Kimberly let me watch as she did a fantastic job in repairing my phone. I needed the back and battery replaced. Since the back needed to be removed when the battery is replaced, she charged me less. I'm very happy with my repair today. The charging plug on my Samsung Galaxy 10+ had become non-operational (due to excessive usage). The tech replaced the connector at a reasonable price within a reasonable amount of time and then offered some free advice about how to deal with other problems I was having. I would not recommend this sexist shop, took my wife's LG Wing in to get the front screen replaced, went to pick up the phone and have paid and I'm looking at the phone and asked about the cracked back, they said they snapped it trying to get the back off but only after I inquired about it.... As the guy is trying to pull up the parts to give us another quote on how much they will charge to fix the back glass the manager or lead is talking about a Galaxy tablet that needs to be fixed. One of the repair techs says Abby will be in tomorrow and can fix it, the lead says he isn't comfortable with her doing it, the guy says she has done them before, lead scoffs and says something along the lines of I would rather you do it insinuating that she isn't qualified. Guy finishes looking at the parts list and says it's $80 to fix the glass they broke and since they broke it he would hook me up with 50% off...... Thanks for the offer but we'll pass and try another company that's a little less misogynistic and doesn't try to hide when they damage a clients phone. Also the $250 screen replacement appears to not be fitting well. There is a nice noticeable gap between the body and the screen now. Woohoo for sexism and quality all in one place! Once the phone stops working due to all the dust and dirt that's gonna get in there we will just have to replace the phone through the insurance. read more

One month later and after numerous phone calls and going to the store only to find it locked up each time, we find out from a different repair company that the owner Adam F. has a history of running off with customers items, being extremely rude (I'm sure you can decide that for yourself after you read the d**k rant he left on one review here), and getting evicted from his Chandler repair store for failure to pay rentMy husband was able to get ahold of him via Walmart actually contacting him and Adam yelled at the Walmart worker and hung up on him. We got a phone call from a company that took over the store. They apologized for the problem, said they opened/forced their way into the shop, and found my husband's watch sitting in the shop in the same condition as we left it. I suggest you do homework on tech repair store ownerships before leaving personal items with this guy. Update: The former owner Adam Farsulo has been posting on his Facebook page various items for sale. I've been a Cellairis customer for years in Los Angeles. I always have them install protective screens on all my iPhones and iPads. I dropped my phone yesterday. The protective screen broke, as expected, but saved the iPhone screen. So I came in here to have it replaced. The attendant: Rwas very friendly and was meticulous about making sure my screen was clean before putting the new protective glass on it. I just got my new iPad done today. All good again. read more

Got iPhone 11 Pro Max screen replaced in may, Poor quality screen was attached, the screen cracked while inside the purse in June. There is no warranty or guarantee. Never going back. Kinda shocked to see all the negative reviews for this place. I usually research on Yelp before trying a service like this, but I needed my S8+ rear glass replaced and just did a quick Google search instead. I called, was quotted $69 over the phone, stopped in, and was out of the store in 25 minutes. I actually was able to stand there and watch them do the work which was really cool. Also I had a broken sim tray stuck in the phone and they removed it for me for free. It wasn't an easy task either. They had to remove every screw to get to it. I believe Brian helped me. Had a cracked screen on an Ipad and a Xs Max. They were able to take the iPad right away and have it done the next day. The XS took a couple days for the screen to come in, but had it changed out in 30 minutes. Only reason I did not give 5 stars. Is they were supposed to call me when the screen came in. They did not and I ended up coming in on my own. All and all, I will do business with them again. read more

