I just purchased a brand new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4X4 Altitude, from Central Chrysler Jeep Dodge, located at 191 U.S. 44, Raynham, MA 02767, United States. My Salesman was Robert Costa. Robert Costa is a wonderful Salesman. Bob was very accommodating. I took to Bob and his warm and honest personality immediately. Despite having easy access to competing Jeep Dealerships right next to my house, Bobs personality and honestly had me sold when I met him the very first time. Therefore, I very much wanted to do business with him. We discussed the color I wanted. We discussed available rebates. My color choices were Granite Crystal Grey Metallic, and Red Velvet Pearl Metallic. Initially, my first choice of color was Granite Crystal Grey Metallic. Bob told me he had every color of the rainbow in stock, therefore, getting my choice of color was easy Peasy. Therefore, I decided I wanted my Jeep in the Red Velvet Pearl Coat Metallic. The Vehicle I purchased was a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4X4 Altitude. My Jeep GC is equipped with the 3.6 liter, 300 Horsepower V6 engine, mated to the SUPERB 8 Speed Automatic Transmission. I can't say enough about my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4X4 Altitude ! What an Exceptional Vehicle; what an exceptional Value this vehicle offers. My Jeep has perforated Leather and Suede Interior; Heated Seats; Power Seats; 8.4 inch UCONNECT Touchscreen interface, with Apple car play and Android Auto. Heated exterior Mirrors; rear cross path detection alert; Lane Keep assist, with Lane collision warning, and adaptive cruise control. In addition, my car also has the power lift gate and remote start. My car had n MSRP of $40,750, but I got $5000 in rebates, an extended, 6 year, 85,000 Bumper to Bumper warranty. In addition, Jeep offers 5 year, 60,000 mile warranty on the engine and drivetrain; a 3 year, 36,000 mile bumper to bumper, limited warranty. A 6 year 75,000 mile limited warranty against rust corrosion and perforation. In addition, Jeep also includes 24/7 Road side Assistance for 3 years, 36,000 Miles. When its time for service, or warranty work, Central Jeep offers complimentary shuttle and loaner car service. Everyone at the Dealership was courteous, warm and professional. I can't say enough about Robert Costa. He's not only a good, honest Salesman. He's a great person, with the upmost integrity. These personality traits all shine through in the first five minutes after talking to Bob. His professionalism, and salesmanship shine through with such refined brilliance . I'm very happy to have become a part of the Central Jeep Dodge family. I'm more grateful to know Bob Costa. He's just an all around great guy. The Finance Manager, Greg Bouchard was also totally awesome, and got me great financing with the best interest rate. Greg was also honest and forthright from the beginning. We discussed what my needs were in a vehicle and what I could afford. Greg Bouchard also gave full disclosure about all warranty specifics and details. I have to say, my purchase experience at Central Jeep Dodge, was the best car buying experience of my life. It was stress free, hassle free, NO PRESSURE, NO NONSENSE, NO BS. ! During the first week of Jan. 2026, I purchased a used vehicle here. Planned to pay in full, but after their sob story of, "Please finance it, even if you pay it off early, so we can get a commission", I agreed to finance the vehicle. I was told I would receive loan info in the mail within 1-2 weeks. A few days later the salesman, Mike Santos, called me to ask if I had any of the original paperwork for the loan. I only had copies. Around 2/1, I called the dealership to check the loan status as I had not received any info. They said "You should get it soon." After calling multiple times over the next 2 weeks, they told me the paperwork was "lost in the mail" & there was no loan. 2/18, I paid for the vehicle in full & was told I would receive the title in the mail w/in 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks passed & no title arrived. I called & was told 1-2 more weeks. 2 more weeks went by still no title. I called & was transferred to the voicemail of Ryan Albert, who is apparently a manager. I left a detailed message with my contact information, but he never called me back. Next day, I called again & transferred to "Jackie," who claimed to be a manager. She told me she would look into the issue, text me her direct extension, & call me back with an update either that evening or the next day. She did neither (4/1) "manager," Greg Bouchard, called & said he was looking into the issue & he would call me back within a few days. I explained that I no longer trusted the dealership because I had been lied to multiple times. Greg told me that Mike Santos was the person who lied to me. However, by this point, I had already dealt with three different managers who also showed little concern for resolving my issue. 