I've had the pleasure of working with Kassie, Danyel and Jana. I have never been to a friendlier office that is more dedicated to serving its patients. 4 Rachel is thorough and takes whatever time is necessary to conduct hearing tests and to fit hearing aids as perfectly as possible. This may take 25-50% longer than other audiologists who think 80-20 is good enough. And she does it at no additional charge. 5 Rachel is deeply knowledgeable. I couldn't hear out of my left ear. It was horrible! So that night I searched on yelp and found the most amazing hearing clinic. I called the next morning right when they opened and the receptionist was the nicest person and got me an appointment the very same day. Dr. Ashley was the doctor that took care of me. She's absolutely amazing. She was very thorough and explained to me everything she was doing. She definitely spent over an hour with me irrigating both my ears and micro suction. I'm so happy she was able to get all that compacted wax out of both my ears. I can hear again!! I'll definitely be back to have my ears cleaned on a regular basis.

No scheduling problem here as they have a team of Audiologists in the office. I was able to get same day service. I walked in at 4:30 and met Ling Zhong. She took a look in my ear and confirmed it was ear wax and nothing worst causing my discomfort. After a few rounds with the Earigator my ear was cleared and I walked out a happy camper at 5:15. Over four decades I've seen a number of ENTs, audiologists and hearing aid providers. Ganesh tops them all. I've experienced the tremendous progress in aid technology. Forty years ago, audiologists, with nary a computer in the room, would tweak the old analog aids with a tiny screwdriver. Aids today can be fitted far more precisely, but that also requires a knowledgeable, skilled provider who understands how to customize that power and is willing to take the time to get the best fit. In all this, Ganesh is amazing. When I got my first set of aids from him, I heard sounds I hadn't in years. So, yes, five stars!
