I went in for Botox that unfortunately didn't last more than 6-8 weeks, so I returned for a touch-up to fix it. During that correction appointment, I ended up with a noticeable bruise in the middle of my forehead that lasted about a week. (Long review but worth reading if you're considering a rhinoplasty here) DO NOT go here for a rhinoplasty. I HAD A BOTCHED SURGERY. I can't even begin to explain how much I regret going to Center for Plastic Surgery for my rhinoplasty. It may be the biggest regret of my life thus far. Going in for the few consolations I had prior to actually having the procedure, Dr. Price was very dismissive and did not seem to genuinely care what I was really looking for as my end result. And it seemed as though he planned to do what HE figured would be best. He would stay in the room for a max of maybe 10 minutes, if that and then would rush out as if in a hurry to do something else. He NEVER even wrote anything down or appeared to make note of the things I asked for which was odd in my opinion. I should have seen this as the first red flag but having no experience with plastic surgeons I didn't know what to expect. My first procedure (yes I had to have more than one...) was in January of 2022. I followed the post care instructions to a T and even slept upright for longer than they recommended just to be on the safe side. I then go in for my follow up to have the splint removed where Dr. Price complimented his work and said everything looked "great". However I got home and noticed there was a very noticeable dent left in my nose from him apparently "not shaving my nasal bone down far enough"... And not only was there a dent but he did not reduce the size of my nose nearly enough for what I wanted (the size of my nose was my main concern as it has been an insecurity since childhood) and also made the tip of my nose very sharp, round, and more prominent especially when I smile. At this point I was extremely distraught and my already fragile self esteem took a huge hit. Fast forward to later in the year, October of 2022 and I have my second surgery where I was going in with the intention to fix the dent as well as the other things I was unsatisfied with. Not only did Dr Price still not shave my nasal bone down enough (leaving the dent still noticeable) he again did not reduce the size of my nose as I had requested and the tip somehow looks even worse than before. I understand to a degree doctors have to balance out your face but he should have told me if he was unable to do the changes I wanted due to that and discussed alternatives ang explained his reasoning. I have gone back in and expressed my dissatisfaction and been met with extreme gaslighting from the doctor, nurses, and when their office manager Erin..."everything looks great to me I'm not sure what more we could do,"....after going under not once, but twice and spending thousands of dollars. Another crazy thing being that I had to shell out thousands more for the second revision surgery when the whole reason I had to have a second surgery was his fault because he left a dent!! I also have many broken and visible blood vessels that people always ask about that were never present before the first surgery. My father also had a rhinoplasty with Dr Price and his nose looks like crap as well (for lack of a better word). I am shocked at the situation I have had to deal with considering how much experience he has as well as how celebrated he seems to be. If considering a rhinoplasty I suggest going elsewhere as it will just leave you with more insecurities than you had before. And I know Dr Price is now (thank god) retired, but I think my experience speaks of the type of people employed at this office and their sheer lack of empathy and ethical standards. read more

I wanted to treat my mother to revive her skin a bit so I took her to see Marily. When I say this girl is MAGIC?! Her expertise and knowledge of skin care is indisputable. She genuinely cares for her patients and their skin health, and takes the time to be honest and listen to concerns, goals, and then comes up with a detailed step by step regimen to get you exactly where you want to be... and you will really achieve those goals! My mother is extremely picky and has impossibly high standards for everything skin care and beauty because the country we come from has top tier everything when it comes to that field of specialty, but I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to see that she was absolutely overjoyed by her results after her treatments. I've never seen her this happy before in my life!! After just 2 visits, Marily literally took years off her face; That level of aesthetic mastery can only result from a true expert who not only has the god-given natural talent for it, but the talent is coupled with years of experience, and an in-depth knowledge of all skin types of any age or ethnicity. I had a breast reconstruction consultation with Dr. Frank Albino today and was super impressed. The staff were great - efficient and empathetic. Dr. Albino was thorough, kind, honest, and to the point. He took the time to explain all the options, and then why I was or was not a good candidate for each. He answered my questions and didn't pressure me at all. If I end up pursuing reconstruction, I would be more than comfortable having him as my surgeon. read more

