I brought in my phone to get the touch disease fixed an they fixed it, but then I noticed two big problems with my phone after they had worked on it. First off they broke my front facing camera an I brought in again to get that fixed they took over a week an the problem still wasn't fixed. An the second problem was now my phone won't connect to wifi the little option is greyed out. When I first got it it worked but then when I went in to get the front camera worked on an got it back then noticed it wasn't working. Don't come here to replace iPhone screens. The screens are inferior and cracks easily. In addition I had to bring the phone back twice bc the screen would detach a from the phone bc the glue they used would seperate. On top off that they messed up my home button during the procedure. I sent 7-10 clients to them as my coworkers would break their phones and when asked to warranty the screen they refused. Avoid at all cost. read more

Dropped my iPhone 5s during the day and the whole screen was shattered so I headed to the T-mobile store first and was then referred to this place. The person that helped me out at the counter was very friendly and to the point. There was one customer ahead of me so I was quoted about 30 minutes to an hour, but decided to sit in the store and wait it out. The overall service was very nice (was even offered snacks while I wait and the TV is on to watch) and the worker was professional not only to myself but for everyone else that he was taking care of after me while I was there. I was surprised it took less than 30 min for my phone to come back and up until now it's working perfectly fine. Definitely will recommend this place to my friends ! read more

Had them replaced a Zagg invisishield under warranty repair. Everything went fine. A few days later I noticed that the shield had lifted on one side. Went back to CPR and was told I would have to pay for a new shield even though it had been less than a week. Extremely poor customer service. They should stand behind their work. First off this place has 5 Star reviews because if you leave a yelp when you're there you get a discount on your service so don't be fooled about this 5 star location. This place is a nightmare to go to. When they replaced my girlfriends iphone screen we left and the screen started going out on the drive home so we had to turn around and have them re replace it. So they replace it again and when we go to use the screen make sure the whole screen worked half the screen was a dead spot! And guess what they replaced it again! So after it being fixed for about 8 months my girlfriend shattered her screen again so we went to a different repair shop and the gentleman says "this phone has been fixed before hasn't it this isn't stock? It's missing screws inside" which led me to leaving this yelp now. Wouldn't recommend this company at all. read more

I have a Galaxy S6 and I've taken my phone to this shop twice, both times for water damage. The first time, my phone was dropped at the beach. The repair consisted of repairing the entire LCD screen and cost about $200. The approximate time to be fixed was 4 days; it ended up taking 8 days. There were a few minor problems after getting the phone back. The paint on the back of the phone had been slightly chipped because of way the backing must be removed. The home button tilted to one side and no longer sits evenly (but it still 'clicked' fine). There was slight fuzz and dust-like particles on the camera lens (which I was told also came from water damage). Lastly, the phone no longer could detect when I rotated it, so it could not automatically go into landscape/portrait mode without use of an app. This was the first time I had ever needed a repair to this degree, so I assumed that these problems were bound to happen and I was content to just have my phone fixed. The second time was when someone's water bottle had spilled onto my phone. I took it back and again the entire process was more than a week, even though the given approximate date was to be 4 days. The first three of my phone calls was met with something like "We haven't gotten to it." When I did receive a phone call, they had told me they lost my SIM card tray and had to wait an additional two days for them to replace it. In the end, the LCD screen did not have to be replaced because all that waiting around had allowed the water to evaporate and the hardware did not seem to be damaged. In the end, I had just paid for the water treatment. There were more problems with the phone after getting it back. Both the lock screen button and 'volume up' button became sticky and no longer clicked. This is especially an inconvenience as my phone screen will turn on with the slightest touch in my pocket or bag, causing an immense battery drain. The paint on the back of the phone became severely chipped off and more than 30% of it has come off. Understandable, but not aesthetically pleasing (luckily my phone case covers most of it). The rotation problem still persists, but doesn't bother me as much with 'rotation control' app. Now the entire front glass of the phone is slightly raised. Not sure why that is, but any amount of weight on it will cause it to pop back into its rightful place, but will rebound after removing pressure. Not really a hindrance, but I question on why it does not fit as it should. Lastly, the camera lens condition is slightly worse and there are more 'fuzz-like' particles within the frame. Each thing by itself is very minuscule, but the combination of them all is irritating at times.The main technician is definitely a nice guy and did make his efforts to make sure the end cost would be as little as possible, which gets the additional star. But the responses I kept receiving, prolonged 'repair time', the problems that came post-repair, and losing my SIM card did not make a good experience for me. Seems to be a great spot for fixing cracked screens and minor details, but maybe not for repairs that require moderate disassembling. read more

