A couple of months ago, I was on stage putting my Blue Baby Bottle microphone into the shock mount. I accidentally ended up twisting the outer case of the mic and sheared off the low cut and high decibel switches. This is a great microphone and getting in touch with the manufacturer customer service was futile since they were bought out by Samson last year. Dennis was my last resort. Because of the backlog due to Covid, Dennis told me there was a 24 week wait, but that it was a simple repair and he would try to fit it in between other projects. He even offered to save me money by showing me how to take it apart so I could get the part numbers for the switches, but I decided to let him do it since I'm just a musician. A week later, my microphone was done. I was so happy to have it done quickly and it sounds just as good as before. Electromania and Dennis get my highest recommendation.

After my receiver was completed and I took it home, I had accidentally crossed speaker wires and popped an inner fuse and had to take it back in. He replaced the inner fuse free of charge but I insisted on paying him at least something anyway. A larger corporate-type business would not have been so forgiving. He also was very personable and was eager to pass on his knowledge. He explained the repairs in detail, and gave me advice about speaker choice and the proper way to hook up speakers.

At the time of drop off, they told us they would call us to let us know the status, and when the part was in. We have yet to receive ONE PHONE CALL (it is now April, 2011) from this company. Since we are obviously the ones having to make the calls to them (When we can reach them - see #3 below), we've received different excuses as to why the TV is not ready. It seems when we call, they are very unorganized and don't know where our TV is, or even the status of our TV. We are highly disappointed. At this point we feel like we should call the BBB from all the runaround, hassle and shady tactics of this company. We don't even know if our TV is there anymore, or if they have gone ahead and just sold it. (see #1 below) 1. Their receipt states that "all TV's not picked up within 14 days of contact will be kept and sold." Really? How is it possible for us to know this, when you're not calling customers back? So do we assume, since we are the ones making the calls at this point, our 14 day window is now expired? 2. They had initially stated the part was on it's way up from one of their dealers in Chicago - and then changed their story to state it was coming from overseas. 3. Business hours : the person in charge of our TV was only available from 4pm to 7pm. Wow! If I wanted to work hours like that I'd be fired. In a nutshell I would never recommend anyone to go to Allis TV for any sort of TV or small appliance repair. When we do get a call from them, (and again - why should we be the ones calling when they clearly stated they would call us to let us know the status) I intend on speaking my mind. If our TV is even there, I'd not only be wary of the repair, but the price range that was quoted us. Stay far, far away from this company.

The price was definitely less expensive than buying a new iPad. The screen replacement cost with iTC was much less than any other repair business I called. He did a great job with the repair, communicated with me throughout the whole process and followed up if there were any issues. The iPad is working great and I'm really glad I called iTC Repairs. I would 100% recommend iTC for any computer, cell phone or tablet repairs.

An Ipad fell onto a hard floor and the screen was badly smashed. iTC fixed it in just a few hours, for about half the price that Apple would have charged. It's as good as new now! It's rare to get fast, quality work at a reasonable price, but believe it or not, that's what they do here. I hope we never break anything else, but if we do, iTC will be our place to go!

Its performance smooth and buttery, and the computer's physical setup is intuitive - not to mention a literal work of art. Sometimes I'll just stare at it and go, "ahhhh....I got so lucky to wander into Eddie's store." I came to Eddie and his wife due to issues with a gaming computer I bought on NewEgg. They quickly informed me that the computer had been assembled with cheap parts from Wish.com and Alibaba, an apparently common practice at NewEgg nowadays. Eddie offered two options: repairing my computer at a great price, or using it as a trade-in towards one of his masterpieces. I chose the latter option, and was pleasantly surprised by how much he offered for my trade-in. Eddie and his wife Sarah are wonderful people: patient, kind, informative, and supportive. They're also fast and efficient workers with a deep understanding of the computer world. I had a blast nerding out on gaming computer components with them before walking out with my prize. I'm looking forward to returning every eight or so months for checkups, at no cost to me. You won't regret coming to Eddie's Gaming Computers and Repair for all your computer needs! Ended up buying about 10 records and found some really amazing and a couple rare releases. They have tons of new sealed albums, somewhat limited on used, but the new stuff is great. I found an excellent selection of rock, blues, jazz, and country/folk. I'll definitely be going back again, there's plenty of stuff I had to leave behind because I was spending too much money. Hopefully some of it's there on my next trip. Store staff is knowledgeable and really friendly too. It's a mixed income neighborhood, and they're friendly, caring, and helpful to anyone who walks in for any reason. Plenty of street parking and a small lot in the back of the store. The store is clean, big, well sorted. Prices are pretty average, but there's some good deals as well on overstocks and ding/dents. They weren't gouging like some of the other stores in town. Definitely my favorite store I visited on this Milwaukee trip. Looks like they had a lot of stereo equipment, CDs, accessories and maybe movies? I reached my limit and made a hasty escape with only a couple bucks left in my wallet.
