to use my warranty. My car just made a very long trip and started stalling at red lights. I brought the vehicle in to this location and was immediately not sure. Not being from around here. I went along anyway. Really had not other options. The service writer ( the only one they have). Was dealing with another customer. unhappy with how they were never informed that they would need to make a payment due to her having a warranty as well. I was now very worried because it seemed they like to keep people in the dark until they pick up their vehicle. The man barely looks at my warranty agreement and tells me it may take two days to be looked at instead of telling me what he really meant. Two days to look at. One to three days to repair. When I confirmed my suspicions. He informed me simple with correct. I had to leave my car there for fear that me and my sister would be stuck on the side of the road. I was extremely surprised when they text me the next morning an invoice for the expected amount. I called several times to clarify that work had been done to my car and that I was able pick it up. No answer. Over and over again. I finally get a response from a very kind lady that my car was done. Ready for pick up. At this point it was two o clock. ( I had been calling since 9am). The driver doesn't arrive till almost five o'clock. I finally get in my car paid my deductible and pull off onto the street. Right away. I see the same alerts. Brake assist. Drive with care. They told me there are no issues with this car at this time. He said those words as if he knew. As if he had said them a million times in the past. No issues with your car at this time. At this time!! I do not know what to do. These are serious codes. Serious warnings. Me and my family can be hurt or worst due to my car stalling and failing to break. A day after. I hear a horrible noise come from my front driver side rotator. Scraping! I asked them specifically to check my brakes. Go to look. Just as I suspected. I need new breaks. now I need new rotors. A large grove in my rotor from the brake pin. I believe full heartedly that they did absolutely nothing to my vehicle. They took my deductible and let me drive off with a dangerous vehicle. Do not go here. They really do seem to have a good scam going. Not a very nice welcome to my new home state Colorado. I still do not know what to do. I want to get my car fixed but I don't trust these people now. I want my money back but I feel like they handle people a lot like this. The staff did not have nice words for their supervisor. After a bad experience getting a custom order for a vehicle placed in early May(they originally wanted to add $3K to the MSRP After I spoke with them on the phone and discussed pricing), I have now been trying to contact them for over a week to get status on my order. Sales person not getting back to me. Sales Manager and General Manager ignoring emails and voice mails. On line chats with requests and no action. I have now had to make a complaint with GM corporate. We'll see what happens..... There are lots of other GM/Chevy dealers in the Denver area, so I would recommend checking them out first. read more

I was there at celebration Ch on Monday February 3 at 12:45 pm for a oil change that's my check in time I was out of there at 3:26 pm when they told me my car was gonna be really in one hour , (remember this is only a oil change ) plus the fact that they lie and they cover they lies by putting in their invoice promise time 5:00pm ! I was tired of waiting in the waiting area that I ask if was anything wrong with my car , and I did ask to speak with a manager to a guy that to him was more important to be in the phone with customers without even saying I be right with you. So when I ask to speak to a manager he say I'm the manager , service manager ( Michael Arnord ) i told him that I'm been waiting for a while he say he will check and see what was going on . Ahmed Diriye was incredibly pleasant, helpful and patient when I came in with the idea of needing a used SUV under 20k for a city only use. I had one in mind that i saw on their website, but he discussed few important things with me first, and then offered me a different one that was priced a little lower. I really appreciate his pleasant attitude, you could tell he's a pro in this profession. The best part was , he wasn't pushy or condescending, even when I asked a million questions, just to be sure I understand the whole process. I left with a nice car with 30K miles on it. They had my car for 9 days and it's still unclear to me as to what they did, if anything. I had never been to Celebration Chevrolet before and decided to give them a try for an oil change and to figure out why my car's temperature gauge wasn't working. The "Service Advisor" never called me with an update as to what was happening. When I called him, it was straight to voicemail and his voice mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. Finally got ahold of him through another number and he didn't have any notes from the Tech as to what was wrong with the car. He promised to check with the Tech and give me a call right back, but never did. When I finally went to get my car and explained what had happened, they couldn't have cared less. I took my Chevrolet Colorado Z71 2.8 Duramax in for a service on Monday, 3rd of July. I booked an oil change (which includes a tire rotation) and a transmission flush, which I was told will take "Two to three hours." After I was informed service was completed (3.5 hours later) I checked the tire pressures on the on board computer. Now, I know that my right front tire loses pressure slowly. When I dropped it off it was running about 3 psi lower than the other three. Well, what do you know, the right front tire is still running 3 psi lower than the other tires. Which means that they haven't bothered to rotate the tires. I tell the service consultant that they didn't rotate the tires. He denies it. Swears they did perform a rotation. Even if the vehicle's info system contradicts this. But I can actually see that the tires haven't been rotated, because I know the rear tires (BFG KO2's) have been showing some cupping of the tread blocks for a while. He calls a technician. I ask him if they rotated the tires. "Yes, we did!" I tell him that the vehicle's tire pressure monitors says otherwise. "Oh, just drive it, it will reset." Now, I've been an automotive journalist for 20 years