I had a breast augmentation done with Dr. French 6 weeks ago and I am 100% happy with my experience. The sizing is just what I wanted and my recovery and post op care was amazing. Dr. French is very skilled and knowledgeable in what he does and it shows! Every detail of the procedure was explained to me thoroughly, he answered all my questions (I had written a long list in my phone notes!), and helped me pick the best size for my height and body type. His patient coordinator Sherrie was very helpful in picking the best date and time that worked with my schedule as well as giving me helpful tips for post op recovery. Patsy, Stephanie, and Dr. Cantwell from the OR staff were also AMAZING getting me prepped and ready the morning of surgery and helping to calm my jitters about going under anesthesia. The procedure was quick and went smoothly and I went home with no pain. The nurses were on call throughout the weekend to answer any questions I had. I typically do not write reviews so soon but felt like I had to. I had requested a call online for a consultation, received a call this morning but no voicemail. I called back and the girl answering the phone was just so cold, you could hear the rudeness in her voice. I explained I had gotten a call but no voicemail, she said it was probably the coordinator and she was busy so she could schedule me. She asked me which surgeon I wanted to schedule with, I told her I did not know I was requesting more information, her response was "so you don't care which surgeon I schedule you with", at the point I just told her I would research online. They have great reviews which is why I requested them so I am sure the surgeons are great but I can not get past how rude the receptionist was. I will defiantly be looking else where. read more

First of all, Dr. Wesley Price is awesome! I've had a couple procedures here, and my experience with him has been amicable. Dr. Price does not judge, and he was receptive to my concerns. The staff are also friendly, and they answer the phone on the first call - That goes a long way! I'm giving Center for Plastic Surgery four stars because I experienced some issues with billing and pop-up charges that I did not feel were clearly communicated to me from the start. We were able to resolve those issues, but the discussions were frustrating and embarrassing as the customer. Recommend CPS offer more perks for returning customers. I don't think I actually used my facial, but providing discounts for a new procedure, or the choice of a full service, such as Botox, would have certainly gotten me back in the door. I had some complications from my first surgery, and Dr. Price had me come back in for two revisions. I appreciated that. Overall, I am happy with my results. I started my skin care journey with Marily about a month ago. She gave me a skin care regimen that made a difference within 3days. Dr. Albino will be my plastic surgeon for the rest of my life, he did a diep flap reconstruction on me and he did it meticulously. He is courteous, caring and extremely knowledgeable. He never gave up on me even when I gave up on myself completely, he was always available when I needed him, I ended up with some complications on both my breasts due to cancer and he brought me to his office almost everyday to fix the problem and he was always very pleasant and caring. I started here because I had really bad uneven skin tone. I wore tons of makeup to cover my skin. I started to see Marily Salls. She is an outstanding skin specialist. She put me on a skin care program that included skin peel, and products to improve my skin texture and even my skin tone. Because of her expertise, I no longer have to wear tons of makeup. I have only had positive interactions with the front office staff, nurses (Lindsay and , client specialist (Chantal), and Dr Albino. Dr Albino was recommended to me by my breast oncologist for reconstruction. We had a consult where he explained options and made no judgements about my thoughts/beliefs. I met with Chantal who spoke with empathy and understanding and when she determined that I had more questions, coordinated for Dr Albino to talk to me some more. There was a lot of coordination with another office for my surgery. Dr Albino's office was always respectful and timely with their phone calls. The day of surgery, Dr Albino was a perfect combination of professional and practical while answering questions and being reassuring. Everyone here has been truly incredible! I have had a lot of work done by the surgeons and nurses at Center for Plastic Surgery and have nothing but positive things to say about the doctors, nurses, and staff at CPS. Cheryl -- WOW!!!. I have had her do Botox, laser treatments for scars, Halo laser, and fillers. I look like and feel like a whole new woman. I am almost 50 and most people think I am in my 30s. The transformation has been unbelievable but subtle enough that I don't look like I have had work done. That is the mark of truly great cosmetic work. Cheryl is not only a knowledgeable a nurse, she is also an artist. She knows where to inject the Botox and fillers to create the most beautiful look. She takes the time to understand my goals, explain what is reasonable to expect, and what to expect after the procedures (sometimes swelling and bruising). I never considered having lip fillers but, because of the quality of Cheryl's work, I am actually getting lip fillers done very soon. Cheryl also works closely with Martha in the CPS office who does skin care and permanent makeup. Martha has taken my skin care to a whole new level. I have never had great skin -- at least not until I started seeing Martha and Cheryl who work together for the best results. Martha has put me on a skin care regimen that, after just a few months, has left my skin glowing with smaller pores, better texture, and more even skin tone. She also has done permanent eyeliner and eyebrows. Like most people, I was hesitant about this permanent solution but was so glad I did it. She custom created a color that works best with my eye color and skin tone. We started lightly with the application but then I went back several times to have a little more color added. The results are amazing. Dr. Price. He must be, hands down, the best plastic surgeon. I had a mommy makeover and, well.... wow. He and his staff took the time to explain the procedures (liposuction, old scar revisions on my abdomen, breast lift & augmentation), listened and understood when I explained what I wanted and did not want, discussed reasonable expectations, held my hand, and calmed my nerves. A few months after my surgery I decided I didn't go large enough so went back under to have my moderate plus profile implants removed and larger high profile implants put in. I was not dissatisfied with the work done the first time at all. It was incredible. It was simply a personal decision to make a change and I never felt like anyone at CPS was judging me for making the change and so soon after my original surgery. The scars are minimal (and I'm seeing Cheryl for laser treatments to reduce the visibility of the scars and the results are incredible). The follow-up care is incredible. I went to the Center for Plastic Surgery to see Marily Salls for my acne and hyperpigmentation. I came in wanting a chemical peel and she suggested that I should not get one and just buy a skin regimen that she recommended. The cost total of the regimen came to be around $600, and I was very skeptical because I went to many aesthetician and the regimen did not work. I did my research on the line and reviews on Marily so I came back to buy the regimen she suggested. I'm an African American women with sensitive skin which I expressed my concerns with one of the products she suggested which was the bleaching pads her office makes. She warned me that it would not have a negative affect on my skin and it did! The bleach pads did not lighten my dark spots, however bleached my face and now my face is lighter than my entire body. I reached out to Marily about my problems and she ghosted me. She has not responded to any of my messages, and I do not understand what aesthetician will recommend a skin regimen and not follow up with her client especially when they have a major concern. I'm so disappointed and I wish I never went to Marily, I spent $600 on a skin regimen that did nothing for my skin but bleached it!!! never again read more

