The chicken gyro platter was absolutely delicious too. Everything tasted fresh, homemade, and perfectly prepared. And then came dessert. The warm semolina with vanilla ice cream was unbelievable, and the pistachio baklava was the perfect way to finish the meal. Seriously, so good! What really makes Mio's stand out is the atmosphere. It's a smaller restaurant with such a warm, homey feel, and the staff makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in. You can tell there is genuine care and pride in everything they serve. If you're anywhere near downtown St. Pete, do yourself a favor and come here. Fresh food, incredible flavors, amazing hospitality, and that cozy neighborhood feel you wish more restaurants had.
