It is very much a laid back environment, where the importance is that you find a car that best fits you. Everything was very smooth and easy with regards to the transactions and was able to take my car very quickly upon the purchase. I will add, though, if you are a Massachusetts residence, be sure to remember that if you purchase a car here that you yourself need to go to the Massachusetts DMV to get your car registered and to pay, the Massachusetts sales tax. A guy who could barely park the RV (under 24 feet), no walkthrough, and no power cord--then he vanished. It was 98° and I had no electricity, no AC, no water. When I called, they told me "RVs don't come with power cords." When Amazon finally delivered one, I plugged it in... and WATER POURED OUT of the RV. The entire water heater was cracked. THAT'S why they didn't include a cord or setup--it would've been discovered instantly. When I contacted them, they: Insulted me Told me it's not their problem I'm a "newbie" Refused ANY refund And threatened to press harassment charges if I contacted them again They had the nerve to admit they knew it was defective before selling it!