After my original review, the owner contacted me multiple times. He continued to low key harass me to take down my review, offering a full refund in exchange. Ali continued to call me every couple of days even though I did not pick up because I had already told him I wanted nothing more to do with this store. Even then he continued to call and leave messages asking me to take down my review. When calling me didn't work, he messaged me on yelp and then also emailed me. It was to the point where I was worried he'll even show up to my house since he also has that information! He stated that he wanted full customer satisfaction so he'll give me a refund. Okay, so I respond by email telling him to send me a refund and I won't take down the review, but instead I will update it to a better review (not 5 stars because I'd only rate 5 stars if I never even had a problem in the first place), since he's making an effort to make it up to me. So he emails me back on Feb. 13th stating that he will send the check out today and verified with me if the address he had was correct. He again asked if I will be taking down my review after receiving my refund, to which I said no, but I will be improving the rating. I believe others have the right to know that the business is not perfect. It is now March 29th and I never received a refund. Basically, he tried to bribe me to take down my review in order to receive a refund. I couldn't care less about getting my refund because I'm not money hungry. HOWEVER, offering a refund for exchange to getting a bad review removed IS NOT good customer service. It is bribery. Good customer service would be giving the customer a refund with no conditions. Give the refund because the customer did not receive proper service that was promised, that's good customer service. Only giving refunds in return for removing a bad review is bribery. I'm sure holding refunds hostage works for other customers, but not for me because I can just make that money back in an HONEST way. Ali, if you want to prove to all your customers you're a 5 star establishment, maybe try to honestly give good customer service instead of harassing and bribing your customers. On another note, Ali also text messaged me pleading for me to take down my review because it was ruining his business and also their families' lives (financially). From what I see by the recent reviews, the business seems to still be doing fine. So he also tried to get me to give him pity he didn't deserve. One bad review does not ruin an entire business especially since they're stilling getting some good reviews. I recently emailed him again a week ago stating that I just noticed my phone is even worse now (the screen is lifting up so that light is seen from the side, I'll upload a picture). I'm sure this happened a while ago, but I never noticed it because I always have a case on my phone. It wasn't until I took off the case that I noticed. So I wanted my refund now that even the screen wasn't placed on correctly, or else I'll write this updated review with what happened after my original review. I did not plan to write about the harassment but noticing the flaw in the screen was the last straw. He did not reply to my email, nor did I get a refund. I believe future customers should know that this business isn't perfect "a five star service" like it claims to be. No one's perfect, but this business is going too far in trying to trick people into thinking they are. Ali, please don't ever contact me again. I don't care about a refund. I went here back in January to fix my iPhone 5's screen and had a problem with this store so I gave it 1 star. Since then, the owner has literally called 5+ times, literally texted me 5+ times, and messaged me here trying to BRIBE me to take down the review in exchange for a refund. He even lied and said that one single review I wrote was hurting his business despite the numerous reviews since my visit. If you read the reviews, you can see he has done this with other people. He obviously doesn't care about his customers, only his Yelp score, otherwise he wouldn't be constantly bothering them. When does a desperate attempt to hide bad service turn into harassment? TO THE OWNER: I blocked you months ago, I only check occasionally to see if you are still trying. Alright so right off the bat. A lot of these reviews are posted because they give you a free screen protector for yelping. I had my phone fixed awhile back and I wanted to post this after a couple weeks use to see how it really held up. So with that said.... I had shattered my phone both the screen and the lcd broke. I would have fixed it myself but no shop would have sold me the parts I needed, so I went to cellspot. My phone was fixed within the hour and when picked up working fine. Over the next week I noticed my phone (SG4) getting extremely hot and I would get a android error saying shutting down apps to prevent overheating. Before I dropped it off it was not doing this. The only explanation I would have for this error is that they use a CHEAP glue for the screens that doesn't allow heat to escape correctly. So when they tell you they use 100% OEM manufacturer parts, apparently that doesn't count for the glue...... Other than that my home button feels "janky/wiggly", also not the way I dropped it off. If they ask you to yelp review for a screen protector just say no and buy one. The ones they give you are, what a surprise!, CHEAP. My phone seemed to no longer get 4g signal anywhere (very very few places) after running *228 with Verizon there was still no luck. Then I took of the screen protector and what do you know full 4g again. Their "free" screen protectors are cheap and most likely have a lead base in them hence why service was effected. Overall if you're in a bind and need your phone fixed quickly use them,but expect issues, if not fix it yourself or find someone that truly uses all OEM parts. Update: 2 months later my phone completly fried due to overheating. Was told to bring my phone back to be "fixed" again, decided not to after obvious reasons. You don't bring your car back to the mechanic who totalled it do you? These people have bad business ethic and don't really care about the customer. They buy reviews and take your money. read more

My wife cracked her white Samsung Galaxy Note III glass screen. Since it's a new phone and really big I was worried that it would be really difficult to fix. After Yelping and calling around, I decided to come here. Ali was a really cool guy and explained how our phone was more difficult to fix than other phones bc of the size, but that would be no problem for them since they have an expert technician. He assured us it would be fixed good as new. We picked up the phone, and Ali was right!! The phone is as good as new. I highly recommend them if you have the Galaxy Note III. I'm sure my wife will eventually break the screen again since it's a big fragile screen, so at least I can sleep at night knowing I can come back here for a high quality job and same day turnaround.
