We have had our Apple desktop at the location and after the first repair, it stopped working. The team addressed the repair and had it fixed. It took quite a few follow ups but the manager addressed the issue and took care of the repair cost. We have had phones and iPads repaired here also with no issues. Came in here assuming to get the battery replaced on my son's iPhone 6, but it turned out it was more of an IOS problem. I left the phone with Sierra while I went to pick up my son from school and came back to it all fixed! It took her about 30 minutes or so. She's amazing! Just returned from Experimax Chandler (Ocotillo and Arizona Aves). I bought an iMac for my 90 year old mother a couple of years ago here and it was a great experience. Fast forward 2 years and my MacBook Pro laptop suddenly had major software issues and most all of my email folders were gone. I did have backups but for some reason the folders didn't reappear with a couple thousand emails I had over the last 5 years. After a few days of trying to do the restore and rebuild myself, I was ready to give up and thought of Experimax. I stopped in to Experimax and show the expert there screen shot of the email folders that were "lost" and not retrievable from my backup. Incredible service. They did the complete "wipe and restore" and it's PERFECT now. All emails were properly restored! Sold my old MacBook here which was quick and easy. I listed the MacBook on Facebook marketplace and they messaged me. They made a fair offer and didn't try ti undercut it when I arrived there. They do a quick check to make sure everything was good with the MacBook and then had the check cut and I was on my way out the door. Quick and easy. Side Note: I did have to wear a mask while in the store and they also have the staff wear a mask and behind a protective shield. read more

I've been waiting on a repair of my iPad for a while. Or, a while in comparison to what was told to me. It was an issue with the charging port (they said that, at least-) but that they'd need to run diagnostics. I came in the estimated two days later, as they said it might take because this iPad was important to me and my work, to check in because I hadn't heard anything. They hadn't even started yet, nor did they run the diagnostics at all. I asked them about it and they said that the engineer working on it would call me that night. The engineer did not call. I can understand being busy, but it's incredibly frustrating for me as someone who NEEDS this repaired quickly. I did add a star for the price and because I do think that this situation is partially due to my own anxiety, so take that as you will. But yeah, I'm not sure if iPad repairs are a priority here. I cannot say I know the internal workings and I GENUINELY don't want to be a Karen about this, but estimated times for non-screen repairs seem to take a lot longer than they're willing to say. I just want answers and honesty, man. read more

I fought stability issues with my iMac for 2 years. With multiple trips to Genius Bar and some very data destructive steps from Apple that did not help. Took it to Experimax and they were not only able to diagnose the issue, but knew how to open the iMac they repaired the power supply. I would give no stars if I could. Terrible experience. I was offered by the owner to buy my broken iPad for $200. I discussed it all with him over the phone. We were all good to go, then I drive 40 minutes to his store where someone else I've never spoken with meets me and tries to lowball me an offer. I completely wasted my evening driving and hour there. This is unacceptable and not how you handle business. If you don't have the decency to run an honest business... then don't run one. I've never needed a phone repair before, but let me tell you Experimax takes care of their clients. Syed got back to me within 12 hours of my request. Bringing the phone in they didn't have batteries on hand (they typically do, and I could only imagine a better customer experience), but they still got me taken care of less then 4 hours. They stepped up and went, and got a battery for my phone. Now that's customer service! Phone returned in perfect condition. Couldn't be happier. I was helped by Maz, who was so knowledgeable about the issues and was patient with me as I asked questions. I came in today hoping to get a quote on my old iPhone that I've been wanting to sell. I walked in after another customer and there were no workers in the store. After waiting nearly 10 minutes without being helped or seeing a single employee, yet hearing them talk in the back, me and the other customer walked out.