I am soooo happy my friend recommended me to Center for Plastic Surgery. While I was researching their work I came across these amazing skin transformation photos by Marily, who really should be called Marily, The Magician! The way she can transform any face is amazing. I will admit I was hesitant at first because I have been to several places in the area to address my acne and hyperpigmentation but I have never had any luck. When I went to my consultation the one thing that really stuck out to me was how confident Marily was about helping correct my skin issues. She was so enthusiastic and said "we are going to clear your skin right up" and I told her " I don't know, it's going to be a challenge". Her response was " I love a challenge"! I knew right then I had to give her regimen a try. I started following her regimen in the mid November and by mid January my acne and hyperpigmentation, which I have had for well over 20 years, had cleared up! I was absolutely nervous as could be at my consultation with Dr Rao, but he quickly made me feel at ease. I am currently 2 weeks post op and I am pleased with my results. Dr Rao, preop nurse Cindy and surgical coordinator Ashley are great! They provided excellent service and a welcoming environment each time I visited the office. Answered all questions, addressed all concerns and made me feel at home. I am a medical surgical nurse. Last year I had occasion to care for a post surgery patient from the Austin-Weston Center immediately after her procedure. The care they take both before and after surgical procedures is excellent and very personalized. During this patient's initial period of recovery, I was able to reach her physician during and after regular hours to have questions answered. Their response to my question was immediate. Our neighbor is a long time client of CPS. She highly recommended Marily. My wife was very disappointed with the quality of service. The products were high-end, but Marily was not thorough, to be more precise..she did not put much effort into the facial scrubbing and very little massage at the end of the session. Marily appeared to be in a rush. And she was not very personable. We have several friends who received surgery from CPS and were highly satisfied Receptionists were very friendly. Doctor French is as good as they come, plus some. Last year I went to a consultation to have a "mommy makeover." After having twin boys I was insecure about my body and I wanted to get a professional opinion of what could be fixed, and gauge the cost for the procedures I was wanting. We decided for ideal results I should get a tummy tuck, with muscle repair, and a breast augmentation. I saved for the next year to be able to pay for my surgery without financing it. When I came back over a year later for my next consultation and to book the surgery, I left feeling really positive about the process. Doctor French answered all of my questions, and believe me I had many. We had a long talk about post operation recovery, medicine, what the day of surgery would be like, everything. I was informed from step one, all the way through. I am now two weeks post op and so far, I love my results. I have been in constant contact with Doctor French, and the nurse on staff for every little bump in the road. I had some abnormal swelling on one side of my chest and they made an appointment for me within the following few hours. Sherri has been amazing on the financing side of things. There was a hiccup where my credit cards were over charged because they forgot that I had given them a 7k down payment, BUT they immediately corrected it the next day AND gave me a credit. I went for my follow up yesterday and decided to use the credit for some preventative botox between my brows, and lip fillers. It's been one day and although I can't see the affects of the botox, my lips look AMAZING. I am in love with my results. read more

I have called multiple times to ask why i have received a bill for a serviced that was suppose to be complimentary as its stated on their website and also stated by there front desk staff.
