I got there on time and they put me in a pedicure chair and made me wait 35 minutes. That was the only bad part, luckily I didn't have anywhere to go afterwards. Tony gave me my pedicure which was wonderful! Great massage he even massaged my feet; most nail salon salons forget to massage your feet!!!!! my dip nails were done great! Luni did my nails. Even though I'm assuming they took walk-ins before my appointment I will return. I just hope that when I make an appointment, they don't make me wait this long again.

They warned me that because I wasn't getting dips that the polish may not stay on. I chose a sparkle polish before they told me and it turned out to be the longest a manicure lasted on me--10 days! The pedicure lasted my standard 4ish weeks. While I was there there were three other women getting ready for some kind of event or gala, but otherwise it was pretty quiet and relaxing.

They market themselves as an upscale salon, but the experience didn't quite match the hype. Spas typically will offer you a refreshment or a water and I didn't get offered any of that. Don't get me wrong, my tech was nice and did an ok job, but I ended up paying over $150+ for dip powder on just my hands. No manicure, no designs, just a sparkly white dip powder. The salon environment was okay, looked typical and I was genuinely excited to try it, but I walked out feeling a little duped. Prices weren't clearly explained, and the sticker shock was real. Let's just say my wallet definitely wasn't smiling. They also say they take reservations, but I overheard my tech answering calls with "See you at [insert random time]!" and hanging up, so I'm not entirely convinced there's an actual system behind the scenes. All in all, it was a one and-done for me. There are better spots out there that won't make your bank account cry.
