On the downside however, they shouldn't claim that they'll price match when there will be several instances where they know they cannot. I recommend an online option to input the quote and the vendor, then they can confirm up front if they're willing/able to price match as well as why if they cannot. In my case, they could not as the rival vendor likely did not use OEM components for the repair given the price disparity. I'd already looked up the price of the OEM part itself, so I know they were honest about the quote discrepancy. That information just would have been nice to know before hand.

He doesn't pay his employees and has horrible employee retention. He over charges for diagnostic fees and is to busy to get to repairs that sit there for months. He has employees that have left that he never paid them their last 2 weeks of working there. He is a bad business person.