6 days later, Greg called to say that the bank had the title & they were working on getting it to me. Over the following weeks, I called multiple times for updates and was told I would receive it "sooner rather than later" when I asked for a specific timeframe. That response was not helpful in any way. Title was finally printed on 4/22 SECOND ISSUE: should have been an easy fix if this dealership had any decency or concern for customer service. I had also purchased a "service plan" for oil changes. As any reasonable person would understand, I no longer feel safe or comfortable doing business with this dealership. During the 3rd week of April, I asked Greg about being reimbursed the $552.00 I paid for the oil change package. I also asked who I should speak with regarding the refund. Greg immediately told me he could help & that getting the money back "would not be a problem." I should have known that was too good to be true! The following week, Greg told me that the refund would actually come from Fidelity Warranty Services and that there might be a fee involved, although he needed to check with someone first, he does not deal with this. When I pointed out that he had told me something completely different the previous week, he replied that he was not the person who sold me the package -- Mike Santos was. 3rd phone call regarding this matter, Greg told me they had canceled the oil change package & I would receive "100% of the money back" -- the full $552.00 -- by check in the mail. They only gave me $502.00 I called Greg about it, & he does not care. I told him I want my missing $50.00 back. So far this week, I have called and left voicemails every day for 3 days. No one has returned my calls. I called Greg twice this week. On Tuesday, the receptionist told me he was off, so I was transferred to another "finance manager" at extension 4238. I left a detailed voicemail with my contact information and name, just like all the other messages, and that manager never called me back either. I would also like to mention that when I purchased the vehicle, the air filter life was at 20%, the oil life was at 40%, the gas tank was less than half full -- even though I negotiated for a full tank -- and the vehicle had over 1,000 more miles on it than what was documented. read more

So the dreaded day came....gotta go car shopping! I decided to try my luck at Central Chrysler Raynham.....and I'm so glad i did! I wanted something very specific & boy did I have questions! 1st thing I LOVED was that I didn't get accosted in the parking lot as soon as we pulled in! We were matched with Todd and he was AWESOME....this is going to sound crazy but....he was HONEST! These guys are NOT your typical car salesman. Since Central does so well, they don't make you feel any pressure to buy....we did the usual pricing game but after all the figures were on the table, I was able to think it through and having the time to perform my due diligence was extremely important because every time I've purchased a car, just looking turned into buying before I got the chance to think & then always felt taken advantage of! Not only did Todd cater to my needs, he also did the same with my boyfriend's questions & together they found the car with the options that we really wanted.....even better, they were able to give us a better model than what we were considering!! Even though Todd had his own family to attend to, he stayed after closing hrs, was available even on his days off & never once made us feel unimportant. I hav never been treated like this at a car dealer...in fact, the entire reason why I didn't go back to Jeep 24 where I bought my 2014 wrangler Sahara unlimited jeep, was because they were so demeaning and condescending towards me & my request for a stick shift was so funny to them, that they tried to explain that "most woman don't drive sticks" & were so annoyed that I wouldn't just buy a 45k dollar jeep that THEY felt was suitable!! It had to be transferred from Jersey & from that point on, customer service was a joke!! I'm so glad that I tried Central instead! I truly feel that Todd went above & beyond for us & made sure we were well informed b4 purchasing....when it was time to do the financing, they brought out the mus cle, john!! John was very patient about the process but more importantly wanted to make sure that I found the car I wanted & since we had been there so long already, we were pleasantly surprised with his patience & professionalism. After being there so often, I was asking other salesman questions & they were ALL happy to help, some weren't even jeep salesman & one guy even demonstrated a feature on the car that was confusing for me!!! These guys were awesome & I personally asked to speak with the GM Adam Silver so I could tell him how great Todd & John were & how much I enjoyed the entire experience at Central! When it was time to pick up the car, it was their "last day of the month" so it was crazy busy in there! My kids had sports to attend so instead of making me wait for the finance officer who was swamped, John did the paperwork with me & I was in my new car, 20 minute's later! My kids were happy!! Since I didn't have time to wait for the inspection sticker, Todd told me to come back anytime b4 9pm & he would take care of it...I ended up getting there at 850pm & not only was Todd waiting outside for me, he went to the station with us just to make sure we were waited on!! Got my sticker & was on my way in no time at all!! My schedule is hectic between work & teens sports but Todd & John totally worked around my needs & even though the dealership was busy with customers, I felt as if I was the most important one there!! I'll assume every customer is treated the same as I was there....but it's nice to feel that for the 1st time ever, I bought a car that was what I wanted & never felt pressure to do otherwise! First I want to say thank you to Gary for making the process easy and painless. With that said here's my review .... So since the hellcat was unveiled in 2014 to go on sale for 2015, I knew I just had to have one! It was love at first sight. Well $60k-$70k is a