This place was a lifesaver!! They seem to have all the hard-to-find Droid phone parts!... I went into this Cellairis location this morning, after I took apart my bride's 3-yr-old Samsung Galaxy S4 to replace the USB Charging port board. Unfortunately I inadvertently sheered off the WiFi cable's posts. After visiting other stores, this place was my last chance to have it fixed, or I'd have to replace the phone...and I did NOT want to do that! The District Manager of the store, Norm, was, hands-down, outstanding in his desire to resolve my problem. Not only did he have a spare cable, he installed it and re-assembled my wife's phone. And when the phone wouldn't accept/receive any calls when tested, he took it apart and found the problem (disconnected gray cable post), re-attached it, and re-assembled it promptly once again. Customer Service was nothing short of stellar, and I would recommend this place to anyone who seeks cellular repairs, whether it's Droid or iPhone. I'll never consider any other place. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. Don't know if Adam the owner is new to that store or not but I never had a problem until today. I have the bundle on 3 of our phones and I went in for a usual screen protector repair which they usually do immediately if there is no one waiting. I told this kid Adam that the protector was cracked and the case is broken on the corner. He put in my info and rudely said "Come back on Monday". I preceded to ask why Monday? He said with an extreme attitude "Because you have a bundle and that's when my guy is in to do the Bundle requests!" I then told him "His customer service was crap(expletive)!" Next he told me to get out of his store! I walked away for a second angrily, but then turned back to ask his name, because his professionalism was complete garbage. He told me his name was Adam all with his childish attitude and showed me he was the owner of the store by smacking his hand on top of a 8"x10" picture frame that reads "Attention customers, You will be treated as you treat us. If you walk in with an attitude and treat us terribly, you will be given attitude and treated terribly. We are tired of customers coming in and treating us like garbage because they broke their phone and can't wait for it to be repaired. Thank you for understanding. I went in today to get my IPhone Xs screen fixed. The manager was really rude when I arrived. I took my phone home and automatically noticed it was not allowing me to text (I'm voice writing this now) and kept flipping to different screens on its own. I called and was told that sometimes they get defective screens and what is happening is called, "ghost touching" where the phone begins doing things on its own. I drove one hour round trip and will have to do this again this week! So two hours total. What a waste of gas and time! If they provide a defective product, they should offer the customer a discount for the inconvenience. As a business owner myself, I can not imagine putting my clients through the wringer and offering nothing for providing inefficient service! I am highly disappointed with this company. To have the customer eat the cost and time for something that is the company's wrong-doing is completely unacceptable and unethical business practice. I will be returning this week for them to rectify the issue. If it is handled appropriately, I will update my review and stars and I see fit. Update - spent another approx 3 hours (40 min drive each way) and one hour wait for phone for them to resolve the issue. They gave me a "free" phone case and screen protector. Took the phone home and after two days, the phone was still ghost touching and locking me out. Since I use my phone for work, I had to cancel 4 clients. Today I called and asked for a refund which they did. I would NOT recommend them. The black guy working is extremely rude. He says he's the manager, but doesn't behave as one. In addition, he stated that they "can't control if the vendor sends screens that don't work" so who does control this? If you're getting crappy product, CHANGE VENDORS! Unacceptable!! My daughter bought her best friend a repair for her phone, and after Cellairis caused further issues with the phone, refused to provide a refund for the services. Both my daughter and her friend went to the store to plead for help. The owner asked her to leave her phone with them (after they caused the issues) for 2-5 days. She is a single mother. Obviously she cannot just leave her phone. Not only were they not helped, they were asked to leave the store. Upon hearing this, I called and tried to get to the bottom of it, and was met with a VERY RUDE owner who said: "How dare you tell me how to run my business. I'm tired of hearing about this." This place is a scam and are only interested in taking your money. I would stay FAR away. UPDATE: After receiving a pointed response from the owner, I would like to clear some things up: 1. The owner never gave me a chance to understand his point of view on the issue. I'm calling as concerned father and consumer. I did not bully anyone, and any audio will prove that, so go ahead "Adam", post that link. 2. People are entitled to good service when they go into an establishment and spend their hard earned money. The very fact that Adam won't stand behind his product is shameful and indicative of his many bad reviews. 3. I have video of the exchange between Adam and my daughter. My daughter just asked for a refund, like any normal consumer would. It only became heated because of his rude response to her. She is obviously not happy that a product was not provided for her $175.00. 4. 10 people called on the behalf of 2 girls and this issue. Family or not, there are adults who use common sense who would let those girls know if they were being obtuse. That was obviously not the case, and Adam treated each and everyone of us terribly. 5. Refunding the money that was supposed to be an exchange for a repaired phone is the fair solution when the product was not provided to their satisfaction. 6. Asking a single mother for her phone to repair (after 2 unsuccessful repairs) and keeping it for 2-5 days is out if the question, especially since the repairs couldn't be made to begin with. 7. Treating people who spend money in your establishment like total shit is not a successful business model. You really need to trust me here. Young people can be entitled, no doubt. But they are not asking for anything more than what is fair. 8. I can promise you that we will get this resolved one way or another, as now this is a matter of principle. read more

