Have used these guys twice now and have been super happy both times. Today I took my phone in as the last repair didn't seem to have worked 100%. I think I was a couple months post-warranty but they took my phone, no questions asked and made good on the initial repair without trying to gouge me due to the expired warranty. I can't imagine a better experience having an iPad fixed. I broke the screen on my iPad sometime back when I dropped it. Was not saved by the case but glass did stay in place by the screen protector so I was able to use it for a few months. When I was ready to replace I called CellSpot Cell Phone Repair. They gave me an estimate of $99 over the phone and said it would take 1-1/2 hours to complete. It is just a couple of miles from work so I dropped it off at 10:00 opening time and said I would be back a lunch time to pick it up. Came back at 12:30 and it looked beautiful. Two weeks ago I dropped my iPhone and it resulted in water damage. The Apple Store told me there was nothing to be done except buy a new iPhone. This was a horrible time because my contract was almost over, I wanted the phone to retain some cash value, and I needed my phone for job interviews. Story of my life....I'm always dropping my phone. I had put up with a cracked for 6 months because I couldn't find a place affordable to get my iphone 5 fixed. Everywhere I asked said at least 130 bucks... My friend told me about Cell Spot in Tustin and finally I can see what I'm typing and who is calling me again. My Nexus 5 screen and LCD broke. I ordered a new phone because I didnt even think to repair it. This place is in my neighborhood so I gave it a try. I found this place on yelp after seeing many other yelpers recommend it! The service is quick and easy it took only about an hour an a half for a charger port and battery replacement for an iPhone 5. They even gave us a cheaper price for the battery which was originally 45$ but I mentioned seeing a yelper say it was for $30 which they gladly said $30 would be alright. My phone was doing the same thing so I have to come back. My warranty was going to expire in few days so I hurried to go to the shop to have it checked. After verifying that my warranty is still up, they fixed my phone with no questions asked and they didn't attempt to ask for any additional fees. My wife had an iPhone 6 Plus with a cracked screen, so we brought it to CellSpot to get it fixed. The quote was reasonable, and the gentleman said it would be done in 20 minutes. We use this place a lot. They fix cracked screws super fast. Usually about 30 minutes. Price is usually about $100. And usually the fix works perfectly. This week went in and had my daughters cracked screen repaired on her iPhone 7. When she began using it we realized a very small portion of the right side of the screen didn't work. I was expecting it to be a fight when I took it back as it seemed to be different people at the front desk. There was no fight at all. Confirmed our problem and fixed it quickly at no charge. I just stopped by today for a quick fix because the loud speaker on my Iphone went out. Got a quote by phone at Cellspot that it would be $50 to get this replaced. Ali (hope I spelled this right) was super helpful and great! He wanted to make sure I was getting a fair repair because my phone was fairly new. He used my serial number, looked it up online and found that I was still covered under warranty and that I could get a new phone replacement for free!
