I first called in to check for a price check on replacing a cracked screen on my iphone 5, they quoted me. I called around and found a place that was cheaper so I called cell spot back and asked if they would price match, which they DID! I dealt with Erika and max, both associates were extremely nice and knowledgable. They replaced my iphone 5 screen in 20 minutes and for a good price! Double win! I would recommend this place who needs their cellphone to be repaired, especially for iPhone screens. I shattered my phone screen and came here for a replacement. I paid for original iPhone parts but instead I got what appeared to be a bootleg screen. I replaced the new screen w my old shattered screen when I immediately noticed that the poor pixel quality and brightness. No insurance, no upgrade options, I was basically SOL when I cracked the screen & LCD of my new Samsung Galaxy S4. My wife found this place online (yelp) so I gave it a try. They had my part in stock so I was able to get same day service. The phone looked new once the screen was replaced and worked fine. They did a good job and you couldn't tell the screen had been replaced. It was a bit pricey, but that's a result of the cost of the replacement part. read more

Took my iPhone 5c in today, it was pretty cracked; gave it to the guy (forgot to get his name), he was super nice and carried a conversation with me as he went through my order. Said it would be 30 minutes, turned out to be like 10 minutes maybe 15. Phone was super sleek and I even got a free 3 pack of really good screen protectors. Downside was that they only have good cases for samsungs/androids, I was hoping they'd have good cases like otterboxes for my phone but oh well, still 5 stars because the service was great; phone cases are 50% off with a repair. Update**** Owner contacted me on the situation sounded like a very nice guy. I explained to him that even with the broken screen the phone was still working until his shop replaced the screen that's when all the trouble started. I paid around 180$ for them to fix the screen and He offered me a 100$ refund for my troubles. Will see if I get that. I do appreciate him taking the time to give me a call and try to solve this issue. Will update my review in a few days to notify if I received the refund or not....... If I could put no stars I would. I Came here to get my iPhone 6 Plus screen repaired a couple months ago Screen was fixed however within a few minutes of leaving the screen became unresponsive. Took it back they switched the screen claiming that it we just a bad lcd screen. Few days later AGAIN Became unresponsive. And let me say even when the screen was broken it still worked fine. I went back and fourth maybe 4-5 times. The Hispanic (spoke Spanish) girl wanted me to leave the phone over night bc she didn't know "what was wrong" and I said no. Lucky for them my niece dropped my phone a few days later and broke it. Decided to take it somewhere else. The other guy from another business opened the phone In Front of me and showed me that the phone was missing a shield and a bunch off small screws. Also they had replaced home button and usually it has small 2-3 screws holding it down mine had 1. Needless to say they never mention I was not going to be able to update my phone with replacing my touch home button with a universal home button. They might fix your phone but you might be missing screws and material from inside your iphone. BAD SERVICE read more

Got my phone fixed in an hour! I do advise for you to call a head and ask if they have your parts in stock before going to the shop AND clear any important info on your phone just in case like password, etc. I reset my phone to factory setting, wiped the phone clean just in case. read more

So i had broken the glass screen infront of my camera on my galaxy s5 and had emailed them ahead of time to ask if they had parts to fix my phone and they told me yes and to come in whenever so of course I cone in the next day to get my phone fixed and they tell me they don't have the part to fix it!?!? The owner called me to apologize for my bad experience. He explained he wants to make his customers happy and he explained that the place that he is operating did not yet put in a line for him to get his credit card machine working. Kind of funny but there is this thing called squareup.com where you can charge credit cards from your cell phone...and since this is a company that sells and repairs cells phones, it seems like this would solve that problem fast. Anyway, he offered me my money back to make me a happy customer. In exchange I told him I would update my review...I went there today and despite him offering to return my money, he asked me if I felt it was fair for me to get money back since I did get service....keep in mind, he told me he would give it back to me...I never asked for it back so when he then asked me if it was fair, I felt like he was trying to guilt me into not taking the money he offered to return to me...whatever, the case may be...he did give it back to me. Bottom Line...if you want to get your phone fixed, I am sure they will do it and you will get it fixed. He fixed mine right away. They told me up front the repair and install of a replacement screen would take about 2 1/2 hours. I was helped by Saeed who said he can replace my uniquely designed shattered screen of my iPhone 6. He said it will take about 20-25minutes which was perfect!
