This location is conveniently located right across the Massachusetts border into New Hampshire, about 12 - 15 minutes away from the Merrimack premium outlets. There is no high pressure sales pitch, where Staffel follow you around and try to convince you to buy a car from them. It is very much a laid back environment, where the importance is that you find a car that best fits you. Everything was very smooth and easy with regards to the transactions and was able to take my car very quickly upon the purchase. I will add, though, if you are a Massachusetts residence, be sure to remember that if you purchase a car here that you yourself need to go to the Massachusetts DMV to get your car registered and to pay, the Massachusetts sales tax. (you have seven days from the day of purchase to get this completed.) In addition, they also rent RVs if you are someone interested in cross-country or camping this is a wonderful option that they have. She'll be able to make the payments. She almost cried and said that she had never made any purchase in her name before. It was a life-affirming moment. I was so touched by the sensitivity of Mr. Semons. But, I'll go further to say that the dealership is very welcoming. Everyone smiled when they greeted you. It was like a happy family. And that's how it was run until it was sold to the management. There are some dealerships that look you up and down if you don't look like you have money. These people seem happy to work there. They're doing a wonderful service. I don't know about the 1-star reviews for the dealership. But my guess is that they didn't have Ron Semons. A guy who could barely park the RV (under 24 feet), no walkthrough, and no power cord--then he vanished. It was 98° and I had no electricity, no AC, no water. When I called, they told me "RVs don't come with power cords." When Amazon finally delivered one, I plugged it in... and WATER POURED OUT of the RV. The entire water heater was cracked. THAT'S why they didn't include a cord or setup--it would've been discovered instantly. When I contacted them, they: Insulted me Told me it's not their problem I'm a "newbie" Refused ANY refund And threatened to press harassment charges if I contacted them again They had the nerve to admit they knew it was defective before selling it! That's not all: Awning = broken Kitchen sink = broken TV = missing Multiple undisclosed defects They preyed on my inexperience, lied about the RV, and tried to intimidate me into silence.
