This place is right in Downtown Viselia. The moment you walk in you get hit with this cool Euro pub vibe. I can see myself come here for a drink after work. Today? Lunch. The bar tender was very attentive, get me seated and go my drink in no time. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. It came very fast. It is a nice piece of breast with deep grilled mark with sauce and grilled mushrooms. Lettuce, tomato, onions on the side. When I took my first bite, a nice charred flavor hit me. It is really well done. The side salad is a bed of fresh green, with light olive oil, and a blanket of parmigiana cheese. I would definitely recommend this place!

This is the most tender chicken dish you will ever eat!

I just love this place! It reminds me of a Speak Easy without the secret door! The chef is a master mixologist of any drink you can imagine & his sauces & flavors are so unique & will leave you craving everything enough you WILL be back! Like I said the ambiance reminds me of a Speak Easy & the dining is fancy & has a gourmet flair to each dish! Every drink & dish is made with such love & pride. They also have opened a morning cafe with mouth watering French pastries from the new bakery, Bread Savage across the street. You've gotta try both!

We came here for lunch on a Wednesday. The menu is really tiny, they have salad, soup, meatballs with bread, a burger and a few other items. The special was the bacon blue cheese burger, and that's what we tried. Unfortunately there are no fries, just bagged chips, side salad or potato salad. However, the meat in this burger was so unique and delicious! There had to be a 1/2lb Patty, so I'm glad we split it.. it was highly seasoned ( in a good way) juicy, and tender. I hate my burger well done, but it was so juicy that it didn't matter! We also tried 2 cocktails; the bjiou, and the bittered sling. Both were refreshingly unique flavor profiles. The bijou has a strong chartreuse backdrop, so only copse this one if you like chartreuse. It was nice & strong though... they don't go cheap on their cocktails here! The bittered sling is sweet, rich and the bitters really come through. The Space Dust IPA was in a cold glass ( I LOVE that detail), and we spired it with our delicious burger. Tate the owner came by and said hello, and Karina was our bartender. She was sweet & attentive. The lounge was relaxing and quiet, it was a perfect lunchtime getaway!!

Come check out this great spot. Friendly service, so welcoming. Amazing choice of pre-prohibition cocktails. Came here after already having dinner, so almost missed out on food. Stayed just long enough to try a later snack of avocado toast. If it is an indication of the rest of the menu, you need to come down here and get some food. The bread amazing, beautiful avocado and quick pickled red onions. Seasoned and sprinkled with pine nuts. Just what you look forward to in avocado toast. So excited for our next visit. Thank you for welcoming us. We will be back

Caprese salad, meatballs with toasted bread, memelas and asparagus.. Yummy!

My two sisters and I stoped in shortly after 5pm on a Friday afternoon for an early dinner and really enjoyed ourselves. Lots of room, easy to have a conversation without a lot of background noise. The menu is designed for items to be shared so we split a variety of things - asparagus, caprese salad, meatballs and memelas. We stayed for about an hour and a half catching up and never felt rushed to leave. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend the place and look forward to returning next time we come through Visalia.

Got some drinks with my husband at cellar door staff is very welcoming. I love that they had board games to play while enjoy a drink. Though I didn't try any food this time I sure will my next visit.

This place is top notch. Can't decide if it needs more couches or none at all. The drinks are phenomenal and lots of spirits to make even the most odd ball cocktails of choice.

This place recently started serving food and it is hands down the best food in Visalia. Highly recommend the chicken and the broccoli soup.

Place smells like last nights vomit! Watered down drinks! Glass not even filled half. Over priced low quality alcohol. Do not recommend.

I've definitely been coming here since the beginning (before patio seating and mobile orders) haha thanks to my mom! It's stood out from the very beginning & I love how much they have expanded (3 locations now -- Visalia, Tulare, Fresno). There's something for everyone on their Menu. I personally believe that they have some of the best matcha's around. BUT... if you drink your matcha with LOTS of sweetener, you probably won't like a real matcha from here -- I say this because some will complain that it taste like GRASS... and well, it damn near is (green tea leaves) lol--all jokes aside, their drinks and food are all hand crafted and all made and / or roasted in house! I have not once ever had a complaint about this place. I love the ambience inside and out.. definitely a favorite here in Visalia! Service and time... always as expected. You are getting hand crafted drinks and food, so don't expect them to rush. ****Rush hour in the am and during lunch hours**** The workers are always very knowledgeable about their menu items & products. This was a Huge plus for me, because sometimes I like to ask the employees for their recommendations or personal favorites! They usually end up being pretty darn good Their pop tarts... if you can get them when they have them.. TRY THEM OUT!! Actually, all their pastry's and breakfast items are delicious! (I just always forget to take pictures) haha my mom loves their avo or seasonal toast/ my dad loves the breakfast burritos! I will always come here for food/homemade pastries, a drink, to work, or to hang out with my loved ones! Thank you Component team for making every visit a good one

You find it because someone told you about it, or because you were looking for a place that feels a little more city than Central Valley. Brick walls, hanging art, a patio out front call it rustic, call it urban, call it hipster. Whatever the word is, it fits. Inside, the place hums. Not the quiet hum of a sleepy café, but the full‑volume buzz of people who treat coffee shops like co‑working spaces. The whole back section was a sea of laptops when I walked in, a slow tide of remote workers drifting out as the hour passed. Young folks, older folks, groups talking over each other a mix that tells you this spot has become a kind of community hub, even if the noise makes it hard to read without noise‑canceling buds. I came for a simple moment, a London Fog and a book. The tea was good, made with Rishi, a brand I'd never heard of but wouldn't mind trying again. I sipped it slowly, trying to sink into the page, but the chatter kept pulling me back to the room. Not a bad thing, just not the right place for quiet reflection. Some cafés are built for solitude; this one is built for motion. The staff was friendly, your standard modern barista crew, casual, quick, and easygoing. They run a tight operation, even offering mobile orders, something you usually see in bigger industrial coffee spots. Pastries, sandwiches, teas, espresso, the menu covers all the bases. Finding the entrance was its own adventure. Two doors, a divider in the middle, and a moment of "Wait... which side do I go through?" Not a dealbreaker, just one of those quirks that makes you laugh once you figure it out. Lighting is interesting here, low lamps mixed with a flood of natural light pouring in from the center of the shop. It gives the place a warm‑meets‑industrial feel, like a café that grew out of a warehouse and decided to keep the personality. Will I come back? Maybe. It's a great spot for people‑watching, conversation, or getting work done. But for reading, for sinking into a book with a drink, it's a place that demands either silence from the world or silence from your earbuds. Component Coffee Lab is loud, lively, and loved, just not quiet. And maybe that's the point.

There are different seating areas with tables, couches, and large stuffed chairs, and the space is decorated with vintage items. As I sat there, I realized it is called "Mission Coffee" for a reason: everything sold at the café supports the Visalia Rescue Mission. There were signs showing the number of meals and showers they have provided. It was such a nice little surprise to see one here. I ended up ordering the Jasmine milk tea. I made the mistake of choosing regular ice and regular sweetness. After my first sip, I was surprised at how sweet it was -- I don't remember Teaspoon drinks being quite this sweet before. If I could redo my order, I would definitely go with 25% sweetness. I actually ended up diluting my drink with a bit of water to balance it out. That said, the boba itself was great -- perfectly chewy and fresh.
