As long time residents of Salinas, my husband was familiar with the center through reputation and really wanted to go here and give them our business. However, apparently they're not interested in our business. My husband emailed them twice with no response and I have called and left detailed messages with no response after weeks of waiting. I guess they're not taking new patients or they're just not interested in getting new patients or what? If you want the business, you have to respond to the request for care.

I never had any lingering questions either because before I would ask, he would address it all. He is catering to his patients and he is an amazing doctor, no questions asked. He genuinely cares for all of his patients which is also hard to come by nowadays. When I had my surgery yesterday, he made sure that I was good from the very beginning to the very end when he walked me out when my ride came to pick me up. He made sure that I was good and in the car before he went back inside, which is also RARE since I've never had a doctor do that when they're back to back with surgeries. He took my concerns very seriously when it comes to my voice and scars that can form, and he actually brought up a whole plan about my fear of ugly scars and what we can do to prevent keloids forming. I would recommend him to anyone who needed an ENT. Not only is he caring but he is very attentive to his patients. And everyone deserves doctors like Dr. German. Also, the workers in the front and nurses are also super caring as well. I had a pre-op appointment but I was really busy that whole entire day, which means that I had to be in and out (I would have canceled all of my future appointments that day if I was really concerned about my doctor but there was no need since I trusted him completely). They made sure to let the doctor know and Dr. German came and talked to me ASAP knowing I had another appointment I had to attend to which was all the way in Monterey. Overall, I genuinely recommend this place to everyone who needs an ENT. Especially Dr. German. Idk about the rest of the doctors but Dr. German probably speaks for all of them, that's how good of a doctor he is. Ask for Dr. German!

I never got the CT scan or culture diagnosis until I went to a doctor in Carmel. The Monterey office is worse as they make you wait an hour or more to be seen. They need to be shut down!

My son currently attends this location for "speech therapy". However since December of 2025 i have…read morerequested a call back from the general manager, JAMIE ,regarding concerns I have as a parent & have been continuously over looked. Again I received a call that my son's therapist will be leaving the practice & in the meantime no times are available except 3pm on Wednesdays (they have his availability & know 3pm on Wednesdays would not work). Since February of 2026, his doctors have requested he receive an additional session be added since my son is non-verbal & every time I have followed up the response is "availability must remain open for other patients". CLARISSA, the scheduling "manager" who is very passive, informed me if i did not want to schedule my son for an incoming therapist in August (WE ARE IN APRIL) then i am more than welcome to have him discharged. Mind you, we drive an hour to take him to be able to receive this support & multiple times we have arrived & there is no therapist for him, or the session was "canceled". Ms. Hoops was very helpful and explained the reason for my exercises as well as emphasizing the importance of my continuing the exercises on a long-term basis. I have heeded her advice. While in consultation with Ms, Hoops I also learned that she had experience working with deaf children. My family had been haranguing me for years to get my hearing tested and the results concluded that I had moderate hearing loss, but not sufficient loss for a hearing aid. However, I was not fully informed of the consequences of my hearing loss or provided an explanation of my testing chart. I made an appointment with Ms Hoops to go over the results of the test, I brought in my charts (which were greek to me) and she explained the test results, informed me of the sounds that are now difficult for me to hear and gave me suggestions regarding "training" family members and friends about how best to ensure that I hear their words. I am very happy to have found Ms. Hoops and Monterey Bay Speech Therapy.

I reschedule and was assured that should something come up I could call for a new appointment. Something came up and when I called for a different appointment the girl had 0 customer service skills. Was told that I had to go on a waitlist and when I asked how long she goes "idk" and couldn't even give an estimated timeline. Mind you, this is for a service that has a deadline. When I asked about my referral she said "yeah it's good we just don't have appointments anymore". I then explained that the Dr was the one who cancelled so why am I being essentially punished and she said "thats just how it goes. You can call your OBGYN to be referred somewhere else" if I could give 0 stars I would but I'll give 1 since the front desk staff was nice.
