Came across Smart Fix and was bit skeptical but reached out. I was able to get immediate response back and he was very transparent on his work. Due to the recent model of the phone, OEM screen sales were just not worth it due to the price and labor cost. basically paying half of the price of what I paid for the phone and thats not including the back glass. So I settled with a soft OLED aftermarket screen for a fraction of it. Pricing to fix both the front screen and back was half the price of what I would pay for a OEM screen alone not including labor fee. After installing, the aftermarket soft OLED. I haven't ran into any issues yet. Face Recognition works, no lags, no dead particles. The only noticeable change from OEM and aftermarket is the screen Bezel size which isn't a deal breaker for me. I watched him fix my phone and he ran through every step. I heard some reviews from other establishments being sneaky writing reviews on their business without the customers knowing or logging into your personal information and etc some horrifying things that invade your privacy. But with this establishment, he was kind and nice and did a great job! I will update after 3 months to see the progress of the screen.

Vince is the guy when it comes to Iphone problem. My phone has been acting really strange. It would shut off randomly and turn back on. I let it slide a few times and not really cared for it. Until one day, my phone completely shuts off and could not turn on. I tried not to freak out so I went on google and searched for every possible solution to turn it back on. After hours and hours of searching, nothing seemed to work. My phone would not turn on the next day, so I took it to Vince. I told him my problem and he took my phone and started investigating the issue. I saw everything that was going on. He helped fix my phone and my phone is working great now! My first impression was his work station. He has everything - from his tools to the parts. He does everything right in front of you. My moms phone had not been charging for the past few days and I had not found a place to have it repaired. I just happened to be driving by and saw a sign saying iPhone repair so I called and Vince told me to bring it in and it would take no more than 40 minutes. So I waited he had it done in about 25 minutes and the price he charged me was definitely reasonable. By far the best prices in town. Busted my screen and digitizer on my iPhone 5c for the 3rd time in 3 months. This time I was at Disneyland on a Friday night, 8 hours from home and no clue where to get it fixed... I dropped my phone and my screen was completly shattered and the phone was totaly glitched (lcd broke ) but we found this place amazing price it was $60 for cracked screen AND to repair the lcd it was also ready in 20 to 30 minutes. If you smash your iPhone at Disneyland, Vince is the guy to help you. He's a few minutes from the park and he fixed my smashed screen in 5 minutes! We were back to the park before we knew it. Friendly, fast service and for half the price we pay in Boise for a smashed iPhone screen. read more