Took my tab there to get fixed, they said they'll fix it within 2 weeks. I kept calling after 2 weeks and the guy who was supposed to call back never did. After 4 weeks they called back to say that they couldn't fix it and I could come pick it up. Went here after leaving Best Buy and quoted a 3 hour time frame for a battery replacement and over $100 . Googled battery replacement this place pulled up and i spoke to and was serviced by district manager Matt !! He was really nice , cool & acknowledgeable about what he was doing . First and foremost it did not take near to 3 hours . He got the battery out and in in less than 20 minutes. This is a new company that's expanding from the Atlanta area . Do not bring any device here that you care about saving. I brought my Galaxy S8 with a crack in the screen to get a screen replacement. When I picked it up, the phone could no longer make phone calls, texts, use data. The speaker was also not working. The phone would constantly reboot over and over again without touching it. I gave it back to the employee and asked him what needed to be adjusted and he told me that this was common and it would probably "reconnect" shortly. I took it home but no luck so I went to T-mobile. They examined it and informed me that the phone was destroyed and recommended that Cellairis try to fix or replace the device since their work had now voided the Samsung warranty. The manager had several "ideas" about what they would try to do but eventually agreed to reimburse the cost of my $800 phone that I now had to replace. When I brought him the receipt, he said he just needed approval from the owners. After not hearing back from him, I called several times, left voicemails, came into the store, but never saw him again. Eventually, I was able to speak with another manager who told me they were not reimbursing me since I couldn't prove that the phone was working to begin with. This was the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. Not to mention, I'm out $250 for the screen and $800for a new phone. After filing suit in small claims court, I have recouped my money. read more

My sister took her iPhone to get fixed and it only resulted in it it being more damaged. The phone continued to give her problems. I witnessed a very aggressive phone call where the owner proceeded to blame all of the problems that occurred on her. He is unable to accept responsibility for his mistakes. He then proceeded to threaten to call the cops and press harassment charges for us simply wanting to get answers for the numerous unanswered questions that resulted from this experience. Came in from out of town, I called ahead and was told that they could get it done in 20 to 25 minutes. So I went ahead and drove 35 minutes to get there from the location I was at. When I got there they told me the part wasn't in stock even though I asked him over the phone previously and told me that the part would be in in about two hours, I didn't have time to wait so I had to pick it up the next day. So another 35 minute drive back to my location then the next day another 35 min. They told me they'd give me my old screen back they didn't, the person I talk to had no idea what I was talking about. As they're checking me out it took forever, didn't seem like he knew what he was doing looks like the manager or somebody came by he did it. He looked like he had a hangover (its 11 am) with sunglasses on, didn't say thank you, hello, anything or even aknowledge I was standing there. Found out they were $10 more than all the other Cellairris's and I've dealt with many locations for the last few months and didn't even honor the coupon that I had. I would first like to state my previous experiences were good. I am unsure if the poor customer service is due to new ownership or that I just received better service at the now closed Signal Butt location. I originally went in to have the glass replaced on my IPad mini and purchased their 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed product warranty for both my IPad mini and IPhone 6. Additionally I purchased the then stated required Cellairis cases for my phone and tablet as if I came in to have them repaired they would not be covered under warranty. All of these things I did not mind purchasing due to my phone and tablet being the most expensive asset beside my car I use daily and thought it was a good deal. So much so I even recommended the warranty to my friend who also purchased the warranty and cases for both his phone and IPad. I had to go back in and have the protector replaced on my phone at the original store where I purchased the warranty and again had a pleasant experience. However, the most recent experiences have failed to be satisfactory nor tolerable. I would be writing a book if I were to detail everything in this review, as I stood in there store for 2.5 hrs the first time and another wasted estimated 3+ hrs the second time. From the moment I walked in I felt as if their main intent was to find validation to void my warranty. They were unable to find my iPhone identification and showed little to no effort in attempting to find it. I was told it wasn't the same phone which was not true. While trying to point the finger at me it was brought to light that the person I recommended and who bought the warranty was under my account and would have never been able to find his account had I not pointed it out. Again they continued to find excuses to not honor my purchased warranty. Since this is a review and not a letter to the corporate office I will simply say if you are shopping for a warranty or if you are contemplating purchasing one or having a screen protector placed on your phone I would recommend you continue looking for a reputable company. The protector itself is good, however on the second visit, the employee failed to install it correctly after two attempts and refused to replace it. Somehow again my iPad mini was the issue. Not true. He also installed my case incorrectly which only damaged the protective cover at the corners. I was at a loss as to what I could do further and even wanted to call the police due to them continuing to lie to me and trying to charge me for something I had already paid for the first time the glass was replaced incorrectly and caused my phone to quit working. They attempted to charge me again. Due to my frustration, I had to get the Walmart Store manager as a witness simply because I was completely at my wits end as to what to do. They provided me the worst service I have ever received despite the area manager attempting to convey he was being nice by replacing my iPhone glass, which was installed incorrectly and yet was charged. A service that should have been provided without wasting several hours of my time. I am curious if the employees get a commission for their sales therefor are encouraged to not honor the warranty. I shop by reviews, and hope this deters future customers the grief, wasted time and disgust I walked away with. read more

