Car shopping can be scary and overwhelming, however that is not the case here at Kane's…read more The old college car that I've had forever finally decided that it was time to retire. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for, so I went online and just started searching for what my options are in the market. Upon finding Kane's website, I found it to be very easy to navigate through and to see all the options that I could choose from based on the inventory. This location is conveniently located right across the Massachusetts border into New Hampshire, about 12 - 15 minutes away from the Merrimack premium outlets. There is no high pressure sales pitch, where Staffel follow you around and try to convince you to buy a car from them. It is very much a laid back environment, where the importance is that you find a car that best fits you. Everything was very smooth and easy with regards to the transactions and was able to take my car very quickly upon the purchase. I will add, though, if you are a Massachusetts residence, be sure to remember that if you purchase a car here that you yourself need to go to the Massachusetts DMV to get your car registered and to pay, the Massachusetts sales tax. (you have seven days from the day of purchase to get this completed.) In addition, they also rent RVs if you are someone interested in cross-country or camping this is a wonderful option that they have. This was a very pleasant experience and would be very happy to purchase another vehicle from them again.

Went inside where still no one came out but one was talking about his need to defecate but not nearly in such polite terms. No greeting no introduction and simply a did you need something. When I said I'd like to know more about vehicles they said what do you want to know? It's a car dealership, there are no prices, sell me your car using your sales skills. When I said I was no longer interested the other kid said fine, muttered something under his breath and told me to f--- myself. Pretty sure that's not how you do business.

Inner wheel well clips were off so they fell and rubbed on tires. Called to get inspection appointment done because they say they'll inspect cars. They can't get her in and the dashboard is lit up like a Christmas tree with so many lights. They send her to another place for the inspection and it fails with a laundry list of issues and deemed unsafe and fire hazard. They won't fix it and say she's trying warranty fraud when in reality the car is a mess and they're to lazy and scummy to fix it. Absolute trash. Scum of the earth. Miserable lovers! Multiple people have had the issue and it needs to be shut down and turned into a homeless shelter something manchester needs more than these lowlife scumbags.

During the process, I learned that I needed new tires sooner than expected, which was definitely a surprise. Despite the unexpected repairs and extended time without my vehicle, Jacqueline in the Service Department made all the difference. She was fantastic throughout the entire experience, providing daily updates, coordinating closely with the dealership, and ensuring I always knew what was happening with my car. Her communication, professionalism, and genuine care turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive one. Thanks to Jacqueline's dedication and customer service, I left as a very happy customer. She is a true asset to the dealership, and I regret missing the opportunity to complete the customer survey. Jacqueline is one of the main reasons I would recommend this dealership to others and why I will continue to return for service. Thank you, Jacqueline, for going above and beyond!

Refusal of Warranty Service…read more I purchased a 2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV from Werner Mazda in April 2024. Since purchase, the vehicle has experienced multiple defects requiring service. These defects and conditions have substantially impaired its use, value, and safety, including but not limited to: EV battery failure requiring towing and replacement within the first six months of ownership Repeated and prolonged failure of the MyMazda app climate control system following service Cooling system defects requiring radiator replacement Premature tire replacement at approximately 17,000 miles Ongoing loud noise and vibration when turning left Fuel or exhaust odor inside the cabin upon startup In October 2024, the vehicle failed to start and required towing. The EV battery was replaced. Following an oil change on December 27, 2024, the climate control feature in the MyMazda app stopped functioning. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through the dealership, the problem remained unresolved until January 23, 2025, after Mazda Corporate confirmed an IT solution and the vehicle software was updated. On October 25, 2025, I brought the vehicle in for a windshield washer warning light, squealing brakes, and a recall. During that visit, Werner Mazda stated the radiator was cracked and required replacement. I was also told that all four tires needed replacement at approximately 17,000 miles. Although the tires were replaced at no cost, I was told I would need to pay a $129 alignment fee, which I declined. After this service, the vehicle developed a loud noise and vibration when turning left. On November 17, 2025, the vehicle was test-driven by the Service Manager, Dylan Gallagher, who stated that he did not have an explanation for the issue. Prior to that visit, I already had a scheduled appointment for November 24, 2025, for an oil change and to verify the recall, which was still showing as open on my account. During that visit, the oil change was completed, the recall was cleared, and a technician video was provided stating the vehicle was in excellent condition. Due to worsening noise, vibration, and a new fuel odor upon startup, I contacted Mazda Customer Service on December 26, 2025 and customer service rep, Starler scheduled a service appointment for January 2, 2026. Werner Mazda accepted the appointment and Dylan told Starler a loaner vehicle would be issued. At approximately 2:15 p.m. that day, I received a call from Dylan Gallagher informing me that the dealership would not be servicing my vehicle. When I asked why, I was told it was because I did not complete a survey after my prior visit and that, if I had, it likely would have been negative. I asked to speak with his boss and was denied. I was told I come come pick up my vehicle. When I returned to the dealership, I was handed my keys by Dylan and told that I could leave. No written explanation or repair documentation was provided. I was informed by Dylan that he had spoken with Eric and they agreed the vehicle would not be serviced. The vehicle remains under manufacturer warranty. Refusing to inspect or service a vehicle after accepting an appointment and issuing a loaner raises serious concerns under New Hampshire consumer protection and warranty laws. This refusal may be considered evidence of noncompliance with the manufacturer's warranty obligations. I have notified Mazda Corporate and filed a complaint with the New Hampshire Attorney General's Consumer Protection Bureau.