large investment so it took a few years to save up but finally in 2018 I was ready to buy my baby. So now the widebody hellcat was out and that's the one I wanted (pushed the price up to $77k) so I hit the closest dodge dealer to me (Grava Dodge in Medford, MA) so I can place my order. As soon as I walked in and told the guy what I was looking to buy, he was completely oblivious and said "wait for Mike, he's the SRT specialist" so I said ok. After waiting 15-20 mins for mike to come, he gave me a frustrated look (like I was a burden on his schedule) and said "what do you want to do??" I told him I want to place an order for a 2018 widebody hellcat. He immediately said "NOPE! Can't do it" I gave a quick awkward laugh (thinking he was trying to make me laugh or break the ice) and said really? He said "yup, it's not possible" I ask why? He said "because they are sold out and you can't get one" I said that's not right, you can order one online so why not here? He said "I don't care what online says! They only had so many tires, rims, fenders, engines etc. and I'm telling you the Demon is sold out!" I said I don't want a demon?? I want a hellcat? He said "yup same thing". Laughed and walked out knowing he was completely wrong. I looked online and I came across Central and I called them and asked, and they said no problem. I came in the next day and Gary placed my custom order instantly and long story short.... I had my car in a few weeks. They are ridiculously professional and they will keep you updated the whole way. It's nerve racking to spend $80k on a car and they made me extremely comfortable and they didn't want a dime from me until they knew I was happy with my dream car. If you don't want a run around and you want the best service and price, go see my guys at central and ask for Gary. He knew everything about the car and process which really set my mind at ease. When we drove up to Massachusetts from New York to look at the Dodge Challenger in your showroom and spoke to you, we knew we would have an awesome experience, and we did. Purchasing a car out of state for our son, in the military, took alot of time and patience and you gave us both. You made the whole process so much easier and less confusing for us. The fact that your dealership was accustomed to dealing with USAA, also made it easier for us. You were familiar with wire transfers and powers of attorney. This all means so much since we are now such a global world. Our son, while in Guam and Pearl Harbor, was able to select the car on your website, have pictures sent to him directly from our smart phones, and obtain a loan, and do a wire transfer all electronically with your help. You and Greg, federal expressed papers to us in NY and made it easy to get things back to you without cost. You ordered touch up paint for us, and did all the prep work to get the car ready for us to purchase. This was not just an ordinary purchase. This required co-ordination of the U Haul company down the block from you, and our ferry service back to NY. Since it was a large truck and trailer, arrangements for the transfer had to be scheduled with the ferry. If you did not follow thru promptly at your end, it would have cost us alot of headaches and money. You did an excellent job and even helped to get it on the trailer for us! This was NO easy feat either because the car sat low to the ground and had to be raised up on planks to avoid damaging it. It was 90 degrees outside and you were on the ground trying to help my husband make it happen. We did get a little nervous when we thought my 250 pound husband would have to climb out the window to get out of the car, but ATLAS! you thought about moving the top of the trailer and solved that problem too! WHEW! Anyway, we made it safe home on the ferry and the young guys on the ferry crew were drooling over the car! Our son was SO excited to see pictures of it in our driveway and can hardly wait to drive it when he comes home next month! Thank you again for an awesome experience! Thank you again!!! read more

What a nice experience I had, from start to finish, at Central! I started out my search a couple months ago...I test drove the truck that I had been waiting to come out (Ram Rebel) but wasn't quite ready to make the purchase. The salesman I worked with, Todd Desjardins, was really professional, and was very helpful without being pushy. He spent a lot of time with me the afternoon I looked at the truck, and followed up a few times in the next couple weeks without being annoying or obnoxious! A few months later I did go to one other dealership (First in North Attleboro) with a price that I was prepared to pay. The internet contact, who I gave the figure to, said that the manager would be willing to work with it. After I test drove the truck was prepared to make the deal if they would take my offer. They wouldn't even discuss it and then they lied to me by saying they were the only dealership around that had that truck in stock at that moment). I'm so happy I did not do business with them!! I went back to Central, prepared to make a deal if I could get the price that I felt was fair. When I called the dealership back, I spoke with Dan Silver on the phone, explained that Todd had spent a lot of time with me and that I would like to purchase the truck if I could get a deal that was fair but wanted Todd to get the credit for it. Dan was wonderful to speak with on the phone, and immediately put me at ease. He explained that Todd was on vacation and that another sales person would be handling the sale, but