I took my son's cracked iPad into the Gilbert location. They said it would be done several days before it was actually done. When we called to check the first time they wouldn't tell us when it would be completed or give us any information other than "we'll call when it's done". When we finally picked it up and got it home the screen was glitching terribly and not working. Very frustrating! UPDATE I did return because the screen Cellairis put in not only was several days late but had scratches, wasn't flush in the bottom corner, and glitched terribly. Since this company has you prepay for services I was very frustrated. My husband went to pick up the "fixed screen" only to be greeted with a poor attitude. The new screen was fixed and did work, however it also had scratches. At this point my frustrated husband asked for his money back. Adam responded with sarcasm, vulgar language, and was very rude. Honestly go anywhere but here. At first they seemed decent and the customer service was good. It was $200 to fix my iPhone 6- which I can usually get repaired for $50 by I'FixEm- but they were the only place that could do it before I left for spring break and I was desperate so I did it. After I picked up the phone and used it for the next few days, the new screen seemed very cheap and broke without me even dropping it or pressing hard. I called them and they said I could drive down to the store to see if it fit the warranty (I live in Tucson for college), but after explaining they said it fit in the warranty and next time I was in town to come get if fixed as long as it was within 90 days. I came down the next weekend and was greeted by the WORST customer service I have ever received by their "lead", who told me whoever I talked to would've never said that. I'm not sure if he spoke this way to me because I'm a young woman or a college student that he thought didn't know any better, or if he was genuinely a jerk. I explained my problem over and over again and finally he said "I mean I guess I can take a look but I'm not fixing it". He realized once he checked that they left broken glass under the screen the first time which is why it broke. He replaced it and then his coworker- the guy who has been so polite to me the first visit- said "You didn't drop it and it broke? Must be an April's fool joke". They fixed my phone but the screen pretty much still sucks. It's popping off. I would never recommend this scam of a company and it's joke employees to anybody. read more

Worst place ever. When attempting to resolve the issue that seemed to be escalating, I wasn't even able to get a word in. My perception is that Adam "the owner" has some maturing to do. He called me back at my request and then proceeded to ramble on about DVR videos and recorded calls all proving what... I'm not really sure. I've never called, nor stepped foot in his store. I was attempting to resolve an issue of $200 spent and having a worst off phone than what was given to them to fix from the beginning (simple screen repair). However, I was approached by a person unwilling to listen or resolve anything. In the end, I will move forward with filing an official complaint with the AZ Attorney General office advising that, although resolution was attempted, the "owner" of the company was not willing to listen or come to any sort of agreement. I encourage all others with similar reviews to do the same. If a business has too many complaints with the Attorney General, investigations begin and could lead up to fines, penalties and even removal of business licenses. Seems 2 stars for a Business could indicate that is the track they are on. read more

Everyone was nice so far and they do work pretty fast. Recently after the 3rd replacement, I had my phone in my pocket and the screen was shattered while in my pocket. That has never happened to me ever an I have had iPhones since the first. Took the phone back in to Norm, he was snappy right out of the gate as I tried to explain what had happened. Customer from a store inside Walmart I guess. I do not feel I should have to pay again for a screen replacement because your crappy screen, China part broke. I went to them once, and I will never go back. 230$ to replace an android phone screen. First they told me the part would be in store in 3 days. I go back 3 days later to drop the phone off, I was greeted with oh your phone screen won't be in for a month, I don't know why you were told 3 days. I bet you mid heard. Excuses me?! This is a business phone that needs to be replaced now, not in a month but now. So they order a new phone screen, and agree to only charge me half. But I have to wait another 3 days. Great! Another 3 days my team members won't have a phone. I go back in 3 days drop the phone off after confirming I'll have it the next day. I go back the next day..... low and behold my phone is still not fixed. Gunna be another day they broke the screen. Fantastic, another 3 days of waiting. I call them on day 4 of this cycle - screen still not in. Day 5 - screen is in, but we won't have time to do it, untill tomorrow. Day 6 the phone will be ready for pick up tomorrow. Day 7 I don't know why you were told the phone would be ready today we still have not gotten to it. Day 8 phone is ready. So after all this the guy at the counter still tried to charge me 230$ for the screen. I walked out of there only paying 115$ but with all the hassle on their end was beyond insane. read more
