I hate to do this but I have to warn people . I picked up two separate dry cleaning orders today. My first order I actually had asked for it to be ready last Friday however upon pick up part of my order was not with the rest of my items. The lady who was helping me I had to call to locate my missing item from my order and came up with some excuse as to why it was not with the rest of my order. That was the first strike. Today's incident however is what has made me extremely upset and borderline depressed . After taking my dry cleaning home I discovered that my second order which consisted of four sweatshirts were ruined. I have not owned the sweatshirts for that long and have never washed them because they were black and I did not want them to fade. Ironically I decided to get them dry cleaned to extend their life and guess what ? All of them are faded and the lettering is cracked as if I had owned the sweatshirts for years and had repeatedly washed and dried them using a dryer . $150 dollars worth of clothes ruined. I actually am wearing a black sweatshirt that I have owned for around the same time as the sweatshirts I had dried cleaned and which I washed once ( in cold water ) and hung dry ( as you do with dark clothes that you don't want to fade ) and it looks better than my three sweatshirts . Based on my sweatshirts I'm really scared to see what they did to my couch covers which are dark blue . I haven't put them all on yet but some already seem to be faded . My heart hearts . read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I dropped off items on Saturday, and was told they would be ready on Tuesday. Came by at 445pm on Tuesday, and Anthony said they were completing one item and it would be ready in 30 minutes. Because there was a line, I did a quick count and picked up the items, then recounted once I got to the car, and noticed there were only 11 items versus the 13 I'd dropped off. WhenI went back, Anthony said, oh, you only brought in 12...see the adjusted receipt, note, he didn't mention the delta in items when I came in, nor did he mention the credit until I came back in. Conversation continues as we dispute the amount of items, he says he has video, I say great, let's watch it...then he says, don't give him attitude...sir, when you misrepresent facts, don't tell the truth, and are called on it, that's not attitude, that's facts. Net, Jesus, you have my number and I will call you, show me the tape, give me my item, and give me my credit...and we will call it a day!! read more

I've only been here 3x and all 3x had poor experiences. This review is based on (i) taking 3 items with stains to be removed and (ii) the incompetent cashier's customer service: 1st try: they didn't even try to remove the stains (stains still intact), but they surely collected the $40 without hesitation They offered to clean at no cost and we returned a few days later 2nd try: Stains still there (literally coffee and soda stains; I've had these stains removed dozens of times without issue). We are told "we tried to get them out and couldn't." There's literally no sign of them attempting to remove the stains (The incompetent cashier was nervous like they forget to send these out for cleaning). Asked for a refund and are denied and the incompetent cashier says "well we spent time on them", but you didn't perform the service we agreed to. I don't have time to deal with this for $40, but someone in my camp will contact the owner. Also, the first time we brought clothes, 2 t-shirts, to be cleaned here, they lost them. Even though each shirt was worth ~$100 each, they gave us $90 worth of future services. There are so many cleaners within a 1 mile radius, do yourself a favor and avoid this one. read more

The gentleman was nice upon dropping off my clothes however, I picked them up and outside of being ironed I'm not sure they were cleaned well. They had an odd smell to them but generally just seemed like they were steamed and not washed. Dropped my clothes off an hour before cut off time for same day service , she's didn't put it in as a "special order" till 4 hours after I dropped my clothes off. The owner appears to be a nice guy, and the employees are absolutely courteous and greet you as soon as you step into the door. Dry cleaning quality: I had four pair of jeans "dry cleaned" along with two expensive designer tee's. Why is it so difficult to remove light coffee stains on grey jeans? Why are my tan jeans still dirty yet have a superb ironing job? Answer: They shouldn't be! Second, A cotton microfiber and silk shirt doesn't require much chemical to remove light perspiration and dust. Nonetheless, colors have transferred from the color to the shirts fabric! Ruined! When I went to pick up my clothes the first time, I kindly pointed out the light stains that were not removed. The lady at the front counter even put red tape on them so they wouldn't miss them the second go around. WRONG. Stains still present. The lady suggested I take the shirt back to where I purchased it and ask for my money back. REALLY?! Wear a shirt, then it needs to be cleaned? Then dry clean the shirt for safety and to preserve the fabric. The negligent cleaners causes the shirt to have dye or color transference. "Red stains on a beige shirt" Then I am supposed to have the store pay for the cleaner's inadequacy . Makes no sense to me! We they finally got our clothes several days later. Once we got home we discovered that there were a pair of pants missing. We called to make them aware & we were met with resistance. The owner went on about how we were miscounting & that the ticket had the incorrect number on it. After threating to file a police report he agreed to reimburse for the missing pants. 10 minutes after hanging up we received a call from the owner explaining that he found the pants & that he wasn't sure how this happened. Even a rating of ONE is far too generous for this so-called "cleaners". STRIKE ONE! I had an ink spot on a work shirt and ask the guy with the big toothy grin if he could remove it. The attendant flagged the stain with a piece of tape and said they could see what they could do. When I returned to pick up my order he gave me his best pathetic expression to informed me that they could not remove the stain. I had other articles in the order. And YES!! I was charged for the shirt with the stain still in it as "cleaned". It was a polyester fabric which is cleaned by a simply wash and hang dry process. The charge was 3,50. STRIKE TWO - A black and white chequered dress, cotton with a silk lining. It never reached the cleaning procedure at all. Once home, I removed the plastic wrap and voila'!!! The neck ring around the collar was still there and the dress was sadly wrinkled. STRIKE THREE My gifted Official NFL Seahawks jersey. This was the silver bullet for this janky-ass cleaners. Rather than to alert me that they damaged my shirt and pay me for the fault? They sneaked in a replacement not nearly like the one they destroyed because the NFL no longer carried the one damaged. I was beyond furious!!!! That shirt was a gift from my son which is no longer available. That soft tone and slappy grin from the guy is merely a cover up for their mistakes and blunders in the world of dry cleaning. Get out of the Business QUICK!!! Prices are competitive and they are quick with the turn around. They have removed stains, mended hems and rips/tears in my garments and even re-styled a blouse I thought I could never wear because the sleeves were too tight. I regularly use their dry cleaner services for work/church/formal dresses and their prices are more reasonable than most places. I've gotten quotes from other cleaners in the area and the prices for dry cleaning women's clothing is out of control, but that's why I'm happy I found this spot and wouldn't go anywhere else.
