A Ford-certified technician later confirmed both batteries were faulty and needed replacement--costing over $30,000. I paid for a $7,000 car with a $30,000 problem and was misled about its condition. FC Motors sold me a defective vehicle, failed to disclose critical issues, and provided false information about its safety and reliability.