that he appreciated me mentioning Todd, and yes, he would get the credit. I worked with Mike Galuski... knowledgeable, wonderful, well-spoken...He spent some time with me and then I was able to speak directly with Ryan, his manager. I had mentioned before that it drove me crazy when the salesman keeps going back to the manager and keeps the the customer (me) waiting....clearly someone had been listening and had passed that on! Warranty isn't worth the piece of paper that it's written on and this dealer will not stand behind it. I've got a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan that I purchased new at this dealer with a 5-year/100,000 mile powertrain warranty. It is now two years old and it's 3.6 liter/6-speed automatic combination has 44,000 miles on it. Two weeks ago the engine service light came on and the transmission wouldn't shift correctly. This was an intermittent problem (working fine one day with the light out and not working correctly the next with the light on) but I still made an appointment with this dealer to see what was going on. Two days before my scheduled appointment, I found a gigantic oil slick on the ground underneath the van and checked the dipstick to find that there was no oil showing. I had AAA tow it to the dealer two days earlier than my scheduled appointment and I went in to speak with the service manager. He called me back today to tell me that the PLASTIC oil filter housing is cracked and would need to be replaced at a cost of $575.00. They blamed the leak on "someone overtightening the oil filter cap". How they came to this diagnosis without inspecting the part is baffling to me (both the upper and lower intake manifolds need to be removed in order to inspect this part as it's located underneath/behind the intake manifold up against the firewall). Why this isn't covered under the 5-year/100,000 mile powertrain warranty is beyond me. Of course, when I do an internet search about this problem, hundreds of complaints nationwide about the same problem are coming up, whether this engine has been installed in a Jeep, Journey, Grand Caravan, or a Town & Country. Some dealers are fixing them under warranty and some such as this one are not. . read more

Let's start by saying that I have been in the automotive industry for 25 years. I have the luxury of knowing more than most, which makes me an educated car shopper. While most dealerships are considered equal, this place has changed the game. I was looking for a very particular vehicle and it took days to identify and find it. The dealership staff was so accommodating, I actually felt as if they cared about what I wanted and even more important, HOW, I wanted it done. All by phone, no showroom visits, wanted to drive 2-3 different configurations (ALL sanitized, and in a blink, it was arranged.) Plastic on the steering wheel, shift knob and key!! Once I selected the exact vehicle, they secured it from another dealership and it was on the property in 24 hours!! The price was MORE than competitive and the process was EASY! Everything done by phone and email, and I chose to pick it up, instead of having it delivered. (Which was offered!) When I arrived, I was invited into the showroom to sign the necessary paperwork. I informed them that I preferred NOT to enter the building. NO PROBLEM!! John S. went in and got a table and brought it outside for the finance manager an me to use. 5 minutes of paperwork, and DONE! No pressure to sell me things I didn't need, but offered me some protection options that were reasonable. Q &A with a gloved and masked salesperson, cell numbers exchanged and off I went in my NEW Jeep. Adam, the GM, went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly, and it went down exactly that way. If you want a great experience, I highly suggest to contact the staff here. Ask for Adam!! I am not one to write a review but occasionally, when a business/person goes above and beyond, I feel compelled to comment. I just recently had a phenomenal experience at Central Jeep in Raynham and it was easily the best car shopping experience that I have had so I'd like to point out a few people: For starters, Adam, the general manager was great to work with and overall a great guy. There were no gimmicks, schemes, bait & switches or any of the other common "tricks" (aka sleaziness) that is all too common in the car buying experience. I never once felt pressured nor harassed and Adam (and his team) were all class acts that cut to the chase and made the deal simple and easy. Additionally, Bob was my salesperson and he took great care of me. The care that he has for his customers is extraordinary and he would/did go way beyond anything I would have expected to make the experience easy and enjoyable. Super passionate guy. I also have to give a shout out to Greg in finance. I'm naturally an inquisitive person so not only do I want to know every detail about the deal that I am signing but basically wanted to know every facet of his job, ha. He was overly accommodating and not only explained everything about the transaction until I fully understood it but explained things that he probably never had to before about things totally unrelated to my transaction. I have purchased 10 vehicles in the past 20 years which means I have dealt with dozens and dozens of dealerships and salesmen. Dave Gilday is Hands-down the best sales person I have worked with and Central Chrysler jeep is in the top three dealerships. I went into the dealership after just leaving another one with a very bad experience. I wasn't in a great mood and I let Dave no I wanted to look at a specific used jeep wrangler I had seen online. The jeep was actually quite comparable to the one I had just looked at just newer and slightly nicer.I decided to ask Dave to provide me with a quote and was impressed with price and process. Dave went to his manager and spoke for a few minutes. He came back to me with a number that was actually quite reasonable. I told him I would sleep on it. Emailed him back the next morning with a reasonable counter offer which the dealership accepted. 