This is my first time getting my new car fixed at an auto body repair shop. My car was scraped on the side and I had to get it fixed as soon as possible. After shopping around other places that quoted me over $1000, Raymond was able to quote a price that was half and offered to do additional services to make my car look cleaner. The tail light was also cracked, and he was able to install it with the price he quoted me. The paint job was also very nice, and my bumper basically looks like new! The job was also finished in a timely manner (about 3 days). I am very pleased with the results and would HIGHLY recommend coming to Cenco Auto Body shop before going to any other place. I brought my 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport here to have my rear car door, side quarter panel, and bumper fixed up. It took them a week to fix, and I picked up my car looking all brand new. I have a RX 300 2002 model. Ming took in my car but was on vacation when I picked it up. They fixed my car flawlessly and touched up the little spots here and there. I had the unfortunate luck of requiring body work on my car two times in the span of two weeks. Fortunately, I was referred to Cenco and am completely happy about the work I had done there. Raymond was very responsive and easy to get a hold of if I had any questions throughout the process. He was concise about what the repairs entailed, and up front about the estimated time of repair and the quote, which was reasonable. The first incident, I had accidentally driven up a small median that unhinged my front bumper and caused some structural damage to the engine cover underneath my car. I brought it in without an appointment, and he was able to fix it in a few hours, no problem. Second incident happened while I was parked. The other individual had driven into and dented my rear bumper in the process of parking. The damages called for a completely new rear bumper. I was lucky that the person had left a note on my car and claimed complete liability for the damages. Their insurance company worked seamlessly with Cenco and the Enterprise Rent-A-Car (located conveniently behind Cenco) to ensure no headache on my end. I brought it back to Raymond and was he able to replace the bumper in 4 days. I was able to easily rent a car during the time it took for repair, continue regularly with my life, drop off the rental, and get my car back in four days. Not only did Raymond repair both my front and rear bumpers, but the interior was clean and my exterior was washed and waxed. Not to mention, they had spot painted some paint scratches my car accumulated over the years. My three year old car looked brand new again. I know the whole process of car repairs can be daunting and headache-inducing, but you're in good hands with Raymond and the folks at Cenco. I have been dealing with Raymond most of the time. He is very knowledgeable, patient and reasonable. He told me he could deal with the insurance as soon as I have a claim number but Liberty Mutual forced me to drive long local way to somewhere in Duarte to do the initial estimate. I handed the estimate to Cenco and they took care of the rest. After opening the damaged area, they work with insurance to claim extra parts which is painless for me. Raymond was also kind enough to remove a few non-accident related dents for me. When picking up the card, a guy (I believe is the owner) asked me if Raymon took care my business well. Of course I concur it. The car was fixed appropriately and they provide a life time warranty paper. It is important to show they stand by their work. My friend in the same business told me if paint was not dried in the correct way such as using too much heat they it will crack in 1-2 years but I am sure Cenco has done it right. According to the schedule, Raymond has been keep me posted about the progress so I am pretty satisfied with that, too. Wish the best for this company. read more