and I do a lot of vehicle maintenance myself. These sensors do not "reset themselves." They send specific data from THAT PARTICULAR tire's sensor to the vehicle. So it doesn't matter where that tire is moved, the vehicle's sensors will automatically know that the tire (and its sensor) is now on a different side or axle. I was late for a job interview, so I had not choice but to leave. Needless to say, 40 miles later the sensors haven't "reset," because they didn't rotate the tires in the first place. So tomorrow, on a day that I put in leave, I'm going to Discount Tire where they're going to fix this. What worries me is if they lied about this, did they also lie about changing the engine oil or flushing the transmission fluid? I guess I'll find out in a few thousand miles. I recently stopped by this dealership to see the new 2023 Corvette! Yes, the car was amazing! However I'm writing this review because of the service we received from the sales team at this location. from the moment we walked in to the dealership, we were greeted immediately, offered some thing to drink and everyone was so willing to answer any and all questions we had. Demitrio was our sales specialist, along with two other wonderful gentlemen. ( who's name escapes me. However, I will find out and update this review) Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and quick to find answers before we even asked the question. Such as taking the time to check with their other dealership in regards to the availability of the car we were looking at. In my opinion that is great customer service. I was also genuinely impressed with the sales approach from Demitrio. He was extremely knowledgeable, without ever making us feel pressured or trying to show us vehicles that did not fit what we were looking for. Instead he offered to keep an eye out for a car with the specifications that mattered to us! We will definitely be back to this location again soon. The truck was to be ready on Monday. I did not get a call or text about the status. So I called my representative. They were not available. So they asked if someone else could call back. No one called back. At this point the truck has been there for a week. Called again this morning. Was informed that additional work needed to be performed. I get that this is the holidays. I had the pleasure of purchasing my first Nissan from Celebration! My sales person: Ahmed Diriye and the sales manager: Julian took very good care of my purchase needs!!! Thank you God first and then Ahmed!! However, the reason why I'm giving celebration a two star is I had my vehicle less than two months and come to find out. There was several maintenance items that were not done on my vehicle, nor an oil change reset. The maintenance manager called me and stated that they don't do maintenance items, but that an old change and a 140 point was done and they failed to reset the vehicle because it's not a Chevy!! I called BS!! I ended up having to pay in excess over $800. Very very disappointing. I went from Five stars to two stars just on this fact alone. Today I'm changing to 1 star...0 if I could...because of their Service Dept. Spent about 80k or so with them and their Service Dept. treated us like crap. I don't typically leave reviews and I probably should more often to support really good experiences. However this is not one to "Celebrate". February 11th I went in to test drive a vehicle I had been looking at. That same day I put a cash deposit down and requested them to hold it and they did, I spoke to Logan and asked if he could get some wheel liners on order and before I left I confirmed with him that they were on order. Approximately a week later we came in to purchase the vehicle and ended up working with Mohammad. We started filling out paperwork and we came across the total price being quite a lot more expensive than what was the original sell price, they adjusted it twice before it was correct. While they did say that they are not commissioned we got pressured by multiple employees basically stating we would regret it if we didn't get the extended warranty. After everything was completed we took the vehicle home and soon after realizing they gave us absolutely no paperwork or registration. I had to drive back to the dealership the next day to get my registration. (Still to this day have no paperwork on the sale) I had a few questions about the vehicle so I contacted Mohammad, he said he would get back to me.... Still waiting on a call back.... Called Mohammad again asking why I haven't received my Chevy points and stated he would get back to me. Which he never did. (Resolved the issue with customer support) After a few weeks I started wondering where my wheel liners were so I called the parts department and I was told that there was no order placed for me. While we had been told multiple times that they were on order and added to our sale price. I got transferred to Mohammad and he blatantly lied to me saying they are on back order and they are not sure when they will arrive. Another few weeks go by and I get a phone call from parts stating that my parts have been there for a week and wanted to make sure i was actually contacted to know that they are there. Overall this was not a good experience at alI. I am happy with my vehicle but after everything i really would not recommend shopping for a vehicle here. They are very unprofessional, they may lie to you, and they certainly could care less about helping you after you purchase your vehicle. read more

If you are thinking about buying a car from here or trading a car in here, THINK AGAIN. It does not matter how good of a deal they can make you, the customer service or lack there of is simply not worth it. It took 2 months for my car to be paid off after trading it in, 2 months!!! They lost the paperwork several times, "forgot to send the payoff check", etc. etc..... After we bought the truck we waited around for it to be "detailed", I would hardly call that what they did but we walked inside to say goodbye to our car salesman (Steve Shaw) and the front desk paged him to come see us and he called and asked "what do they need?"... No handshake, no thank you for buying a car, just had someone random switch our plates and we were on our way. Really nice. We will both drive the same vehicles until we have to bike to work before we would ever step foot in this dealership again. If ED is smart, he will close the doors on this one.