36 hours later I was driving off the lot in my 2016 jeep wrangler. What impressed me about the dealership was How long many of Sales people had Worked there. Dave has been there 20 years. That says a lot about a dealership especially in the cutthroat environment of car sales. As for Dave himself, being in the business so long, he knew that product forward and backwards, understood customer service, and knew what it took to close the deal with me...no pressure, no games, good communication thru the entire process, and most importantly to me: a fair price. On Sept. 7, 2018 I stopped in to Central Chrysler Jeep on Rt.44 in Raynham. In 2009 I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Frank, who is still there. Great experience. After 9 years I decided to look again. I was greeted by Bob Costa and I can not say enough about this man. There was no pressure. I told him what I was looking for and that I would probably have to go with a cheaper model because I was retired and didn't want a big monthly payment. He asked me if I'd ever leased a vehicle, which I had not, and didn't know the first thing about it. We sat down and he explained to me about leasing so that I could make a better decision of what I wanted to do. I then asked him to put some figures down for me and came home to talk to my husband. Within the hour I called Bob back, said yes, and that I would indeed drive out with a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with everything I had in my '09 plus more. Since my insurance company is closed on weekends, I was there signing papers on Monday, while Bob made sure everything was all set and within the hour I drove out with my new vehicle. Bob Santos makes you feel comfortable from the moment you meet him. He's there to help you make the best choice for you and will do anything to help you and make the experience a great one. Bought a car there last yeAr. Called again because we needed desperately to reduce our truck payment....I spoke to two salesmen (1 was a woman) who promised a call back but never did call me back. I called a third time and very abruptly told the person who answered this would be my third and final attempt to work with that dealer. It happened to be the GM, Adam. He enlisted the help of Fred to show us the vehicle but he sat down and negotiated with us. He explained to me how the advertising works (we saw an ad for a lease deal) and what would be the best lease deal (a crew cab is cheaper than a single cab, they don't lease baseline trucks, how the rebates work etc). He even gave us a round about figure over the phone for a value for our truck. THIS helpfulness is why we went. He was able to pretty definitively tell us he could lower our payment and he was willing to give me real numbers over the phone- with a large, young family, this was HUGE. I've bought a number of cars and NEVER has a manager sat down to negotiate with us. It was SO MUCH EASIER AND FASTER. Which was very much appreciated shopping with kids and all. Fred was very respectful, thorough and helpful throughout the process. Finally found our family car dealership. I would travel to get to this dealership over our hometown dealership hands down every time, I would however request to work with Adam and Fred as a team again. read more

Recently my new 2021 Mazda CX-5 carbon edition was hit and run leaving me with thousands of dollars in damages. I am extremely detailed and have tend to prefer high quality work. I was very leary to use any unknown bodyshops. I had used Anthony Dinezio and his team over at Central Dodge of Raynham's collision center in the past on several of my vehicles as had a few of my friends. His work has always been excellent. When I called he wasn't taking any new business as they were booked for months. Anthony went out of his way to get me in the schedule and make this happen. He provided me with a rental and when parts were backorder and the rental days began to go beyond what my insurance wanted he took care of me! The communication was excellent all the way through and his office staff (Linda) is wonderful! The car came back and looked like it just drove off the lot brand new. Spotless, clean. It seems most of the time you go anywhere in today's world everything is a struggle especially to find quality work and good customer service. If your like me and expect to get what you pay for and absolutely love to have your expectations exceeded then go to Central dodge Auto Body and collision center of Raynham! I have bought 7 new cars from CCJD. I also bought 6 from The firm before they merged. Out of 5 Starts -Ryan Albert 5*, Sam Hackett 5*, Marietta 6*. Peter Cohen 5*. There are a few other guys who have been there many years that are great too. I always have a great experience with this team. Two things to remember, Don't love your car your trading in, they haven't even met it. The only let downs I have are when I think my trade should bring me alot of money. Sell it yourself if you want market value or prepare