He stated that he would fix the car and have it painted. After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. But as it turns out the work performed really improved the performance of my car. The one struct was replaced and now my car sits up much higher than before. Also the deception and lying became the normal standard operating procedure from the same manager (who is gravitationally challanged). Its like dealing with a slimly used car sales man. I referred 8 of my friends to use the business as well but they are now going elsewhere now. I spent 3 decades in the army and know when I am being bull sh$tted.