to get about 15-20% under edmunds wholesale. It goes by how much the identical car is selling at the auction. Another way to get more money is too pay them sticker price for the new car then they can pay more for a trade. The Sales team have always been very good even after the purchase. Warranty issues are always handled great by Sam, Ryan. They do need a customer service refresher in service and the bays. Also, Every time I need warranty service it is two visits. One too identify the probelm and then they have to order the part. Could be mitsubishi but Firestone fixes most items with one visit. I don't have any of my cars regulary serviced there mostly because of cost. Great buying Experience--Call Sam Hackett-He is the real deal. 16 months and he still calls me to make sure everything is going well with the car. read more

I had the best vehicle buying experience ever at this dealership in Raynam. I did all my prework online even contacting the dealer online. I got a call back from Sam Hackett and we had a preliminary deal done within an hour. (as I still needed to see and drive the vehicle). GREAT EXPERIENCE I had been pre-approved with Financing so I was ready to give this dealership a check but I told Sam that if their Finance Department could beat the rate I currently had that I would finance through them. Quess what!! Yes they beat the rate so I kept my word. Overall I would recommend Sam and this Dealership to anyone, Sam clearly understands the business of making customers happy and (I personally when it comes to customer service am one tough individual to make happy) Nice Job Sam !! OK so why am I rating this as 4 out of 5 stars, this is why, I like to tell the entire story. The vehicle I bought showed online with 9680 miles but when I showed up to buy the vehicle it had 10550 miles on it (900 more then the site showed) The deal was still right with the additional miles so I still went ahead with it. My wife and I went to Central to purchase a Jeep for her a few months ago. Our sales consultant was Gary Rose and he was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my wife's questions. The experience was so great, that a few months later when I decided it was time to trade in my Jeep for a newer model I went back to Central to see Gary again. He remembered who I was and after I gave him my long list of "must haves" and the budget/payment I wanted to stick to, he narrowed it down to two options for me to see. The only feature missing was a tow package which Gary said he would have installed in whichever vehicle I chose the following day so it would be all set for me to pick up after work. I arrived the next day and Gary held his word, my new Jeep was parked right in front sparkling clean with the equipment installed and ready to go. I have never wanted to hug a car salesman before, but after my recent fantastic experience with Elden Ip- well, he almost got a hug! I walked into the dealership a week and a half ago, not expecting much, as the car I had, it's worth was not conducive to being a good trade in. Elden and I went over a few options, and after our first meeting we left it that I would call him the following Monday, and that if things didn't work out , well then we'd part on friendly terms and that would be that. After speaking with him on the phone on Sunday, and doing some research on my own, Elden put my apprehensions to rest and my husband and I were driving two new Jeeps home 5 days later. :) Elden is a super salesman- no pressure, no "well, if you don't sign today, then I can't guaranteee the same offer next time" kind of garbage,.just a very personable and knowledgable guy doing his best for the customer. And kudos to the finance department for making it all happen! They truly went above and beyond for us. My experience at Central Jeep Dodge Ram of Raynham MA was beyond excellent thanks to our sales associate Antone Santos! He went above and beyond what was expected. He delivered my new vehicle directly to my place of business to save me a trip back to the dealership. This type of service is reminiscent of the days when car dealerships really did put the customer first. The process was simple. I ordered the exact car that i wanted, designed to my specifications. The vehicle was completed in the 6-8 week time frame. I chose to lease and the process and paperwork went through in about 20 minutes. Because I am a RI resident they had to run the plates for me due to MA laws. They delivered the vehicle to me so that I wouldn't have to make the trip back. I am so appreciative of the great customer service that I received from Antone Santos. He understands how to make a long time client out of a one time sale. My experience with Mike G. salesperson in buying my first Cherokee Limited Jeep was seamless. In this day and age, the days of haggling are over and what really matters is what incentives, rebates, leasing, financing options are in the best interest for the customer. I was impressed with the no nonsense approach and he managed the process from beginning to end efficiently! I also LOVED the Finance guy, he didn't try to talk me into all these "extras" after the purchase and all the numbers were easily explainable and clear. For the money, I am very impressed with the jeep. It offers so much more in amenities in value than any of the other vehicles I test drove. The last time I bought an American car was in 1995, and it was because the quality was substandard in so many ways. I have purchased many cars for various members of my family including myself.
